The article identifies current trends in the composition of indicators and the number of professional competencies of production managers for interaction with contractors. It is proposed to use the assessment center's tools to assess the current level and form a promising set of competencies. The experience of using the assessment center tools for these purposes at industrial enterprises of a large industrial center of our country is summarized. The expediency of using the developed methodological procedure of qualitative cluster grouping to obtain a visual representation of the dynamics of changes for each competence model is justified. This made it possible to visualize the dynamics of changes in the clusters of two professional competencies of production managers for interaction with contractors. The conclusion is formulated that in the work of specialists in assessing the professional competencies of middle-level managers using the assessment center tools, the emphasis should shift to the development of such models of professional competencies for interaction with counterparties that allow taking into account the dynamics of the market, its development prospects and the requirements of potential customers.

Dynamism of professional activity, increasing workload and working time shortage, high social responsibility for results and other factors increase the probability of formation of burnout in government employees. This actualizes the search for new forms and methods of professional qualification of government employees based on an assessment of their psychological qualities. We discuss the problem of professional and personal burnout in Rosreestr employees, reveal the symptoms of this syndrome. As a tool for preventing and reducing the negative impact of professional deformation in Rosreestr workers, we propose the use of assessment center technology successfully tested in the international practice and requiring adaptation to Russian realities.

Creating an effective marketing strategy according to current trends is a key process needed to achieve sustainable growth that can result in attracting a great number of existing as well as potential customers. Moreover, an enterprise’s success is affected by the aforementioned process. The aim of the paper is to determine the clusters of small and medium-sized enterprises operating in the Slovak Republic and the use of marketing communication tools in the future. The research into marketing communications and customer relationship management (CRM) building in companies was carried out in Slovakia in the years 2017 and 2018. In total, 1,009 small and medium-sized enterprises from Slovakia participated in the research. Following a K-means clustering algorithm, three clusters were determined. Descriptive statistics, cluster analysis using K-means clustering, and an analysis of variance (ANOVA) were used to identify no statistically significant difference in terms of the size of enterprises.

Current trends in the development of Internet technologies are very promising, their role in the functioning of enterprises is increasing significantly. Internet technologies are tools that allow you to interact with potential customers and consumers, receive feedback from them. At the same time, factors of physical remoteness are practically nullified. The situation with the rapid development of the Internet market means that in the process of forming the necessary configurations of technological cabinets for industrial facilities management systems, the use of manual labor should be minimized. The standard approach uses paper media, which leads to a large investment of time in the formation of the necessary configurations and the calculation of their cost. In this regard, increases the complexity of the work performed and the likelihood of errors in the calculations. Thus, the following problems can be formed: the lack of sufficient mechanisms for operational interaction with potential customers; time consuming paper handling; the complexity of the operations; high probability of errors in the calculations; lack of operational access to the necessary information.

Current trends in assessment, no longer based on the view that language learning entails a passive accumulation of skills, have led to the increasingly more common use of assessment procedures that differ quite drastically from standardized norm-referenced measures of language proficiency (Calfee and Hiebert 1991, Calfee and Perfumo 1993, Gifford and O'Connor 1991). Increasing criticism of standardized tests, especially in light of current educational reform movements, has also brought into question the value of other indirect approaches to assessment (Clay 1990, Cohen 1994, Damico 1992, Haladyana 1992, Oller 1992, Pikulski 1990, Worthen 1993). Additionally, interest groups representing both linguistically and culturally diverse students and students with special education needs have called for a change in our approaches to assessment. The goal is to ensure equity in educational opportunities and to strive toward educational excellence for all students (Council of Chief State School Officers 1992, Fradd, McGee and Wilen 1994, Hamayan and Damico 1991, LaCelle-Peterson and Rivera 1994). Although some researchers suggest that it is false to assume that alternative assessment approaches automatically ensure equity for diverse populations (Darling-Hammond 1994), these approaches nonetheless provide a wealth of information which must minimally serve as a context for a more valid interpretation of all standardized test results. In a more central capacity, information from these alternative assessment procedures can constitute the sole basis for much educational and instructional decision-making (Damico 1992).
