Abstract When an individual falls due to a nonwork-related episode of dizziness, hits their head and sustains injury, do workers’ compensation laws consider such injuries to be compensable? Bearing in mind that each state makes its own laws, the answer depends on what caused the loss of consciousness, and the second asks specifically what happened in the fall that caused the injury? The first question speaks to medical causation, which applies scientific analysis to determine the cause of the problem. The second question addresses legal causation: Under what factual circumstances are injuries of this type potentially covered under the law? Much nuance attends this analysis. The authors discuss idiopathic falls, which in this context means “unique to the individual” as opposed to “of unknown cause,” which is the familiar medical terminology. The article presents three detailed case studies that describe falls that had their genesis in episodes of loss of consciousness, followed by analyses by lawyer or judge authors who address the issue of compensability, including three scenarios from Arizona, California, and Pennsylvania. A medical (scientific) analysis must be thorough and must determine the facts regarding the fall and what occurred: Was the fall due to a fit (eg, a seizure with loss of consciousness attributable to anormal brain electrical activity) or a faint (eg, loss of consciousness attributable to a decrease in blood flow to the brain? The evaluator should be able to fully explain the basis for the conclusions, including references to current science.

Batam City, which is one of the cities whose rules are slightly different from other cities inIndonesia, is about administrative procedures for land ownership registration, but for permits toallocate land, it is still held by the Batam Entrepreneurs Agency, abbreviated as BP Batam. InBatam City, the provision of KSB is actually given to residents due to various things. To get KSBthe community needs to fulfill the procedure first. This is what makes the writer interested intaking the title of Juridical Review of Ready-to-Build Courts in Batam City. The purpose of thispaper is to find out that the Ready-to-Build plot can be owned by land users (general public) inBatam City. The legal research method used in this study is normative legal research. Normativeresearch in it is also permitted to use scientific analysis of other sciences (including empiricalscience) to explain the legal facts examined by scientific work and juridical thinking (dankenjuridical). Retrieval Data used is by using secondary data, where documentation and recordingtechniques are through the file system. The Research Result for Ready-to-Build Plots in BatamCity may be owned by individuals, but the provision of KSB can be given to the community.People who get it while the people who get the plot still have not built a plot even though theprovisions in the temporary agreement agreed upon by the applicant with the BatamEntrepreneurial Agency the applicant must immediately build a building on the land.

eMap is a web-based platform for identifying and visualizing electron or hole transfer pathways in proteins based on their crystal structures. The underlying model can be viewed as a coarse-grained version of the Pathways model, where each tunneling step between hopping sites represented by electron transfer active (ETA) moieties is described with one effective decay parameter that describes protein-mediated tunneling. ETA moieties include aromatic amino acid residue side chains and aromatic fragments of cofactors that are automatically detected, and, in addition, electron/hole residing sites that can be specified by the users. The software searches for the shortest paths connecting the user-specified electron/hole source to either all surface-exposed ETA residues or to the user-specified target. The identified pathways are ranked based on their length. The pathways are visualized in 2D as a graph, in which each node represents an ETA site, and in 3D using available protein visualization tools. Here, we present the capability and user interface of eMap 1.0, which is available at https://emap.bu.edu.

The article deals with the problematic issues arising in the organization of execution of criminal punishment in the form of deprivation of the right to hold a certain position or engage in certain activities. Statistical data on the number ordered by the courts of the Russian Federation of punishments and measures criminally-legal character are not related to deprivation of freedom, the number of convicted persons which held the records of the penal inspections of the Russian Federation. The authors of the article substantiates the need to implement the initial investigation governmental activities in the study category of the registered individuals, and as a consequence, appropriate changes to the existing by-law of the Russian Federation, in connection with the, that now provisions of the specified normative legal acts do not assume carrying out initial search actions and announcements in search condemned to criminal punishment in the form of deprivation of the right to occupy a certain position or to be engaged in certain activity. In the format of recommendations aimed at improving the effectiveness of the initial search activities, specific proposals aimed at reducing the rate of opened search cases are presented. The authors of the article focus on the need for further scientific analysis of theoretical, practical and conceptual aspects related to legal relations arising in the execution of criminal punishment in the form of deprivation of the right to hold a certain position or engage in a certain activity.

Today, a comprehensive study of social aspects, cultural and spiritual, as well as socio-economic, legal, educational and organizational features of family relations is one of the questions of the hour. The relevance of the issue is that, first of all, at the present stage of development of our society, it is socially necessary to conduct a scientific analysis of the Islamic doctrine regarding family relations in the process of increasing the spirituality of the Uzbek people, including religious literacy. Secondly, when analyzing and studying the basic principles of Sharia norms, it is necessary to correctly use this knowledge in the search for solutions to issues, reasons, and the nature of growing family divorces, which is very relevant today. In this regard, this article highlights the essence and characteristics, as well as the socio-economic, spiritual and cultural foundations of the conditions and obstacles to marriage, in Islamic teachings, which were considered in the region as traditions. The article also examines and comparatively analyzes the religious, spiritual, legal, economic and educational factors of the conditions of marriage: free mutual consent to marriage, participation of witnesses in marriage, equality, makhr; circumstances that prevent marriage: a ban on marriage between relatives, issues of marriageable age under Islamic law with the norms of family law.
