This study aims to analyze the existing performance of the Rose Florist agro-industry and formulate the business development strategy. This research uses a case study method with three respondents consisting of business owner, an employee of the business, and an UMKM officer. Data collection was carried out in April-May 2020. Data analysis uses cash flow and SWOT. The results showed that the Rose Florist Agroindustry has a good financial performance. There was an increase in cash of 9,538,729.17 from the cash flow statement, from the first period of IDR 153,249,128.57 to the second period of IDR 162,787,857.74. The development strategies that can be used in the development of the Rose Florist Agroindustry are to make quality flower arrangements, to add business signposts in business locations, and to train the workers on good management and better skills. Objective - The purpose of the research is to explore, to investigate, and to develop a business model in Islamic perspective in microfinance BMT UGT Sidogiri Indonesia. Methodology/Technique - The research developed by qualitative research with a single case study. The content analysis used as the method to analyze the data describes analytic, intuitive, interpretative, textual and strict textual analysis approaches. Findings – The main finding that the framework Islamic business model in perspective Islam proposed previously can be well understanding and applied in BMT UGT Sidogiri. The result showed that there three main building in developing of an Islamic business model consist of the business foundation, business design, and business development. Novelty - The model can be used to optimize the potential business model of Islam in BMT UGT Sidogiri and other microfinance in Indonesia in the future. This study aims to analyze Ana Batik's business conditions as one of the MSMEs in Magelang based on the Business Model Canvas (BMC) analysis to develop a business strategy based on a SWOT analysis. The research was developed based on a descriptive qualitative approach. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were collected through observation and interviews, while secondary data were collected through literature studies. The data that has been collected is analyzed based on the Business Model Canvas (BMC) analysis and the SWOT analysis. The Business Model Canvas (BMC) analysis is used to describe Ana Batik's business conditions, while the SWOT analysis is used to formulate a business development strategy that is applied to the new business model. The results of the data analysis indicate that the appropriate strategy for Ana Batik Magelang's business development is the SO strategy. SO strategies that can be applied are developing products according to fashion trends, using brand ambassadors to attract and increase consumer buying interest, and expand the market to the scope of the global market. By implementing this strategy, it is hoped that Ana Batik Magelang's business can develop and be sustainable.

Dalam pengembangan suatu usaha perlu dilakukan suatu model bisnis yang dikenal dengan Business Model Canvas. Dalam model bisnis ini perusahaan bercerita tentang kondisi internal maupun eksternal perusahaan. Adapun bisnis model canvas perusahaan menampilkan model blok/elemen bisnis yang terdiri dari sembilan elemen. Pendekatan ini digunakan untuk menerapkan implementasi Business Model Canvas di UKM“Raja Abon Makmur Lestari” Kota Pangkalpinang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi model bisnis produk abon menggunakan analisis Business Model Canvas. Data didapatkan dalam penelitian ini hasil wawancara dengan kuesioner terhadap pemilik, dua orang karyawan serta konsumen abon sebanyak 30 orang di kota Pangkalpinang serta hasil studi literatur pendukung. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini adalah setiap elemen yang diidentifikasi telah dipertajam dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT. Dari analisis tersebut diketahui bahwa diperlukan perbaikan pada hampir semua elemen model bisnis dalam usaha raja abon makmur lestari. Perbaikan model bisnis raja abon makmur lestari terfokus kepada perbaikan kegiatan pemasaran. Terutama melalui media online guna meningkatkan pendapatan.  Business model canvas is known as an approach in business development and used as a business model. It describes about a condition of internal and external of organization.  It also shows the business element which consists of nine elements. The approach is applied on the business model canvas in a small medium enterprise which is called as “Raja Abon Makmur Lestari” in Pangkalpinang City. The study aims to evaluate the business model of the product using business model canvas analysis. The data was collected through the interview using questionnaire towards the owner, two staffs and 30 customers in Pangkalpinang City and other related articles or documents. The study revealed that every identified element has been emphasized using SWOT analysis. It stated that it required the improvement on every single element of business model in Raja Abon Makmur Lestari. The improvement of business model of Raja Abon Makmur Lestari prioritized on the improvement of marketing activity especially throuh the online media in order to increase the income.

Management of Waqf by individual collectors dominates Waqf management in Indonesia. However, since Waqf laws stated that The individual and an institution could manage Waqf, the opportunity to develop Waqf is more open for Waqf institutions. One of the established Waqf institutions is the Daarut Tauhiid Waqf institution. This study aims to identify and analyze existing strategies and generate development strategies for Islamic Boarding School-based Waqf. The research method used was descriptive qualitative by using Business Model Canvas (BMC), Strength Weakness Opportunity Threat (SWOT), and Analytical Network Process (ANP) approaches. The researchers conducted this study in Daarut Tauhiid Islamic Boarding School Bandung from November 2020 to March 2021. The respondents were practitioners, namely the director and staff of Daarut Tauhiid Waqf institution, regulators from the Ministry of Religion, and academics from universities in Bogor and Jakarta. Data were collected from in-depth interviews and questionnaires from respondents. The most important development strategy to be implemented in the Daarut Tauhiid Waqf institution is the development of human resources competency. Therefore, competent human resources can establish a trusted, professional, and trustworthy team managing Waqf-based Islamic boarding schools.

Indonesians in general especially for younger generation, are more familiar with foreign cultures rather than being used to their own domestic culture, this phenomenon also occurred to the food aspect as a culture. This research aims to examine the development strategy of business model canvas approach in yeobo topokki franchise. The method used in this study is a descriptive business model, canvas model, and SWOT Analysis. The research was conducted in CV Usaha Anak Bangsa Perkasa which is located in Grand Depok City, Kalimulya, Depok, West Java. This study was conducted in April 2019 until December 2019The results indicated that Yeobo Topokki accepted the business model improvement and the results of the strategy formulation that the company was in an aggressive position. Based on this analysis, it can be concluded that c ompanies need to create value-added elements of the value proposition to create interest from prospective customers, such as by doing some certification on the products offered .

This study is set forth from the existence of pesantren as the oldest educational institution in Indonesia which plays a central role within the socio-cultural environment construction of Indonesian society. In order to exist, today, the pesantren should be able to develop its intitution yet still maintaining its originality as the characteritics of the pesantren itself. The development strategy could be initiated through self-sustaining efforts which in fact bring a positive impact for pesantren. On the other hand, financial problems often threatens the existence of pesantren. The purpose of this research is to investigate the condition of boarding school Ar-Risalah Cijantung IV and economic initiatives developed by the boarding school. This research is a case study by employing qualitative approach. Data collecting techiques are done by interviews, observation and document study. The study found that economic initiatives that is conducted by the pesantren are livestock breeding, fishery, mining, agriculture and waste processing. Those initiatives have a positive impact on pesantren because they serve as other funding sources to support pesantren development without fully depend on government support. Those businesses also brought a positive impact for the community in the surrounding pesantren.
