Confronting with the difficulties of the construction metro station in the Northeast of China, a new idea of shield method combined prefabricated method is put forward. In the paper the research status of the underground engineering precast assembly technology was analyzed and classified firstly. The method of single round interval shield combined with open-cut (or covered excavation) prefabricated sections and on the basis of shield tunnel to build single arch station is especially worth studying and promotion. Then the key prefabricate theory needing to deal with such as how to calculating the spring stiffness and so forth of the calculating model. The key technology such as joint formation, waterproof and the other of shield method combined with prefabricated method was discussed.

This paper takes dual-spindle turning center as the research object, researching on the key technology of the efficient processing and integration application, the special post processor for dual-spindle turning center was developed based on the IMSPOST, the technical problems of dual-spindle structural system and post processing algorithm for varies of processing modes were solved, the NC processing programs were generated effectively and correctly. Production application showed that: the development of post processor for dual-spindle turning center improves the automation level and quality of NC programming effectively, brings the processing capability of dual-spindle turning center full play, and provides technical support for the manufacturing of complex mechanical products.

The Shelter enclosing the wrecked Chernobyl Unit 4 reactor continues to deteriorate posing an increasing environmental threat due to structural degradation and the ingress of water. The uncertain nature of the wreckage within the Shelter combined with structural instability and high radiation fields make the remediation a very challenging task. A decision-based approach known as the Shelter Implementation Plan (SIP) has been adopted as a way of resolving the many difficulties. This plan has the financial support of more than 20 nations under the Chernobyl Shelter Fund (CSF) which is administrated by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). Project execution will pose a number of unique problems in technology, project management, contracting, nuclear regulation and risk management.

Numerical control (NC, for short) forming machine is kind of digital forming equipment, which is based on the development of manufacturing technology without pattern, and can get mold by processing module directly, and its mechanical structure is mainly composed of the main structure, moving system, tool system and other components. The main structure is not only the foundation and framework of the entire machine, but also the most important component bearing pressure. The moving system is the most critical part of forming machine to achieve its fundamental function. Therefore, the design and development of the main structure and moving system have directly impact on the performance and service life of the forming machine, which is an important factor to reflect the level of the overall design. In this paper, structural static analysis of the main structure and moving system was made through finite element numerical simulation, the more reasonable scheme was optimized, by which the safety and reliability of forming machine was ensured. The research results can provide the necessary technical support for the structural design of NC forming machine.

The design principles of conversion circuit for intellect vortex flow-meter with MSP430 microcontroller used as the core was described in detail. The implementation plan of system development was confirmed based on the analyzing of the key technology of vortex flow-meter, which collected and processed the pulse signal from the pre-amplified circuit and sent to the module of D/A conversion converted into standard 4 ~ 40 mA output. The key of the design of hardware circuit and implementation of software was stated. The result tested and approved by the site shows that the technology index has met the design requirement with the character of reliability, which solves the problem of the large wastage of power and low stability. Its performance can be comparable with that of the same import products and its cost is much lower. It has a broad market prospect.

In this paper, the overall requirements for the design of the drive bridge is analysed, the programme of the structure on the drive axle assembly and component parts is studied. The overall design and programme design on the drive axle assembly is finished; the basic structure of the double reduction final drive and the middle tandem axle is ensured which refers to the structure of the reference model CA1092; The basic components on the drive axle assembly are designed. The calculation of their basic geometric parameters is finished, and the strength of the parts which have greater impact on the overall strength is checked; and the remaining components are designed briefly. The paper gave a briefing on the characteristics of Solidworks 2008 software and virtual assembly technology. Introduces three-dimensional maps of parts which are draw by SolidWorks software and describes drive axle assembly by the form of diagrams.

Detection of hydrogen gas is a crucial task for establishing safety and reliability of fuel cells, a key technology for the environment and our society. However, hydrogen is difficult to detect and various hydrogen sensors have many drawbacks. Here we report a novel hydrogen gas sensor, the ball surface acoustic wave (SAW) sensor, using Pd or PdNi sensitive film. The ball SAW sensor is based on a novel phenomenon, diffraction-free propagation of collimated beam along an equator of sphere. The resultant ultra-multiple roundtrips of SAW makes it possible to achieve highest sensitivity among SAW sensors. Moreover, it enables to use a very thin sensitive film, and consequently the shortest response time (2s) was realized. In terms of the sensing range, it has the widest range of 10 ppm to 100 % among any hydrogen sensors including FET or resistivity sensors. The ball SAW sensor can be applied not only to hydrogen but also to any gasses and possibly to liquids.

According to the development status of the energy meter, we put forward a design of a Three-phase multi-function energy meter based on professional measurement chip RN8302 and High-performance single chip microcomputer MSP430 in this article. It has the characteristics which are low-power consumption, high-precision and electricity anti-theft. It could also real-time measured current, voltage, active power, reactive power, power factor, over-voltage and over-current signal. The design also has the functions of surge prevention, lightning prevention and voltage protection, improving the overall safety and reliability of the system.Use the Low-voltage power line carrier communication, there is no need to build another peripherals,saving the cost of grid investment. The article also gave the overall design scheme and the main hardware principle Schematic.
