This research was conducted at Public Elementary School 68 Palembang with 34 teachers as respondents in the study sample. In this study there are three research variables consisting of two independent variables Principal Competence (X1) and Community Participation (X2), and one dependent variable Quality of Educational Services (Y). The extent to which the realization and role of community participation in education depends on the understanding of the community itself in education, and depends on the ability of the school. Quality education services are educational services that are in accordance with the plan and achieve the goals set and can meet the expectations and needs of customers. The results obtained in this study illustrate that the quality of educational services in Public Elementary School 68 Palembang is very good and can meet customer needs.

The main objective of this research was reveal in detail by facts and data to get a complete image about the implementation of improvement program of educator quality at integrated elementary school Al-Fikri Islamic Green School Pekanbaru. This research specifically aimed reveal information objectively and empirically that relates understanding of improvement program of teachers’ quality, implementation of improvement program types, the supporting and abstracting factors in the implementation of the program and the effects of the implementation of the program and the effects of the implementation of the program at integrated elementary school Al-Fikri Islamic Green School Pekanbaru. This research used qualitative approach; the data were collected by interview, observation, and documentation. The data were analyses by descriptive qualitative with descriptive presentation, and triangulation was used know the data validity. The result showed that the teachers understand the improvement program of the teacher quantity well. The improvement programs of teachers’ quality at this school which were actualized in some programs such as education and training, ta’lim, kkg, teacher meeting, supervision, seminars workshop, study tour, character school programs could be done well. It was showed that there were supporting and obstructing factors on this program. Then, this program had positive effect toward the development of teacher competence optimally, positive effect an teacher service students, positive effect an teacher service to students’ parents, and positive effect an school quality.

Abstract: This study aims to evaluate the service quality of Kanaan Christian Elementary School in Banjarmasin. Type of research is evaluative research with descriptive qualitative methods using SERVQUAL model which measures the gap between consumer perceptions and expectations based on dimensions of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibility. Data were collected by interview, also using a SERVQUAL and school’s input, process and output aspect questionnaire. The results showed that the perception of service from customers is quite good and able to meet the minimum expectations although it has not reached the desired expectations. The order of SERVQUAL's five dimensions from most satisfying to least satisfying is: tangibility, reliability, empathy, assurance, and responsiveness. It can be concluded that the dimension of responsiveness is in the most unsatisfactory position because currently the management of Kanaan Christian Elementary School in Banjarmasin seems like there is no one taking a leader role. Things that can be considered by Kanaan Christian Elementary School are to keep and prove the promise that has been delivered so that customers are not easily disappointed and also involve parents in a word of mouth marketing strategy due to the character of target customers are critical, like to gather and chat together. Keywords: educational service; school quality; SERVQUAL Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi kualitas jasa di SD Kristen Kanaan Banjarmasin. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian evaluatif dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif menggunakan model SERVQUAL yang mengukur kesenjangan antara persepsi dan ekspektasi konsumen berdasarkan dimensi reliabilitas, daya tanggap, jaminan, empati, dan bukti fisik. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, dibantu kuesioner berinstrumen SERVQUAL dan aspek input, proses dan output sekolah. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa persepsi layanan jasa dari pelanggan cukup baik dan cukup memenuhi harapan minimum walaupun belum mencapai harapan yang diinginkan. Urutan lima dimensi SERVQUAL dari yang paling memuaskan hingga yang paling tidak memuaskan adalah: bukti fisik, keandalan, empati, jaminan, dan daya tanggap. Disimpulkan dimensi daya tanggap berada di posisi paling tidak memuaskan adalah karena saat ini manajemen SD Kristen Kanaan Banjarmasin seolah seperti tidak ada yang mengambil peran pemimpin. Hal yang dapat menjadi pertimbangan SD Kristen Kanaan adalah agar dapat menjaga dan membuktikan janji yang telah disampaikan agar pelanggan tidak mudah kecewa dan dapat melibatkan orang tua murid dalam strategi pemasaran mulut ke mulut mengingat karakter target pelanggan yang kritis, suka berkumpul dan mengobrol. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji keefektifan model Pembelajaran Mind Mapping berbantuan Media Display terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SD N Gugus KH.Samanhudi Kendal.Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Kuantitatif dan jenis penelitian quasi eksperimen. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas IV SD N Sendangdawuhan 02 sebanyak 26 siswa sebagai kelas eksperimen, kelas IV SD N Bulak 02 sebanyak 28 siswa.Data hasil belajar dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji-t untuk menguji perbedaan rata-rata kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen. Hasil perhitungan menggunakan Independent Sample T-Test menujukan jika nilai (2-tailed) < 0,05 ,karena hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kolom (2- tailed) yaitu sebesar 0,000 yang berarti lebih kecil dari 0.05. Simpulannya bahwa model pembelajaran Mind Mapping  berbantuan media display efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran IPS . Saran guru dan siswa diharapkan untuk menerapkan model pembelajaran Mind Mapping berbantuan media display dalam pembelajaran di kelas dan untuk model mencatat sehari-hari agar dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa sehingga mutu sekolah dapat meningkat. The purpose of this study was to test the effectiveness of the Mind Mapping Learning Model assisted by Display Media in the fourth grade students' learning outcomes at KH. Samanhudi Cluster Elementary School, Kendal Regency. This study used a quantitative method and quasi-experimental type of research. The samples in this study were the fourth grade students at Sendangdawuhan 02 Elementary School in the number of 26 students as the experimental class, the fourth grade students at Bulak 02 Elementary School in the number of 28 students. The learning outcomes were analyzed using t-test to test the average difference of the control class and the experimental class. The result of calculations using the Independent Sample T-Test addressed if the value (2-tailed) <0.05, because the results of the study showed that the column (2- tailed) was equal to 0,000 which means it was smaller than 0.05. The conclusion was the Mind Mapping learning model assisted by display media was effectively used in social studies learning. It was suggested for the teachers and the students to apply Mind Mapping learning model assisted by display media in the classroom and for note-writing in order to improve students' learning outcomes so that the school quality could also improve.

This article discusses the model of spiritual leadership of elementary school teachers in the character formation of students, which teacher leadership in the classroom influences whether or not the character possessed by the students. The research method usedlibrary reserarch. Library research is a research conducted by researchers by collecting a number of books, magazines, leaflets pertaining with problems and research objectives. The findings in the research of spiritual leadership applied by elementary school teachers in leading the students, teachers always lead by using heart with the charactheristic are taqwa, tawakal and tawadhu (3T). So, the studentswill have a good character.

Persistence for achievement reflected from the willingness and determination of principal to implement quality leadership will facilitate the improvement of teachers’ performance, and the two will be the determinant factors for the students’ ultimate achievement. This study aims at analyzing empirical data on the effect of instructional, transformational and spiritual leadership as independent variables, with school quality as the dependent variable. In addition, the intervening variable is teachers’ performance. This study employed the quantitative approach in which samples of 181 teachers were re taken using the proportional random sampling technique. All data were then analysed using the SEM technique with the AMOS 24 application. The findings show that: (1) there is a direct effect of instructional leadership on teachers’ performance, transformational leadership on teachers’ performance, spiritual leadership on teachers’ performance, instructional leadership on students’ achievement, transformational leadership on students’ achievement, spiritual leadership on students’ achievement, and teachers’ performance on students’ achievement. In addition, (2) there is an indirect effect of instructional leadership on students’ achievement through teachers’ performance, transformational leadership on students’ achievement through teachers’ performance and spiritual leadership on students’ achievement through teachers’ performance.

Abstrak Rendahnya kualitas pendidikan disebabkan oleh hasil belajar siswa di beberapa mata pelajaran yang terbilang rendah. Hal tersebut didukung oleh data hasil belajar PAS IPA siswa kelas IV SDN Gugus Diponegoro Kabupaten Pati yang terbilang rendah. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah kurang mengetahui model yang cocok digunakan saat pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji keefektifan model make a match berbantuan kartu bergambar terhadap hasil belajar ipa siswa kelas IV SDN Gugus Diponegoro Kabupaten Pati. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan jenis penelitian quasi eksperimen. Sampel penelitian ini adalah kelas IV SDN Tambahmulyo 01 sebanyak 18 siswa dan kelas IV SDN Tambahmulyo 02 sebanyak 14 siswa sebagai kelas eksperimen, kelas IV SDN Sonorejo sebanyak 26 siswa dan kelas IV SDN Kedungmulyo sebanyak 18 siswa sebagai kelas kontrol. Data hasil belajar dianalisis menggunakan uji-t untuk menguji perbedaan rata-rata kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen. Hasil perhitungan menggunakan Independent sample t-test menunjukkan jika nilai (2-tailed) < 0,05 ,karena hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kolom (2-tailed) yaitu sebesar 0,000 yang berarti lebih kecil dari 0,05. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah model make a match berbantuan kartu bergambar efektif digunakan dalam pelajaran IPA. Saran guru dan siswa diharapkan untuk menerapkan model pembelajaran Make a Match berbantuan kartu bergambar dalam pembelajaran di kelas dan untuk agar dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa sehingga mutu sekolah meningkat. The low quality of education was caused by student learning outcomes in several subjects that are fairly low. This was supported by the data on learning outcomes of the PAS IPA fourth-grade Diponegoro Elementary School in Pati Regency which is relatively low. One of the reasons is not knowing the suitable model to use when learning. The purpose of this study is to test the effectiveness of the models make a match aided by picture cards on the learning outcomes of the fourth-grade students of the Diponegoro Elementary School in Pati Regency. This research used quantitative methods and quasi-experimental research types. The sample of this research divided into 2 clusters, both of the clusters was taken at the fourth-grade. Tambahmulyo 01's Elementary School (18 students) and Tambahmulyo 02's Elementary School (14 students) were as an experimental class, Sonorejo Elementary School (26 students), and Kedungmulyo Elementary School (18 students) were as a control class. Learning outcomes data were analyzed by using a t-test to test the difference in the average of the control class and the experimental class. The results of the Independent sample t-test indicate if the value (2-tailed) <0.05, due to the results of the study indicate the column (2-tailed) is equal to 0,000 which means it is smaller than 0.05. The conclusion of the research from the models make a match aided by picture cards is effectively used in science lessons. The suggestions for teachers and students are expected to apply the Model of Make a Match aided by picture cards in classroom learning and improved the school quality by improving the students learning outcomes.

This study aims to describe the implementation of improving character-based learning quality with the full day school system in the era of industrial revolution 4.0 held in elementary schools. Elementary School, as the foundation for education at the next level, must be in good condition, quality, and teach character values. Primary school is the foundation to be able to continue at the next school level. If the foundation is good and quality, students will find it easier to get succeed in carrying out learning in the next school. Quality learning is the key to the success of schools in creating effective schools, high quality, and demanded by the community. This study used a qualitative research approach with a multi-site study design at Al-Gontori Islamic elementary school and Al-Azhar Islamic Primary with a full day school system. The results of the study indicate that learning is carried out by using government curriculum integration with the school curriculum sourced from the teachings of Islam. Active learning is carried out in shaping the knowledge and skills needed by students in the industrial revolution era 4.0, planting morality, implementing character values that are the core values of the school, and forming Islamic culture. This is done so that students have personal and social skills in preparing quality human resources in the future. Learning quality is improved continuously so that students have the competence and character that are by the quality standards set by the school. The full-day school system can familiarize students in applying character values under the guidance and supervision of teachers.
