This study aims to analyze the effect of office spatial on work effectiveness of employees by using survey method. This study performed data collection by using a questionnaire with a range of scores 1 to 5. Respondents of the study consisted of the employees of the Office of Education of Bandung City. This study used simple regression analysis as the data analysis technique. The results reveal that the office spatial brings positive effects on the work effectiveness of employees. Therefore, the work effectiveness of employees can be improved through the improvement of office spatial conditions.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tata ruang kantor terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai dengan menggunakan metode survey. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket dengan rentang skor antara 1 sampai 5menggunakan model rating scale. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah para pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bandung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa tata ruang kantor memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai. Oleh karena itu, efektivitas kerja pegawai dapat meningkat melalui adanya peningkatan kondisi tata ruang kantor.

This study aims to determine whether there is a significant relationship between mathematical logical intelligence with the discipline of students in grade fifthElementary School Negeri 1 Pagar Air Kabupaten Aceh Besar. To answer the purpose of this study, researchers used a quantitative approach to the type of associative research. The sample in this research is 40 students in gradefifthof Elementary School Negeri 1 Pagar Air. Data collection techniques used are tests and questionnaires. Data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between mathematical logical intelligence with the discipline of students in grade fifthElementary School Negeri 1 Pagar Air. This is indicated by the value of Fcount Ftable at the 5% significance level of 5.98 4.10 and the regression equation Ŷ = 76.02 + 0.99X which can predict the rise and fall of students' learning discipline. The magnitude of the influence of mathematical logical intelligence with student learning discipline can be seen from the value of rxy = 0.370, rcount bigger than rtable at 5% significance level that is 0.370 0.320, it means mathematical logical intelligence contributes 13.69%. Thus it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between mathematical logical intelligence with the discipline of students in grade  fifthElementary School Negeri 1 Pagar Air Kabupaten Aceh Besar.

This study aims to determine the effect of Online Media Utilization on Entrepreneurial Interest in Students at STMM Yogyakarta. The sample in this study were 94 students at STMM Yogyakarta. Data was collected by survey method by giving a list of questions or questionnaires directly to the respondents. Data analysis techniques in this study used Simple Regression analysis, and t test which was operated through the SPSS program. The results showed that the use of online media had a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial interest in students at STMM Yogyakarta.

The purpose of this study was to analyze influence teache’s creativity on teaching towards the student learning interest in entrepreneurship with used explanatory survey method. Data collection techniques used question model on scale of 1-5 form with likert scale. The respondents of this research consist of 90 students in grade XI of Office Administration in Vocational High School in Cimahi. The technique of data collection with the use of simple regression analysis. Based on the results of this study, there are some information which are the teacher’s creativity on teaching significantly influences the learning interest for the students in grade XI of Office Administration in Cimahi. This study suggests the teachers to concern creative teaching method in order to increase the students’ learning interest on learning activities.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kreativitas mengajar guru terhadap minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran kewirausahaan dengan menggunakan metode survey explanatory. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan skor yang terentang antara 1 sampai 5 model likert scale. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 90 siswa kelas XI Administrasi Perkantoran di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan di Cimahi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapatkan informasi yang menunjukkan bahwa kreativitas mengajar guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat belajar siswa kelas XI Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK di Cimahi. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar pihak guru lebih memperhatikan cara mengajar yang kreatif, agar dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar.

The aim of this research is to measure the influence of motivation towards teachers’ work effectivity. The research used survey method. Collecting data technique used a Likert scale model questionnaire by scoring between 1 up to 5.  The respondents were all of the teachers of SMK Pasundan 3 Bandung. Data analysis technique which used was simple regression. The result showed that motivation has a positive influence towards effectiveness of teachers’ work significantly. It means that work effectiveness can be improved by increasing motivation.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh motivasi terhadap efektivitas kerja guru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui angket model skala Likert dengan rentang skor 1-5. Responden adalah seluruh guru di SMK Pasundan 3 Bandung. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan motivasi memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja guru. Dengan demikian efektivitas kerja guru dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan motivasi.

Abstract :This study aims to analyze the effect of the Adversity Quotient on students' entrepreneurial motivation at the Faculty of Economics, Padang State University. The total population is 1,209 students. Samples were taken using proportional random sampling technique with a sample of 300 students. In collecting data, a questionnaire was used as a technique for collecting it. Simple regression analysis is a data analysis technique used with the help of the SPSS 16 program. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that the adversity quotient has a positive and significant effect in increasing student entrepreneurial motivationAbstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efekAdversity Quotientterhadap motivasi berwirausaha mahasiswa di fakultas ekonomi Universitas Negeri Padang. Jumlah populasi adalah 1.209 orang mahasiswa. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik proportional random samplingdengan sampel berjumlah300 orang mahasiswa. Dalam pengumpulan data digunakan angket sebagai teknik pengumulannya. Analisis regresi sederhana merupakan teknik analisis data yang dipakai dengan bantuan program SPSS 16. Leadership of principals in order to improve the performance of teachers and employees is very important, it is fitting discipline applied to every school, both government and private. A performance of good teachers and employees is a step towards achieving the goals of a school so that productivity is a determinant in achieving school goals. This study aims to determine the influence of principal leadership on the performance of teachers and employees of SMP Negeri 3 Pamboang. The research design used is quantitative research. The sample of research is 35 employees of SMP Negeri 3 Pamboang and data collection in the form of questionnaire method, interview, observation. While for data processing is analyzed for Validity and Realibility test using Alpha Cronbach formula using computer program. The analysis technique used is simple regression analysis. Based on the results of data calculations and analysis used, obtained the regression equation, Y  20,091 0,441X. Results Hypothesis test t shows t count = 4.86 and t table = 2.032 with the value of significance = 0,000

This study examines the existence of a logical-mathematical intelligence relationship to the learning discipline of fifth grade students at SD Negeri Pagar Air Aceh Besar District. To answer the relationship between logical-mathematical intelligence on learning discipline, researchers use a quantitative approach to the type of associative research. The sample in this study was 40 fifth grade students of Pagar Air Elementary School. Data collection techniques using tests and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between logical-mathematical intelligence and learning discipline of fifth grade students of SD Negeri Pagar Air. This is indicated by the value of Fcount Ftable at the 5% significance level of 5.98 4.10 and the regression equation Ŷ = 76.02 + 0.99X which can predict the ups and downs of students' learning discipline. This study aims to determine the effect of cooperative burden on profitability at the Cooperative Employees of the Republic of Indonesia (KPRI) of Higher Education in Makassar City. The population of this research is all KPRI Universities in Makassar City, while the sample in this study is KPRI Universities in Makassar City which have financial reports for the last five years (2015-2019). Data collection was carried out using documentation techniques. Data analysis was performed using simple regression analysis techniques, correlation coefficient, and t-test. The results showed that an increase in the cooperative burden on the KPRI of Higher Education in Makassar City would result in a decrease in profitability at the KPRI. Vice versa, if the burden of cooperatives has decreased, the profitability of the KPRI of Higher Education in Makassar City will increase. This can occur because the operating expense is one of the deductions from the income in the KPRI to generate SHU. So that if the cooperative load is in a small amount, the resulting SHU is quite large.

This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of Punishmant on employee productivity at PT. Asuransi Bintang Tbk. Makassar branch. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Asuransi Bintang Tbk. Makassar branch, amounting to 25 people. The number of samples used was 25 people using saturated sample toeri. Data collection was carried out using interview, observation and questionnaire methods. The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis using Statistical Product Standard Solution (SPSS) for window. This shows that punishment has a significant effect on employee work productivity at PT. Asuransi Bintang Tbk. Makassar branch.

This study aimed to reveal the Implementation of resource management based on ISO 9001:2008 on the teachers’ performances. It employed a survey method. The data collection technique covered rating scale model questionnaire between one to five measurement. The respondent of the study were ninety teachers of SMK Negeri 3 Bandung. The data analysis technique employed simple regression. The result shows that the implementation of resource management based on ISO 9001:2008 affects the teachers’ performances partially and significantly.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh implementasi manajemen sumber daya berbasis (ISO 9001:2008) terhadap kinerja guru. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode survey. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket model rating scale dengan skor yang terentang antara 1 sampai dengan 5. Responden penelitian ini adalah guru SMK Negeri 3 Bandung sebanyak 90 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan implementasi manajemen sumber daya berbasis (ISO 9001:2008)  memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan parsial terhadap kinerja guru.
