This research aims to examine and analyze the Effects of Transformational Leadership, Competence and Compensation on work motivation and implication on the performance of lecturers of Maritime College in DKI Jakarta region both partially and jointly. Sampling 250 lecturers from the research population of 290 people with sampling of all population members including pre test samples of 40 lecturers. The method used is a quantitative method. The hypothesis testing method is through Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The results showed transformational leadership, competence, compensation and motivation of work positively and significantly both in a paraxia and simultaneously response to lecturers ' performance. The results of Square Multiple Correlation (R2) Provide work motivation information of 62% at the College of Maritime Sciences in DKI Jakarta area provided by the transformational leadership, competence, compensation. And the dominant variables are transformational leadership. The 85% contribution to the performance of lecturers was given by transformational leadership, competence, compensation, and motivation, with a more dominant variable is the motivation of work.

Voluntary pro-environmental behaviors in the workplace such as organizational citizenship behavior towards environment (OCBE) are pertinent for the organizations striving to become environmentally responsible entities. The significance of OCBE for green organizational initiatives has led scholars to strive for expanding its nomological network. Approaching from the theoretical angle of the social information processing approach, this quantitative, survey-based study theoretically links and empirically tests the impact of environmental transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior towards environment (OCBE) via mediating mechanism of perceived meaningful work. Data from a sample of 311 employees working in Pakistan’s hospitality sector were collected and analyzed to test the hypothesized relationships using structural equation modelling. Results indicated the indirect effect of perceived meaningful work on the relationship between environmental transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior towards environment. Implications of both theoretical and practical nature are laid out in the relevant sections of the paper.

This study examines generational differences in valuing the sources of motivation in workplace behaviour between millennials and older generations, with a view to assist managers in making employment decisions and maintaining multigenerational staff in the services sector. Based on systematically sampled data, the authors used Gagné et al.’s Multidimensional Work Motivational Scale (MWMS) to measure the different facets of work motivators alongside a three-item measure of employee overall work motivation (designed for this study) to address the hypotheses. Using structural equation modelling procedures to analyse the data, the authors found that four out of six motivators regress differently to overall work motivation. In other words, both extrinsic regulation–material and identified regulation are valued more by millennials compared to older generations, while extrinsic regulation–social and introjected regulation are valued less by millennials compared to older generations.

Quality of service is the superiority of services provided by a person or service provider to meet the needs and expectations of service users. Service quality indicators used to measure it are Manifestation, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. This research uses a quantitative design approach to answer the problem formulation and proof of the research hypothesis. The study aims to analyze the influence of exogenous variables, namely transformational leadership, competence, and work environment on endogenous variables, namely service quality through intervening variables, namely work motivation. The conceptual framework of the research underlies the submission of the research hypotheses. Measurement instruments are given to the sample to obtain research variable data. Research data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to test hypotheses. This study uses a correlational research survey design. This study's population is the apparatus (employees) in the Regional Government of Tuban Regency as many as 155. The results of this study are as follows: Transformational Leadership, Competence, and Work Environment have a significant effect on the Work Motivation of the Tuban Regency Regional Government Apparatus. Transformational Leadership, Competence, and Work Environment have a significant effect on the Service Quality of the Tuban District Government Apparatus Services. Work Motivation has a significant effect on the Service Quality of the Tuban Regency Regional Government Apparatus. Transformational Leadership, Competence, and Work Environment have a significant effect on the Service Quality of the Tuban Regency Government Apparatus through Work Motivation.

This paper aims to reveal the relationship between transformational leadership and technostress. Quantitative research methods were adopted to determine the relationship. The model was examined using partial least squares based structural equation modelling using data from 334 employees working in logistics companies operating in Malatya. The findings of the research illustrate that transformational leadership behaviour affects technostress negatively. In other words, individuals who have transformational leaders faceless technostress than others. Since limited papers discuss these variables together, it is expected that the study may be helpful, especially for the logistic industry, due to the results of the relationship.

Transformational leadership (TL) play an important role to improve job satisfaction(JS) among employees. however, most of the previous studies conducted in organizations and health sectors, limited studies conducted in the education sector. The purpose of this study to exam the effect of transformational leadership on job satisfaction among academic staff and enrich the body of knowledge in education sector and particularly in Iraq setting. The study conducted at Cihan university-Erbil, Iraq. However, the study employed a quantitative method by Structured questionnaires to collect the data, 137 valid questionnaires has been analysed by structural equation modelling to exam the effect among TL and JS. The result showed there is a positive significant effect of TL on JS among academic staff. moreover, the Individuals consideration found a highest impact on Job satisfaction than other TL dimensions. universities should pay more attention to TL and improve the leader's characteristics among university leaders to enhance the JS among academics staff.

This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership (TL) and knowledge management (KM) on employee performance (EP) through work motivation (WM) at construction companies in Jakarta, Indonesia. The data was collected from construction firms that have grade high qualification in Jakarta, Indonesia. A sample of 138 companies representatives was drawn from 138 construction firms in Jakarta. The structural equation modelling – partial least squares (SEM-PLS) was used to test the proposed hypothesizes. TL has a significant effect on EP through WM. KM has a significant effect on EP through WM. The relevance of the research stems from the context of a major city in Jakarta, Indonesia. Furthermore, this research is one of the initial attempts to investigate EP by considering TL and KM and its applicability to Jakarta construction firms.
