Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini ditandai dengan perolehan hasil belajar siswa yang belum mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum (KKM) di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket model rating scale. Sampel penelitian adalah 58 siswa Kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) di Bandung. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi. Indikator yang digunakan untuk mengukur minat belajar adalah ketertarikan untuk belajar, perhatian dalam belajar, motivasi belajar dan pengetahuan. Berdasarkan analisis regresi, diperoleh hasil bahwa minat belajar memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan minat belajar siswa. Artinya semakin baik minat belajar siswa akan berdampak pada hasil belajar siswa yang semakin baik.Kata Kunci: minat belajar, hasil belajar siswaLEARNING INTEREST AS DETERMINANT STUDENT LEARNING OUTCOMESThe problem in this research is not optimal student learning outcomes. The approach used is a quantitative approach to data analysis techniques using regression analysis. The indicator used to measure learning interest is an interest in learning, attention to learning, motivation to learn and knowledge. Based on regression analysis, the result that learning interest has a significant impact on learning outcomes. It can be concluded that student learning outcomes can be improved through increased student learning interest. Means the better the interest of student learning will have an impact on student learning outcomes for the better.Keywords: learning interest, student learning outcome

This study aimed to determine the influence of learning motivation on student learning outcome. The research method used explanatory survey. Data collection technique used questionnaire rating scale models. Respondents are 106 students of vocational high school in Bandung. Data were analyzed using regression. The results of the study revealed that learning motivation a positive and significant influence on student learning outcome . Therefore, the student learning outcomes can be improved through improving the student learning motivation.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi belajar  terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Metode penelitian menggunakan explanatory survey. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket model rating scale.  Responden adalah 106 siswa di salah satu Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan swasta di Kota Bandung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa motivasi belajar memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Oleh karena itu, hasil belajar siswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa.

This paper specifically examines the role of teacher as a facilitator, assumed to be one of the factors influencing the effectiveness of student learning. Data that were collected through survey method using close-ended questionnaires and documents of student learning outcomes of 136 students at one state vocational high school in Bandung as respondents were analyzed with simple regression. The results of data analysis show that the role of teacher as a facilitator had an influence on the effectiveness of student learning. This research is expected to contribute to the field of education research some considerations of the role of teacher as a facilitator as one of the factors influencing the effectiveness of student learning.ABSTRAKTulisan ini mengkaji secara khusus tentang peran guru sebagai fasilitator yang diduga menjadi salah satu variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas belajar siswa. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan regresi sederhana dimana data yang dikumpulkan melalui metode survey dengan menggunakan angket jawaban tertutup dan nilai hasil belajar siswa sebanyak 136 orang siswa pada salah satu Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri di Kota Bandung sebagai responden. Hasil analisis data tersebut menunjukkan bahwa peran guru sebagai fasilitator mempunyai pengaruh terhadap efektivitas belajar siswa. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pengkajian pendidikan untuk dapat mempertimbangkan peran guru sebagai fasilitator sebagai salah satu faktor pengaruh efektivitas belajar siswa.

Research aimed to analyze influence learning facilities and teaching methods as a factor in affecting student  learning outcomes. The research method used explanatory survey method. Data collection technique used questionnaire rating scale 5 scale models. Respondents are 70 students of vocational high school in Cimahi. Data were analyzed using simple regression. Data analysis techniques use multiple regression and product moment correlation. The result revealed that the learning facilities and teaching methods to learn both partially and simultaneously, has the positive and significant influence toward students learning outcomes.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh fasilitas belajar dan metode mengajar guru sebagai faktor yang mempengaruhi  hasil belajar peserta didik. Metode penelitian menggunakan explanatory survey. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket skala 5 model rating scale.  Responden adalah 70 siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) di Kota Cimahi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan  regresi ganda dan korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan :  bahwa fasilitas belajar dan metode mengajar guru baik secara parsial maupun simultan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar.

The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Learning Media and Learning Interests on Student Learning Outcomes in Man 1 MusiBanyuasin.  Students of Man 1 Musi Banyuasin were the object of this study. The sample was conducted on 87 students of Man 1 MusiBanyuasin. The sampling technique used purposive sampling in which the respondents were some of the students of Man 1 Musi Banyuasin. The data collected by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale to measure 73 statement items. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that first, students' interest in learning and the use of learning media simultaneously had a significant effect on student learning outcomes. Second, student learning interest had a partial and significant impact on student learning outcomes. Third, the use of learning media had a partial and significant impact on student learning outcomes.

This article reviews the role of the teacher as motivator expected effect on student learning outcomes. Depends on the result of data analysis using simple regression analysis survey method with using 90 questionnaires X class students in office administration productive subject in SMK Bandung Regency. The result of analyst describe that role of teacher as motivator is significant influence to student learning outcome in subject of productive office administrator in SMK Bandung Regency. So implication of  the result of study is meaning to improve the student  learning outcome by motivation of teacher. Therefore teacher has to improving student interesting one of which by giving motivation to student for improving the quality of learning.ABSTRAKTulisan ini mengkaji tentang peran guru sebagai motivator yang diduga kuat mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana metode survey dengan menggunakan angket sebanyak 90 siswa kelas X pada mata pelajaran produktif Administrasi Perkantoran pada salah satu SMK di Kabupaten Bandung. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa peran guru sebagai motivator terdapat pengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran produktif Administrasi Perkantoran. Dengan demikian implikasi hasil kajian tersebut adalah bahwa upaya meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa melalui motivasi guru. Untuk itu guru haruslah meningkatkan minat siswa yang salah satunya melalui pemberian motivasi kepada siswa agar meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran.

Data collection techniques used question model on scale of 1-5 form with rating scale. Respondents were 53 students of class X of Office Administration Vocational High School in Bandung. The approach used is a quantitative approach to data analysis techniques using regression analysis. The result showed that the performance of teaching teachers has a positive and significant impact on student achievement, either partially or simultaneously. It can be concluded that student achievement can be improved through increased performance of teaching teachers. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan skor rentang 1 sampai dengan 5 model rating scale. Responden adalah 53 siswa Kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan di Kota Bandung. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa kinerja mengajar guru memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa prestasi belajar siswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan kinerja mengajar guru. Artinya semakin tinggi kinerja mengajar guru akan berdampak pada prestasi belajar siswa yang semakin tinggi.

Abstrak: Kualitas pembelajaran dan minat belajar memungkinkan hasil belajar mahasiswa meningkat. Sehingga diharapkan kualitas pembelajaran dan minat belajar mahasiswa tinggi untuk mencapai hasil belajar yang tinggi pula. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bahwa kualitas pembelajaran dan minat belajar mahasiswa berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar mahasiswa Akuntansi pada mata kuliah Matematika Ekonomi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei dengan meggunakan teknik analisis jalur (path analysis), dimana terdapat dua variabel eksogen dan satu variabel endogen.  Variabel eksogen berupa kualitas pembelajaran dan minat belajar, sedangkan variabel endogen berupa hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Kualitas Pembelajaran berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap Hasil Belajar, Minat Belajar berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap Hasil Belajar, dan Kualitas Pembelajaran berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap Minat Belajar Mahasiswa. Abstract:  The quality of learning and interest in learning allows student learning outcomes to increase. It is hoped that the quality of learning and student interest in learning will be high to achieve high learning outcomes. This study aims to see that the quality of learning and student interest in learning has an effect on improving student learning outcomes in Accounting Economics Mathematics courses. This research is a survey research using path analysis technique, where there are two exogenous variables and one endogenous variable. Exogenous variables are learning quality and learning interest, while endogenous variables are learning outcomes. The results of this study are Learning Quality has a direct positive effect on Learning Outcomes, Learning Interest has a direct positive effect on Learning Outcomes, and Learning Quality has a direct positive effect on Student Learning Interest.

Many students find it difficult to accept fraction material from the teacher because student are more receptive to material through the surrounding environment such as fruit, bread, marbles, stones, etc. The purpose of this researchs to determine student learning outcome whether thereis influence when use the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) model of mathematics subject matter in the 4th grade SDN Jombatan IV Jombang. This type of research is PreExperimental Design, the design used is one-group pretest -posttest design. The study focus on student learning outcomes in fraction material with the CTL model. Based on research that has been done, it can seen than more than 90% of students can achieve KKM value. In testing the test-t if the value of t is greater than t table then the hypothesis is accepted. It is evident from the results of the study that tcount = 5.344219271 and ttable = 2.178812827, which means that it has a strong signification shows that there is an influencer on student learning outcomes. The one-party test, it turns out that tcount falls in the area of acceptance of Ha, which the result test shows menunjukkan thitung ˃ ttabel so that the conclusion are Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. So it can be said that learning uses Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) can affect of student learning outcomes.

This study was conducted to determine (1) the effect of learning facilities and learning discipline on student learning outcomes, (2) the effect of learning facilities on student learning outcomes, (3) the effect of learning discipline on student learning outcomes. This research is descriptive and associative causal. The population in this study were class X Office Administration students at SMK N 1 Lubuk Basung with 133 students. The total sample was determined using the Slovin formula and proportional random sampling. From this pattern, 100 students were obtained as research samples. Data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires and documentation. The instrument of validity test uses Corrected Item-Total Colleration and for reliability testing using alpha coefficient formula. Prerequisite tests were carried out by normality test, heterocedasticity test, and multicollinearity test. The technique used to analyze data is multiple regression analysis. Based on this study, it was found that (1) Learning facilities and learning disciplines had a positive and significant effect on the learning outcomes of Class X Office Technology Office Administration at SMK N 1 Lubuk Basung (2) Learning facilities had a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes in Office X Class Office Administration SMK N 1 Lubuk Basung (3) Learning discipline has a positive and significant effect on the learning outcomes of Class X Office Technology Office Administration at SMK N 1 Lubuk Basung Keyword: Fasilitas Belajar, Disiplin Belajar, Hasil Belajar
