<p>Nowadays, the Internet technology has been widely used in various industries. The application of this technology can not only effectively promote the development of the industry, but also can fully improve the work efficiency of a wide range of industries. Besides, the application of the Internet technology in the education industry not only can innovate the teaching mode, but also can improve the students' learning efficiency. The ideological and political education plays an important role in education in colleges and universities. China has entered the 21st century, the Internet has entered an era of rapid development, especially in recent years, with the emergence of five G, China’s Internet development has entered a new journey, with the rapid development of the Internet, China’s various industries can not do without the Internet, whether real estate, financial industry or even education industry. In recent years, under the influence of the newly created “Internet” education model, the English teaching methods of major colleges and universities have also undergone great reform. With the continuous development and progress of information technology, China has entered the stage of comprehensive network information development. Internet technology is also gradually playing an important role in various fields. The same is true in the field of education, and the combination of the Internet and education is also an inevitable development trend. Under the background of “Internet +”, the development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities is also the same. In the process of development, reform and innovation should be actively combined with the Internet. This paper focuses on the changes of ideological and political education in colleges and universities under the background of “Internet +”, and explores the development paths of ideological and political education innovation and Internet in colleges and universities. By exploring the innovative development of ideological and political education, the quality of ideological and political education in colleges and universities can be improved, thus further improving the innovative development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and laying a good foundation for the development of ideological and political education. Objectives: With the constant improvement and development of the ideological and political educational system in our country, colleges and universities pay more and more attention to the ideological and political education for students in the teaching process. However, there is still a lack of effective management methods in the process of ideological and political education. Methods: Based on the above considerations, in this paper, the research on the educational management model of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities based on anthropological linguistics was put forward. Firstly, the relevant theories of anthropological linguistics were elaborated and a detailed introduction was carried out to the educational management methods; based on this, the intervention mechanism of using anthropological linguistics for educational management was proposed; then, by adding the counseling function of cognitive science to management means, the initiative of students in the teaching process was further mobilized. Results: This teaching management can provide reference value for a wide range of applications in the future. In order to verify the feasibility of the study, the test of practical educational management model of ideological and political courses was used. Conclusion: By comparing with the traditional way, it is concluded that it is feasible to study the educational management model of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities based on anthropological linguistics.

In recent years, new media has been booming in our country.
