Objectives: With the rapid development of our country, the pace of reform has never ceased, and the work of all walks of life is clear and clear. Methods: The market has gradually improved the professional level of technical requirements, and it is a preferred choice for real technicians. In recent years, the state has paid more and more attention to the environmental art design industry, and the environmental art design education industry has also developed. Results: This paper put forward the practice teaching mode of “workplace”, which is based on the data mining algorithm and considers from many aspects. First, we need to consider the market’s demand for this industry, Conclusion: then train talents in this area according to supply and demand, innovate and reform the curriculum system mode, make art education more innovative and more characteristic, and cultivate talents that the society needs.

The training of the personnel in environmental art engineering design will be complete ultimately relying on the innovative course system of this program, and also the training model and teaching system have to meet the needs of modern social development, science and technology development, and employment market. However, environmental art design program based on science and technology features very strong practicality. In this paper, through analyzing the characteristics of environmental art design program and combining the concept of modern design education, a feasible model of practice teaching and the operation methods of professional project teaching oriented at studio are proposed, for the purpose of creating a practice environment in which design art personnel with subject characteristics can be trained.

With the rapid development of networks and the emergence of various devices, images have become the main form of information transmission in real life. Image restoration, as an important branch of image processing, can be applied to real-life situations such as pixel loss in image transmission or network prone to packet loss. However, existing image restoration algorithms have disadvantages such as fuzzy restoration effect and slow speed; to solve such problems, this paper adopts a dual discriminator model based on generative adversarial networks, which effectively improves the restoration accuracy by adding local discriminators to track the information of local missing regions of images. However, the model is not optimistic in generating reasonable semantic information, and for this reason, a partial differential equation-based image restoration model is proposed. A classifier and a feature extraction network are added to the dual discriminator model to provide category, style, and content loss constraints to the generative network, respectively. To address the training instability problem of discriminator design, spectral normalization is introduced to the discriminator design. Extensive experiments are conducted on a data dataset of partial differential equations, and the results show that the partial differential equation-based image restoration model provides significant improvements in image restoration over previous methods and that image restoration techniques are exceptionally important in the application of environmental art design.

In recent years, with the rapid development of the information age and the wide dissemination of information technology knowledge, the “Internet + micro era” has been created, and the diversified development of the art field has also been promoted at the same time. The difference between professional and traditional education in digital art design education is a great challenge and change that modern innovative education will face. In this context, digital media art design education is facing a phase of adjustment. Based on the current situation of digital media art design education, this paper analyzes the influence and existing problems of digital media art in contemporary art design education, including the confusion of teaching mode, the deficiency of knowledge construction system and the aging of course content. Finally, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the perspective of innovative thinking education.

Design continues to improve people's quality of life and improve people's living environment. Design has penetrated into every aspect of our lives, from a small logo to a city's planning. Design has a close relationship with the society and has attracted more and more people's attention. The ultimate goal of design is to cultivate applied design talents for the society, who can meet social needs, meet people's needs, and have innovative spirit and practical ability. Faced with the competition of the market and the requirements of corporate enterprises for applied art design talents, environmental art design education should strengthen practical teaching, so that the students who train the students can apply what they have learned and use them to adapt to the development needs of the times and society.

AbstractCreativity is very important for designers, and methods to stimulate designers' creativity are the long-term focus of art design education. The senses are an important channel for designers to receive information and define core issues. Stimulating the designer's senses can help enhance their perception and creativity, and is of great benefit for the quality and efficiency of the design outcome. Today's interactive media technology provides more possibilities and advantages for designers' perception and sensation. The purpose of this research is to explore a way to stimulate the designer's senses through the use of interactive media, thereby improving the designer's design thinking and creativity, and providing designers with innovative design support. By means of interactive ground projection and experiments, and discussion of the advantages of interactive media to stimulate designers' senses, this research proposes innovations in art design educational media, which is valuable for the training and learning of designers and the development of virtual education environment in the future.

With rapid development of the healthcare network, the location-allocation problems of public facilities under increased integration and aggregation needs have been widely researched in China’s developing cites. Since strategic formulation involves multiple conflicting objectives and stakeholders, this paper presents a practicable hierarchical location-allocation model from the perspective of supply and demand to characterize the trade-off between social, economical and environmental factors. Due to the difficulties of rationally describing and the efficient calculation of location-allocation problems as a typical Non-deterministic Polynomial-Hard (NP-hard) problem with uncertainty, there are three crucial challenges for this study: (1) combining continuous location model with discrete potential positions; (2) introducing reasonable multiple conflicting objectives; (3) adapting and modifying appropriate meta-heuristic algorithms. First, we set up a hierarchical programming model, which incorporates four objective functions based on the actual backgrounds. Second, a bi-level multi-objective particle swarm optimization (BLMOPSO) algorithm is designed to deal with the binary location decision and capacity adjustment simultaneously. Finally, a realistic case study contains sixteen patient points with maximum of six open treatment units is tested to validate the availability and applicability of the whole approach. The results demonstrate that the proposed model is suitable to be applied as an extensive planning tool for decision makers (DMs) to generate policies and strategies in healthcare and design other facility projects.
