The methods of determination of the tensely-deformed state of the difficult systems and innovativegoing are considered near the process of the civil engineering. The necessity of sharing of power criterionand theory of the tensely-deformed state is educed and reasonable at the selection of reliable andeconomical sections of elements of dome constructions.

In this paper, mechanical properties of the mechanical systems that have certain symmetries are determined. Similar problems occur frequently in engineering applications and civil engineering where many mechanical systems used in these areas exhibit symmetrical properties resulting from the design process, fabrication reasons, simplicity, cost, or logistics. The paper aims to determine the properties of the eigenvalues and the eigenmodes of transverse vibrations in a mechanical system with beams where two of the three beams were identical. The determination of these properties allows us to reduce the calculus effort and the computation time and, in addition, increases the accuracy of the results.

Technical specifications of the fashion designs should be made into written form to produce a clothing collection. Thus, the designer visualizes his/her idea using technical drawings. To fully realize his/her idea, it is important that the designer should provide the details regarding the technical specifications correctly. Because while a clothing collection is produced, it goes through many processes by different people. That the designer introduces technical specifications in detail provides accurate production of the collection.In this study, the fashion design process is gathered under fifteen headings as identification of target market, research of fashion trends, determination of concept, identification of colors, selection of fabrics, determination of auxiliary materials, description of line, preparation of concept board, illustration of clothing designs, drawing of technical designs, formation of measurement charts, description of sewing instructions, indication of measurements, preparation of patterns and computing costs. In addition to these headings, the technical specifications covering the process are also considered. Lastly, the suggestions on teaching of the technical specifications in fashion design education are presented. The aim of this study is the technical specifications in the fashion design process to be learned. Therefore, the suggestion for integration of the information that is learned during fashion design education which requires a long lasting infrastructure is presented.   In fashion design education, it is important to provide education in design and production process. In this study the aim is to develop a model about teaching technical specifications in fashion design education. The aim of this study is to develop a model for teaching technical specifications in fashion design education. Therefore it is considered that the study is important in terms of integration of design and production information with related technical specifications.Keywords: Fashion design, fashion design education, technical specifications

Abstract A proposal of the method aimed at the longwall face crew selection with respect to stochastic character of the production process has been described in this study. Modules, which can be isolated from the production cycle, as well as methods of determination of the probability function density describing duration of individual action realized in production process, have been described in the first part of the study. Procedure of crew selection of individual modules, including optional crew selection, has been described in next chapters. Statement of action, which should be executed in order to apply the proposed method, including final conclusions, is discussed in the last chapter.

Selection of the appropriate composition desalination units can be done with a variety of method approaches, one of the method is the Analytic Hierarchy Process. In determining the desalination unit with AHP method to consider is setting a goal, an alternative criteria and pairwise comparison. Research for the determination of the exact composition of the desalination unit in order to achieve sustainable drinking water suppy in coastal areas and small islands has been conducted. The results of the study are as follows, the energy demand of 50.83%, operator costs of 26.64%, maintenance costs of 14.13% and chemical requirement 8.4%. For an alternative composition desalination unit of RO 10 m3 / day is the best alternative composition with value of 59.61%, the composition of the next alternative is RO 20 m3/ day of 30.40% and the last alternative of the desalination unit composition is RO 120 m3/ day of 09.99%.Key words : Desalination, Mukti Stage Flash Composition, AHP

Formulae have been obtained that are necessary to calculate cumulative deformation in the process of straitened extrusion in the central area closed to the working end of the counterpunch. The general method of plastic flow proposed by A. L. Vorontsov was used. The obtained formulae allow one to determine the deformed state of a billet in any point of the given area. The formulae should be used to take into account the strengthening of the extruded material.
