This research was done with the aim to investigate the effect of social media on tendency to entrepreneurship and business establishment. The aim of applied research and methods used in this survey was a descriptive survey research. A standard questionnaire was used to collect relevant data in this study. The reliability of each questionnaire was estimated 0.779, 0.806 and 0.798. The population study is Iranian entrepreneurs who are active in social media and number of them is uncertain; A sample of 120 active Iranian entrepreneurs were selected as target and a questionnaire was distributed among these individuals. To collect the information and necessary data to evaluate the hypotheses of the research, a questionnaire and SPSS and LISREL software were evaluated.  At inferential comprehension level, techniques of Kolmogorov-Smirnov test for being normal, Pearson correlation test and structural equation modelling were used to test the hypotheses. Based on the results, the hypotheses were accepted.

The study aimed to evaluate and develop quality standards in the education sector, through sampling the opinion of stakeholders the current standards and make the development it as it notes the existence of problematic standards in the current standards and thus th eir inability to diagnose the actual reality of education, the study was based on the case study method and homeliness and field interviews with those involved in order to get the data, it has been a form design included the proposed standards for adoption instead of the current standards has also been used a number of statistical methods and standards including the global exploratory analysis and so with the help of statistical program (SPSS) :The current study findings to a set of conclusions was the most important:The existence of a concrete blurry and weak when managers regarding the application of knowledge standards, The study concluded a set of recommendations Perhaps the most important: increased support and develop managers and teachers the ability to establish positive relationships with students and colleagues at work, taking into account the need to adopt standards proposed and obtained the agreement of the study sample.

This study evaluates the effect of supply chain information systems on firm performance in IKAMCO as a empirical case study. For this purpose, The 132 IKAMCO employees selected by simple random sampling responded to a questionnaire. Content validity of the questionnaire has been confirmed by experts in this field; its reliability has been confirmed by using Cronbach's alpha and Fisher’s test. Kolmogorov-Smirnov test is used to ensure normality of the data obtained from questionnaire. The hypotheses are tested using SmartPLS software. Results show that the model is well fitted to the data. Findings show that a lean and agile supply chain is effective on supply chain performance and supply chain performance is effective on firm performance. Efficiency of information systems moderates the effect of lean supply chain on supply chain performance and firm performance. However, flexibility of information systems does not moderate the effect of agile supply chain on supply chain performance and firm performance.

ABSTRACT Objective: To analyze the decision making of students from a nursing higher school and understand how they make decisions in the care process. Method: A qualitative study with an exploratory and descriptive approach was carried out with the case study method. Results: Six types of decision making were categorized by the students as follows: Decision about communication (15 record units [RU]); Decision about understanding (14 RU); Decision about intervention (9 RU); Decision about timing (5 RU); Decision about targeting (4 RU); and Decision about management (0 RU), with a total of 47 RU. Final considerations: Analysis of the learning diaries showed that students make more decisions regarding communication with patients and understanding of the care situation, than with the acting decision.

Abstract Background: The STEM education philosophy aims to incorporate the core content of the STEM field into a real and attractive problem scenario, using problem-driven and student-centered teaching methods to support students' multidisciplinary content integration learning and help students master the practice skills which coincide with the training of nursing students' clinical thinking ability. The STEM education concept not only enables nursing students to translate their previous knowledge and skills into the real nursing situation, but also develops students' critical thinking skills, thereby improving the ability to solve clinical nursing problems. Methods: Based on the STEM education concept, this paper constructs the design of nursing clinical thinking training course for nursing undergraduate nursing, including six teaching parts: writing teaching case, group discussion, teacher commentary, student mutual evaluation, heuristic guidance and case scenario simulation. Results: Clinical thinking training teaching model based on STEM education concept may be able to cultivate critical thinking ability of nursing undergraduate students. Conclusions: To construct nursing clinical thinking training teaching model based on STEM education concept, in order to cultivate critical thinking ability and realize knowledge transfer through STEM curriculum education.

Critical thinking is a main ability for nurses. However, the learning methods that are usually used by nursing education institutions cannot facilitate the development of critical thinking of nursing students optimally. This research investigated the effectiveness of Standardized Patient Experience (SPE) model in practicing the critical thinking capability of nursing students compared to case study. This quasi-experiment study used 77 nursing students as the samples that were divided into control and experiment group. Although there are no significant different between the total critical thinking scores of the students who participated in SPE compared to case study (p= 0.146), but there are differences in analysis and problem solving aspect (p==0.019 and 0.00). the satisfaction and confidence level of the students toward the SPE are also significantly increased compared to case study (p=0.01 dan p=0.00). To conclude, both the SPE and case study method are effective in developing the critical thinking of the nursing students.

Preparedness is a new paradigm in the context of disaster management. In order to reduce casualties, property losses, and psychological impacts, the community must improve their preparedness. Alue Naga Village, Banda Aceh is one of the earthquakes and tsunami-prone areas. This study aims at determining the effect of earthquake and tsunami preparedness on the level of community anxiety. It utilized an analytic observational method, with a cross-sectional approach with 100 respondents. Data obtained from questionnaires were analyzed using the Kolmogorov Smirnov test. This study demonstrated that 90% of respondents have low preparedness and 70% have mild anxiety levels. It concluded that there is no significant effect between the earthquake and tsunami preparedness on the level of community anxiety in Alue Naga Village, Banda Aceh, with p value= 0.864 (p 0.1). This study recommends more research, especially on the important aspects of preparedness and anxiety levels.
