RESUMO Apresenta o desenvolvimento da primeira fase da pesquisa iniciada em 2016, que trata da aplicação de metodologia de indexação às Obras Completas de Rui de Barbosa. Aborda assim o estabelecimento do vocabulário sistematizado para representação dos acervos bibliográficos, da Fundação Casa de Rui Barbosa, empreendimento realizado a partir da constatação da carência de fundamentos teóricos que promovessem a melhoria do processo de elaboração das informações e da recuperação da informação, o que resultou na adoção de princípios metodológicos da teoria do conceito, de Ingetraut Dahlberg (1978). Tem como objetivo aprofundar a fundamentação teórica do processo de representação das informações oriundas dos acervos bibliográficos da instituição. A metodologia propõe identificar conceitos, a partir do estudo da metodologia de indexação que se fundamenta na teoria do conceito. Conclui que a indexação é uma prática que precisa ser sistematicamente discutida, revista e aprimorada.Palavras-chave: Indexação Temática; Acervo Bibliográfico; Teoria do Conceito.ABSTRACT It presents to development the first phase research begun in 2016 about the indexing methodology application in the Rui de Barbosa Literary work. Describe the systematized vocabulary establishment for the representation of Casa de Rui Barbosa Foundation bibliographical collections, cause theoretical foundations don´t improve the information elaboration process and retrieval therefore this study propose the Concept theory methodological by Ingetraut Dahlberg (1978) to solve this problem. Its purpose is deepen the foundation theoretical of the information representation process coming from the bibliographical collections. The methodology proposes to identify concepts, based on the study of the indexation methodology that is based on Concept Theory. It concludes that indexing is a practice that needs to be systematically discussed, reviewed and improved.Keywords: Thematic Indexing; Bibliographic Collection; Concept Theory.

Educational technology, as it is nowadays understood, is a relatively new concept. Traditionally, it was understood as the use of audiovisual materials in the classroom; however, this concept has been left behind to be considered a fundamental part of educational processes, taking into account multiple disciplines. This research links theoretical foundations with the development of a web system considering pedagogical aspects for the generation of educational technology; this is done in three stages: (1) seeking educational foundation and its adaptation to technology, (2) the applicability of these to the concept of usability and (3) the development of the system web. The results obtained were favorable; the SUS (Scale Usability System) tool determined a usability level of 91.38. In this sense, creating a system that managed information about the Fungi kingdom considers the incorporation of pedagogical and technological techniques during the elaboration process. Considering the characteristics of the end-user will help the teaching-learning process and, thus, keep the interest from the user to continue using the generated instrument.

The research was carried out within the framework of the theme of state assignment № 0593–2019–0008 «To develop theoretical foundations for creating composite mixtures for bakery products using physical methods of exposure that ensure homogeneity, stability of mixtures and bioavailability of nutrients, to optimize diets population of Russia». The data on the species belonging of new strains of lactic acid bacteria and yeast isolated from samples of good quality gluten-free starter cultures are presented. A comparative assessment of the antagonistic and acid-forming activity of strains of lactic acid bacteria and the fermentative activity of yeast was carried out. The composition of microbial compositions from selected strains of LAB and yeast was developed. The influence of the starter culture on the new microbial composition on the physicochemical, organoleptic indicators of the bread quality and resistance to mold and ropy-disease was investigated.

The article considers the feasibility of integrating artificial intelligence technologies into school education and identifies a problem in identifying didactic elements in the field of artificial intelligence, which must be mastered in a school informatics course. The purpose of the article is to propose variant of the content of teaching the elements of artificial intelligence for the general education of schoolchildren as part of the curricular and extracurricular activities in informatics. An analysis of the psychological, pedagogical and scientific-methodical literature in the field of artificial intelligence made it possible to identify the appropriateness of teaching schoolchildren the elements of artificial intelligence in the framework of a comprehensive informatics course, as the theoretical foundations of modern information technologies. Summarizing and systematizing the learning experience of schoolchildren in the field of artificial intelligence made it possible to form variant of the content of teaching the elements of artificial intelligence, which can be implemented in a compulsory informatics course for 9th grade, as well as in elective classes. The results of the study are the theoretical basis for the further development of the components of the methodological system of teaching the elements of artificial intelligence in a school informatics course. The research materials may be useful to specialists in the field of teaching informatics and to informatics teachers.
