A drug information system (DARIS) has been created for handling reports on suspected drug reactions. The system is suitable for being run on desktop computers with a minimum of hardware requirements: 187 K read/write memory, flexible or hard disc drive and a thermal printer. The data base (DRUG) uses the QUERY and IMAGE programming capabilities for data entry and search. The data base to statistics link program (DBSTAT) enables data transfer from the data base into a file for statistical analysis and signalling suspected adverse drug reactions. The operational, medical and statistical aspects of the general population voluntary adverse drug reaction monitoring programme—recently initiated in the State of Kuwait—are described.

Employment management information system based on new technology provides good support for college employment management. On the basis of analysis of C / S or B / S architectures, the design of employment management information system with WebService is proposed. Analyze needs from the two aspects of system performance and functions. Build three-tier structure including data layer, business logic layer and presentation layer. Optimize system safety performance and data transfer performance by means of double-encrypted methods and compressing data with serialization. Optimized design of employment management information system can effectively improve the efficiency of university employment management work and provide a reference for the design of other management information systems.

Passwords/passphrases can be either system generated or user-selected. A combination of both approaches is also possible—encryption created by the system and assigned to the user by the information system meeting the policy requirements. Policy rules can be designed to increase security and usability factors, such as information storage and retrieval. This paper proposes an algorithm dedicated to the security of passphrases in an online authentication, so the passphrase entered will be stored in a remote database. Through an SHA-3 hash function, the system must hash the pass phase. Before storage, the system must apply random rotations on the already generated HASH while eliminating any traceability performed on the different transactions performed. To prevent the hacker from using them recurrently if he wants to attack our database. Then the system must recover the real HASH and then the passphrase based on the data provided by the user in the form of codes.

Long droughts experienced in the past are identified as one of the main factors in the failure of rice production. In this regard, special attention to monitor the condition is encouraged to reduce the damage. Currently, various satellite data and approaches can withdraw valuable information for monitoring and anticipating drought hazards. MODIS, MTSAT, AMSR-E, TRMM and GSMaP have been used in this activity. Meteorological drought index (SPI) of the daily and monthly rainfall data from TRMM and GSMaP have analyzed for last 10-year period. While, agronomic drought index has been studied by observing the character of some indices (EVI, VCI, VHI, LST, and NDVI) of sixteen-day and monthly MODIS, MTSAT, and AMSR-E data at a period of 4 years. Network for satellite data transfer has been built between LAPAN (data provider), ICALRD (implementer), IAARD Cloud Computing, University of Tokyo (technical supporter), and NASA. Two information system have been developed: 1) agricultural drought using the model developed by LAPAN, and 2) meteorological drought developed by Takeuchi (University of Tokyo). The accuracy study using quantitative method for LAPAN model uses VHI is 60% (Kappa 0,44), while that of for University of Tokyo model uses qualitative model with KBDI value 500-600 shows an early indication of  drought for paddy field. This will help the government or field officers in rapid management actions for the indicated drought area. This paper describes the implementation and dissemination of drought impact monitoring model on the area of rice production center using an integrated information system satellite based model. The two developed information systems are effective for spatially dissemination of drought information.

This study was conducted to determine the utilization of the education management information system (EMIS) as a means of decision making in the institutional section at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion, Yogyakarta Special Region. This research is a qualitative research using data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation. Technical analysis of data using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This research focuses on objective results with research subjects who really know, experience, and understand in this case the head of the madrasa education sector, along with the operator and the head of the SIM institutional section. The results of the study show that the basis for decision making can be completed because it has been accumulated by regulations and adopted the opinion of top managers. If the alternative answers are not satisfactory, the analysis will continue with deliberation with stakeholders and elements of the madrasa.Decision-making and Utilization of EMIS data during the study showed that EMIS plays a role in the distribution of the budget contained in the PIP program (smart Indonesia program), Madrasah BOS, National Examination student data, transfer and appointment of principals, equitable distribution of teachers and madrasa infrastructure, and the contribution of data The EMIS is utilized by the People's and Community Welfare Bureau, and the Provincial Government Legal Bureau. In addition, EMIS also plays a role in providing infrastructure assistance. EMIS development needs to be improved with new innovations. Data updates must be done frequently, always input as long as there are dynamics of data changes so that they are up to date. Reports on development, development, performance improvement should be based on EMIS data. The dynamics in society continue to exist at all times, for example there are students who move, teachers who transfer, teachers who are appointed as acting. Then EMIS must be updated every day.

The EU-funded ESCAPE project aims at enabling a prototype federated storage infrastructure, a Data Lake, that would handle data on the exabyte-scale, address the FAIR data management principles and provide science projects a unified scalable data management solution for accessing and analyzing large volumes of scientific data. In this respect, data transfer and management technologies such as Rucio, FTS and GFAL are employed along with monitoring enabling solutions such as Grafana, Elasticsearch and perf- SONAR. This paper presents and describes the technical details behind the machinery of testing and monitoring of the Data Lake – this includes continuous automated functional testing, network monitoring and development of insightful visualizations that reflect the current state of the system. Topics that are also addressed include the integration with the CRIC information system as well as the initial support for token based authentication / authorization by using OpenID Connect. The current architecture of these components is provided and future enhancements are discussed.

This paper presents a model of communication and information system in military operations. Here OPNET MODELER simulation package is applied because it is suitable for network modelling, topology and capacity planning. Simulation of different types of IP traffic and monitor their performance to optimise the functionality of network elements, management performance network applications, and as well as in research and development of new network technologies. Application of the method of mass service are determined by the capacity needed for voice transmission on the links in the model and using the OPNET MODELER simulation program are analysed performance modeled communication information system in data transmission. The results of the simulation are presented through target the service settings: workload links communication and information system, e-mail download response time, http page download response time and packet loss in data transfer. The aim of the research has shown that modeled communication information system with defined elements (nodes), the capacity of links (according to the specification of telecommunication devices) and defined traffic can respond to the requirements of command forces in the military operation in terms of telecommunication service. The results of the analysed service target parameters show that modeled communication and information system provides an efficient flow of information and the tra nsfer of voice and IP data for the needs of command and control in military operations.
