Due to the mutual influence of many factors such as society, schools, teachers, and individual students, there are varying degrees of study weary of students in applied undergraduate universities in China. To solve this problem, it is necessary for authorities to focus on the training goals of applied talents to continue to deepen the reform of applied teaching. Optimizing the structure of the teaching staff through introducing outside, teachers must strive to improve the teaching level and teaching affinity. The daily management of students and ideological work strengthened, students’ confidence and determination to “knowledge changes destiny” need building.

Introduction. The deterioration of the health and physical fitness of school children in recent decades has actualized the need to introduce a health-saving system in educational organizations and as one of its components - school medicine. The introduction of school medicine in education dictated the need to solve two problems: the creation of a material and technical base (school medical offices and their equipment) and the training of school medical workers (bachelors of school medicine) or the redistribution of medical workers from the health system to education. However, the quantitative deficit in the country of pediatricians and secondary medical workers dictated only the first option of solving the problem. In this logic, the project “School medicine” was developed, aimed the training of bachelors in this field in medical universities and their subsequent employment in educational organizations. However, the introduction of school medicine did not take into account the ability of the teaching staff to form and preserve the health of students in the process of education and upbringing. This prompted us to consider the possibility of teachers' participation in the implementation of this project as full members of the school medicine system. The purpose of the study: to justify the role and importance of teachers in the implementation of the project “School medicine”. Materials and Methods. The research methodology is based on modern concepts of health as a holistic system, including physical, mental and moral components that have a mutual influence on each other, and the inextricable connection of this system with the natural and social environment (the principles of integrity, consistency, unity). The analytical and synthetic methods to study the problem paper has been used. Results. Based on the data of the authors and generalization results, the main directions of teachers' work on creating a health-preserving environment in an educational organization, participating in screening diagnostics and monitoring of physical and mental health of pupils, forming a healthy and safe lifestyle, as well as cooperation with medical personnel in the implementation of medical and hygienic tasks defined in the project are shown. The system of assessment of pupils' health, which can be defined as the first stage of medical examination of schoolchildren, is presented. Conclusions. The authors come to the conclusion that the training of students of a pedagogical University with the introduction of the “School medicine” program can provide a comprehensive approach to assessing the health of students and the sanitary and hygienic conditions of the educational environment and the educational process using modern innovative technologies, which can be implemented by teachers both independently and in cooperation with medical personnel.

Введение. Обоснована необходимость качественного изменения системы управления образовательной организации, в частности возможность применения матричного подхода для организации эффективного взаимодействия в педагогическом коллективе. Цель – обоснование роли матричного управления в организации эффективного взаимодействия педагогов. Материал и методы. Материалом исследования послужили результаты психолого-педагогического поиска отечественных и зарубежных ученых (А. В. Афониной, А. А. Бодалева, Я. Л. Коломинского, В. А. Маликовой, А. Х. Маслоу, А. Б. Орлова), а также опытно-экспериментальной работы, проведенной сотрудниками, магистрантами и студентами бакалавриата Северного (Арктического) федерального университета в период с 2017 по 2019 г., позволившей изучить особенности и динамику взаимодействия педагогов, обусловленные качественными изменениями системы управления. Результаты и обсуждение. Основная цель государственной образовательной политики – повышение качества образования и организация эффективного взаимодействия в педагогическом коллективе – являются прогрессивным средством ее достижения. Однако феномен синергетической интеракции, обладая потенциалом для качественного роста команд, в сфере образования в полной мере не изучен. Более того, практика показывает, что в современной школе создание персональных образовательных пространств превалирует над групповой и коллективной работой сотрудников, а проблема выстраивания эффективного взаимодействия на местах является одной из ключевых. Ответственность за функционирование и развитие продуктивных трудовых взаимоотношений возложена на административный корпус, и именно в системе управления кроются регулятивные механизмы организации эффективного взаимодействия. В основе гармоничного менеджмента в любой отрасли, включая профессиональную образовательную деятельность, заложены четыре основные управленческие функции – планирование, организация, мотивация и контроль. Критериями эффективного взаимодействия, согласно исследованиям А. В. Афониной, являются взаимопознание, взаимопонимание, взаимоотношение, взаимные действия и контроль. Использование в управленческой структуре двух данных равноправных организационных блоков, взаимодействующих между собой на паритетном основании (матричный подход), является действенным механизмом для организации эффективного взаимодействия педагогов, что доказали результаты проведенного эксперимента. Заключение. Матрично-структурированный менеджмент обладает позитивным потенциалом для построения и поддержания эффективного взаимодействия педагогов и в отношении образовательной среды представляет собой инновационно ориентированную организационную управленческую систему. Introduction. The purpose of the article is proving the expediency of necessity of a qualitative change in the management system of educational organizations, in particular, the possibility of applying the matrix approach, in order to organize effective interaction in the teaching staff. Material and methods. The research materials were the results of the psychological and pedagogical findings of national and foreign scientists (A. V. Afonina, A. A. Bodalev, Ya. L. Kolominsky, V. A. Malikova, A. Kh. Maslow, A. B. Orlova), and the experimental work, which was carried out by employees and students of Master’s program of the Northern (Arctic) Federal University from 2017 to 2019. These data allowed studying the peculiarities and dynamics of the secondary school teachers’ interaction, due to qualitative changes in the management system. Results and discussion. The main goal of the state educational policy is to improve the quality of education, and the organization of effective interaction in the teaching staff is a progressive means for achieving it. However, the phenomenon of synergetic interaction, possessing the potential for qualitative growth of teams, has not been fully studied in the field of education. Moreover, practice shows that modern teachers prefer the creation of personal educational spaces. There is an extremely low level of teachers’ group and teamwork at school, and the problem of building effective interaction between pedagogues is one of the key. Responsibility for the functioning and development of productive labor relations lies with the administrative stuff, and there is a lot of regulatory methods for organizing effective interaction. Professional educational activity is based on the main principles of harmonious management in any industry. There are four the most important management functions. They are planning, organization, motivation and control. The criteria for effective interaction, according to the research of A. V. Afonina, are mutual cognition, mutual understanding, relationships, mutually defined actions and mutual influence. Using the data of these equal organizational units in the managerial structure on a parity basis (a matrix approach) is an effective way for organizing of teachers’ effective interaction. This idea was proved by the results of the experiment, which had been conducted in one of the Arkhangelsk secondary schools. Conclusion. Matrix-structured management has a positive potential for building and implementing of teachers’ effective interaction. Moreover, in conformity with the educational environment, it is an innovatively oriented organizational management system.

This study aims to determine the extent to which the teaching staff in the Semarang State Polytechnic Accounting Department applies a style of speech; i.e. either oratory, deliberative, consultative, relaxed, or intimate. The data collection is done by questionnaire and class observation. The population of this study consists of teaching staff at the Semarang State Polytechnic Accounting Department. The data is more qualitative, which is more in the form of a description of the characteristics of the respondents and not much related to the numbers. Sampling technique is done by population, namely all teaching staff of Semarang State Polytechnic Accounting Department. Data analysis is carried out by a Likert Scale of 5. The results indicate that Consultative Speech is the style most widely applied by the Teaching Staff of the Semarang State Polytechnic Accounting Department, while the oratoric speaking style is the least practiced style. Extemporan presentation method is the most widely applied method in the activities of the Teaching and Learning Process in the Semarang State Polytechnic Accounting Department, while the impromptu method is the least applied method. The most widely used body language is a smile, while eye flicker is the least applied body language. The distance between the Teaching Staff and Students in the Teaching and Learning Process activities that are most widely applied are groups (125-350 cm), while the least applied distance is intimate (50 cm). The results of this study support the previous research that the use of Body Language greatly affects the success of the Teaching and Learning process.

describe the implementation of an integrated quality management component consisting of the quality of services provided by the school, human resources in teaching, the school environment, and learning process  in SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang.               The method used in this study, namely by using a naturalistic qualitative approach. Data collection is done through observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of this study include the principal, teachers, employees, and students. The validity of the data is done by triangulation, and deeper observation. Analysis of the data used is the interactive analysis model of Miles and Huberman through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing.              The results showed that: (a) the quality of services to students in SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang had met good service standards. This can be seen from the services in the form of facilities and infrastructure which are quite complete in schools; (b) the quality of human resources in the education process shows good teacher resources. This can be seen from the teacher data which shows that the teaching staff at SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang 95% of educators with S1 qualifications in the field of education; (c) the quality of the environment in SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang is already good. This can be seen from the very strategic location of the school because the location of the school is in the middle of the city so that it is easily accessible by the community; (d) the quality of the learning process carried out by teachers at Pangkal Pinang YPAC SLB is good. This can be seen from the realization of the form of activities through learning planning by preparing lesson plans for each subject, then implementing learning, which includes strategies and methods used by teachers in delivering learning material, and evaluation of learning. Keywords: Integrated quality management, student achievement     ABSTRAK Tujuan dalam melaksanakan penelitian ini  adalah untuk melihat pelaksanaan serta mendeskripsikan implementasi  komponen Manajemen Mutu Terpadu yang terdiri dari kualitas layanan yang diberikan sekolah, sumber daya manusia dalam mengajar, lingkungan sekolah, dan proses pembelajaran di SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif naturalistik. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subyek penelitian ini antara lain kepala sekolah, guru, pegawai, dan peserta didik. keabsahan data dilakukan dengan triangulasi, dan pengamatan yang lebih mendalam. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah model analisis interaktif Miles dan Huberman melalui kegiatan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (a) mutu layanan terhadap peserta didik di SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang sudah memenuhi standar layanan yang baik. Hal ini dilihat dari layanan yang berupa fasilitas sarana dan prasarana yang sudah cukup lengkap di sekolah; (b) mutu sumber daya manusia dalam proses pendidikan menunjukkan sumber daya guru yang baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari data guru yang menunjukkan bahwa tenaga pengajar di SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang 95% pendidik berkualifikasi S1 bidang kependidikan; (c) mutu lingkungan yang ada di SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang sudah baik. Hal ini terlihat dari letak sekolah yang sangat strategis karena lokasi sekolah yang berada di tengah kota sehingga mudah dijangkau oleh masyarakat; (d) mutu proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru di SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang sudah baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari realisasi bentuk kegiatan melalui perencanaan pembelajaran dengan menyusun RPP setiap mata pelajaran, kemudian pelaksanaan pembelajaran, yang meliputi strategi dan metode yang digunakan guru dalam menyampaikan materi pembelajaran, dan evaluasi pembelajaran.

The current situation in the sphere of district heating is analysed on the basis of use of the cognitive approach. The presence of closed chains of cause-effect relationships of negative factors and conflicts of target settings of the subjects in the field of district heating is shown. The conceptual model of energy efficient modernization of district heating systems is proposed. This model includes indicators of the current status of heat sources, networks and heat consumers, energetic and economic models, restrictions, procedure of forming and analysis of the mutual influence of the recommended projects. The quantitative data on indicators of the current state of district heating systems of the cities of Ukraine are presented. The interrelation between indicators of the current state and projects of energy efficient modernization of district heating systems is shown. Assessment of energy self-sufficiency of municipal district heating systems on condition of thermal modernization of buildings is carried out. The creation of energy management systems at the district heating enterprises is proposed. Bib. 6, Fig. 7, Tab. 5.

This article analyses the evolution of the mother–daughter relationship in China, and describes the mothering characteristics of four generations of women, which in sequence includes “foot-binding mothers”, “mothers after liberation”, “mothers after reform and opening up”, and “mothers who were only daughters”. Referring to Klein’s ideas about the mother–child relationship, especially those in her paper “Some reflections on ‘The Oresteia’ ”, the author tries to understand mothers and their impact on their daughters in these various periods of Chinese history, so as to explore the mutual influence of the mother–daughter relationship in particular, and the Chinese cultural and developmental context in general.

Objectives. The goal of scholarly research is to develop proposals for amendments in criminal law General and Special part of Criminal code of the Russian Federation governing self-defense. The scientific article identifies legislative gaps and contradictions that hinder the effective implementation of the necessary defense and require prompt solutions. Methods. The article analyzes such concepts as “self-defense”, “public assault”, “excess of limits of necessary defense”, “violation of the conditions of lawfulness of necessary defense”, “surprise assault”, “rights defending or other persons, interests of the state”. The use of logical and comparative legal methods allowed us to develop proposals for making changes to the criminal law norms that establish the necessary defense. Conclusions. The article shows the conflicts and gaps legislative recognition of self-defense and, in this regard, the complexity of its implementation in the articles of the Special part of the Criminal code of the Russian Federation and practical application. Changes are proposed to the criminal law norms regulating the necessary defense, both in the General and in the Special part of the Criminal code of the Russian Federation. Sense. The content of the scientific article can be used by the teaching staff of higher educational institutions when teaching the course “Criminal law”. The results of the work can be useful to persons who carry out legislative activities in the field of criminal law. The leitmotif of the article can be used in the preparation of dissertation research.
