<em>The research is based on an analysis of the problems of elementary school children and efforts to develop planning and counseling programs. This type of quantitative research with survey sampling techniques. The research location was in the elementary school in Klirong sub-district, Kebumen. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation methods. The results showed that there were several types of problems of elementary school children so that there was a need for planning counseling and programs to help elementary students optimal development.</em>

Schools can take a strategic role in the implementation of anti-corruption education, especially in a culture of anti-corruption behavior among students. This study has the objective to know the anti-corruption education for elementary school students in the Kecamatan Gunungpati. This research was conducted using qualitative methods, descriptive analytical. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documents. Analysis of data using qualitative research phases according to Spradley. While in checking the validity of the data using a data triangulation techniques. The results showed that the implementation of anti-corruption education for elementary school students in the Kecamatan Gunungpati divided into two strategies that are inclusive (inserted in various subjects) and exclusive (extracurricular student). Implementation of anti-corruption education for elementary students in the Kecamatan Gunungpati have not been maximized due to various constraints, such that not all teachers follow the dissemination of anti-corruption education so have limited knowledge about planting and how effective anti-corruption education and efficient for elementary students and the lack of facilities and infrastructure supporters of anti-corruption education for students in elementary school. The impact of the implementation of anti-corruption education for elementary school students is increasing student achievement both in the classroom and outside the classroom, because students are accustomed to being kind, including honest, disciplined, caring, brave, responsible, and so forth. The conclusion is that the implementation of anti-corruption education should be internalized to the students at an early age in order to get used to conduct anti-corruption measures. ZusammenfassungEin kompetenter therapeutischer Umgang mit Spannungen und Krisen in der Therapiebeziehung ist mit dem Therapieerfolg assoziiert. Diesen Umgang zu erlernen und zu trainieren ist daher ein wesentliches Ziel der Therapieausbildung. Eine Methode, die speziell hierfür entwickelt wurde, ist das allianzfokussierte Training (AFT). Sieben Psychotherapeuten in Ausbildung wurden in halbstrukturierten Interviews vor und nach ihrer Teilnahme zu ihren Erwartungen an das AFT und ihren Erfahrungen mit dem AFT befragt. Die transkribierten Interviews wurden mit der Consensual Qualitative Research (CQR) – Methode ausgewertet. In der Prä-Erhebung zeigten sich ambivalente Haltungen v. a. im Hinblick auf die im AFT ausgeübte selbstoffenbarende Haltung. In der Post-Erhebung wurden v. a. persönliche Entwicklungen und Lernzuwachs bzgl. des Umgangs mit Spannungen und Krisen beschrieben. Videoaufnahmen der Therapiesitzungen, Rollenspiele und Übungen zum Kommunizieren auf der Meta-Ebene wurden als sehr praxisrelevant und hilfreich erlebt. Die Ergebnisse sprechen dafür, dass das AFT großes Potenzial zur Verbesserung der Psychotherapieausbildung hat.
