The advent of the Internet era has brought tremendous changes to people's way of life and work, and its convenience and efficiency have promoted the rapid development of the society. However, the openness and dissemination of the Internet also have some negative effects, especially for ideological and political education in colleges and universities, its negative effects are quite significant. Through ideological and political education, students can correct learning attitude, cultivate good ideological and moral character, guide students to establish the correct values, outlook on life, moral values. How to carry out effective innovation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the network era and realize the advancement of ideological and political education has become a major problem facing colleges and universities at present. This paper makes a special study on the innovative strategies of ideological and political education methods in colleges and universities in the network era.

In recent years, the number and size of Web services on the Internet have a rapid development. Industry and academia start to study the web service. In Internet resources, if the web cannot be found, the web service will become meaningless. So for web services, large-scale managements and problems are the keys of the study of Internet service resources. This paper studies large-scale distributed web services in network resources based on SOA architecture ideas. It also designs the unified management and organization system of ideological and political education which treat the ideological and political education as the content. It proposes SN network resource service model of ideological and political education. With the development and popularization of the Internet today, the study on Internet resources of ideological and political education in this paper provides a theoretical reference for the innovation of the ideological and political education.

At present, with the continuous improvement and rapid development of the socialist market economy in China, especially the sudden rise of electronic information technology, the new communication tools are changing with each passing day. In this process, new media information technology, with its unique advantages, “broke” into the vision of modern people, participated in and influenced people’s way of life, behavior habits and social operation, and brought the development of human society into a new stage, the new media age. In today’s era, the new media has been developing rapidly in terms of technology and content, and its content is timeliness and interesting. It matches the characteristics of contemporary college students in pursuit of freshness and individuality, so that it has won the general favor of college students. However, when the new media information technology affects and permeates all aspects of the University, the ideological and political education of college students does not seem to keep pace with the times. With the continuous development and progress of information technology, China has entered the stage of comprehensive network information development. Internet technology is also gradually playing an important role in various fields. In recent years, new media has been booming in our country. College students can learn about everything happening in the world in real time through the Internet, which speeds up their understanding and acceptance of information. Emphasis was placed on the most important positives that can be achieved in the short and long term as a result of this shift in the way of life, work and other things, taking into account Iraq to ensure the positives that can be achieved as a result of the anomaly that it was exposed to, and we will focus on specific economic sectors in our study, the education sector and the telecommunications sector. The importance of the management of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities is objective to the importance of ideological and political theory courses. At present, the management of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities has big problems in both macro and micro aspects. This paper combines artificial intelligence technology to build an intelligent management system for ideological and political education in colleges and universities based on artificial intelligence, and conducts classroom supervision through intelligent recognition of student status. The KNN outlier detection algorithm based on KD-Tree is proposed to extract the state information of class students. Through data simulation, it can be known that the KD-KNN outlier detection algorithm proposed in this paper significantly improves the efficiency of the algorithm while ensuring the accuracy of the KNN algorithm classification. Through experimental research, it can be seen that the construction of this system not only clarifies the direction of management from a macro perspective, but also reveals specific methods of management from a micro perspective, and to a certain extent effectively solves the problems in the management of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities.
