With the rapid development of economy in China, building technology has been improved and innovated in recent years. Urban development cannot be separated from buildings. However, China’s land resources are limited and cannot meet the increasing housing needs. More and more real estate companies have shifted their investment focus to high-rise building projects, which are more complex and require a lot of building materials than lower-rise building projects. In recent years, with the optimization and upgrading of technology, the requirements of high-rise buildings are getting higher and higher, and the technical operation is becoming more and more difficult. In this case, appropriate methods must be taken to control the technical quality of civil engineering.

<p>With the speeding up of urbanization and increasing of urban population, the urban land resources are increasingly scarce. Emergence of ultra high-rise building is an inevitable trend. At present, our construction industry is in the rapid development period, where the proportion of ultra high-rise buildings in urban architecture of many big cities constantly increases. The improving ultra high-rise engineering technology is an important part of the construction industry in our country. This paper will analyze the ultra high-rise construction technology of building work in detail.</p>

Paving block merupakan bahan bangunan yang digunakan sebagai pekerasan permukaan jalan, baik jalan untuk keperluan parkir kendaraan ataupun jalan raya, ataupun untuk keperluan dekoratif pada pembuatan taman. Bahan penyusun paving block adalah semen, pasir dan air dengan atau tanpa bahan tambah lainnya. Bahan tambah yang digunakan dapat berupa limbah atau sisa bahan bangunan yang tidak terpakai. Penggunaan limbah bertujuan untuk mendapatkan mutu paving block sesuai standard dan memanfaatkan limbah secara optimal. Limbah genteng beton banyak ditemukan di sekitar bangunan bertingkat yang sudah lama dan khususnya kampus Politeknik Negeri Jakarta.Limbah ini dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pembentuk paving block sebagai substitusi agregat kasar. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan perbandingan semen dan pasir adalah 1 : 3 dengan presentase limbah genteng beton sebesar 0%, 10%, 20%, 30%, dan 40%. Nilai fas yang digunakan adalah 0,35. Hasil pengujian nilai kuat tekan yang ditinjau pada hari ke 7 pada presentase 0% sebesar 52,59 Mpa, presentase 10% sebesar 44,949 Mpa, presentase 20% sebesar 40,942 Mpa, presentase 30% sebesar 40,685 Mpa dikategorikan mutu A, sedangkan presentase 40% sebesar 26 MPa dikategorikan mutu B.Kata kunci: paving block, Limbah genteng beton, agregat kasar Paving block is a material that is used as a road surface hardening, either for vehicle parking , highways, or for decorative purposes in gardening. The constituent material of paving blocks are cement, sand and water with or without other added material. The added material used can be in the form of waste or residual unused building materials. The use of waste building material of concrete tile aims to get the quality of paving blocks according to standards and utilize waste optimally. Waste concrete roof tiles can be found around many high-rise building constructions and especially Jakarta State Polytechnic campus.This waste can be used as a paving block as a rough aggregate substitute. In this study the ratio of cement and sand was 1: 3 with a percentage of concrete tile waste of 0%, 10%, 20%, 30%, and 40%. The fas value used is 0.35. The testing results of compressive strength which is reviewed on day 7 at a percentage of 0% of 52.59 MPa, 10% of 44.949 MPa, 20% of 40.942 MPa, 30% of 40.658 MPa are categorized as grade A, while at a percentage of 40% the compressive strength is 26 MPa which is categorized as grade B.Keywords: paving block , waste concrete tile, coarse aggregate

Materials, products and systems used as finishing of external surfaces and/or interior rooms when erecting or reconstructing buildings and structures should: protect the person in the room finished with these materials from the pathogenic effects of materials, products and building systems; if possible, do not exert pathological physiological and/or activity loads on people carrying out production or life activities in rooms finished with these materials and/or equipped with products and systems. As a result of the research, it was found that the source of 80% of the chemicals found in the air environment of the apartments is used construction and finishing materials. Currently, the quality of raw materials for building materials and the building materials and structures themselves are determined by GOST and Technical Specifications. A civil engineer is required to correctly select a material, product, or structure that has sufficient strength, reliability, and durability for specific conditions. Safe in themselves, finishing materials, products, and systems in the composition can acquire and demonstrate new properties. Therefore, the study of this problem is an urgent task of the near future and one of the directions of construction anthropotechnology, in particular, when implementing high-rise construction projects.

China's higher education has entered a rapid development period, the total number of students increased dramatically, using the north-south double-sided architectural design of high-rise dormitory buildings constantly emerge. The indoor air quality of dormitory using central air-conditioning for heating and cooling has become the focus problem. To the north of the dormitory air conditioning as the research object, under the same condition and simulate and analysis the airflow of the side air supply and the top air supply of the air conditioning and ventilation room. The results show that the room adopt the side air supply form has more superiority in comfort and economy.
