The aim of this study is to investigate the infl uence of passive use of geothermal energy in the architectural and planning solutions environmentally friendly homes. The article describes issues related to the relevance of the use of geothermal energy in constructing. Earth sheltered eco house is seen as one of the vectors of sustainable architecture of individual housing construction. Presents the advantages and disadvantages of objects that were built on the underground construction and therefore passively using geothermal technology. We reviewed the classifi cation of such buildings and their structure features associated primarily with the issues of heat saving and energy effi ciency. The main methods of the study were synthesis of theoretical base and studying the experience of architects, associated with the construction technology of earth sheltered buildings.

Wood-based building materials meet the basic requirements of environmentally friendly construction, which is becoming increasingly important in the modern world. However, until recently, they were rarely used in high-rise construction in Russia. CLT became a revolutionary technology, it has proven itself in countries such as Switzerland, Norway, the U.S. and others. In Russia, it has not yet found widespread use, and CLT-panels are in demand only at the market of individual housing construction. Nevertheless, taking into account the positive foreign experience can be an example and become an incentive for more active implementation of modern environmentally friendly materials and technologies in Russia. The aim of the article is to study the possibilities of high-rise wooden house building in Russia based on world practice.

The article examines the provision of housing per capita in the Republic of Tuva in relation to the demographic forecast of the population of the region. The analysis shows that the targets of the regional housing project, as well as the existing structure of housing construction with the predominant share of individual housing construction do not solve the problem of the housing shortage.

The exploration and production of geothermal energy have been important missions for the energy contribution of the world, especially because geothermal energy is one environmentally friendly resource. The geothermal resources exist around the world but there are differences in the exploration and production procedures depending on the geophysical properties and brine temperatures in each reservoir. There are plenty of geothermal reservoirs in southwest China but the subsurface situations are so complicated that it is hard to produce the geothermal resource economically and in an environmentally friendly way. In this paper, we summarized the current situations of the geothermal exploration in Cuona and studied the impact of injection wells on the geothermal production performance. Tracer tests were performed to test the connections between three injection wells and two production wells and the streamline algorithm based on Complex Analysis Potential methods is applied to simulate the trajectories and running time of the water from the injection well. The tracer test results were analyzed to get possible interconnection relations between different wells. The most reasonable subsurface conditions including porosity and faults locations were investigated. The technique proposed here could be extended and applied for other geothermal projects in China and other countries in the world.

Dongjiang Lichuan Bridge in Dongguan City is a curved tower curved beam cable-stayed bridge with a main span of 138m and no back cable. The main pier cap is located on the bank slope of Dongguan Waterway on one side of Nandi Road. The cushion cap is dumbbell type, and the left and right cushion caps are connected by tie beams. In most areas, the top of rock stratum is above the bottom of bearing platform. The rock stratum within the buried depth of bearing platform is moderately to strongly weathered argillaceous siltstone. The geological conditions are complex and the construction is difficult. In line with the principles of speeding up the construction process and improving economic benefits, comprehensive analysis and weighing advantages and disadvantages, the main pier cap adopts a composite cofferdam of filling soil to build an island and combining bored pile rows and steel sheet piles. The construction task of bearing platform of main pier has been completed with high quality. Compared with other cushion cap construction methods, this construction method has the advantages of fast construction, high quality, simple safety, energy saving and environmental protection. This paper briefly introduces the design scheme of composite cofferdam, expounds in detail the operation steps of steel sheet pile construction and the problems needing attention in construction, and provides good reference experience for similar pile cap construction.

The analysis of the state cadastral assessment of land based on the data of zoning of lands according to their prestige in the city of Krasnoyarsk. The need for assessing the prestige of territories of settlements is stated. On the territory of Krasnoyarsk, 3 zones were conditionally allocated in different districts of the city, where plots intended for the construction of individual residential buildings are located. The main parameters of the cadastral assessment of the lands of such territories are considered. A list of parameters is outlined by which the prestige of individual housing construction lands is estimated. The prestige of each zone is determined. Four indicators are identified that form the prestige of the zones in the cadastral assessment of land. The parameters that determine the level of land value depending on their prestige are identified. A tendency has been established to determine the prestige of zones as a result of the classification of the population of these zones by income level and the desire to live on this territory of people of equal social status. The territory of urban space must be divided into zones, according to the criteria of prestige. A comparison is made between the market and cadastral value of land plots. The comparative analysis method revealed that in the most prestigious areas of urban space, the market value of individual housing construction sites exceeds the cadastral value several times. Conclusions are drawn about the dependence of the price of land for individual housing construction on the level of prestige of the territory of urban space and location.

This paper sees the underground construction shield tunnel and foundation trench as study object. It has analyzed disturbance mechanism and ground deformation mechanism, which were caused by shield tunnel and building pit construction. Through the system analysis of ground deformation influence factor, it has confirmed main influence factors, like geological environment condition of overall consideration, physical parameter and construction technology. And it has established ground deformation prediction model based on neural network. Then it has made sensitivity analysis of affecting ground deformation factor by neural network hierarchical analytical approach.
