Emotion and power have been studied very deeply especially during the last decade; however, the common effects of these two factors on individuals' optional behaviors (organizational citizenship, anti-productivity, unethical behaviors) have been less focused. In the present paper, the role of individuals' emotionality, their interest in power, and their tendency to unethical behaviors will be discussed according to the model of Levine. Three questionnaires were distributed and the collected data were analyzed using Pearson’s Correlation Coefficient, Multiple Regression, and T- test. Findings indicated that there is a significant relationship between the two independent variables of emotionality and power and tendency to unethical behaviors. Moreover, according to the results of the tests, men are more emotion-oriented and power seekers than women. Keywords: Power, Emotion, Ethical Behaviors

Abstract: This study aims to evaluate the service quality of Kanaan Christian Elementary School in Banjarmasin. Type of research is evaluative research with descriptive qualitative methods using SERVQUAL model which measures the gap between consumer perceptions and expectations based on dimensions of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibility. Data were collected by interview, also using a SERVQUAL and school’s input, process and output aspect questionnaire. The results showed that the perception of service from customers is quite good and able to meet the minimum expectations although it has not reached the desired expectations. The order of SERVQUAL's five dimensions from most satisfying to least satisfying is: tangibility, reliability, empathy, assurance, and responsiveness. It can be concluded that the dimension of responsiveness is in the most unsatisfactory position because currently the management of Kanaan Christian Elementary School in Banjarmasin seems like there is no one taking a leader role. Things that can be considered by Kanaan Christian Elementary School are to keep and prove the promise that has been delivered so that customers are not easily disappointed and also involve parents in a word of mouth marketing strategy due to the character of target customers are critical, like to gather and chat together. Keywords: educational service; school quality; SERVQUAL Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi kualitas jasa di SD Kristen Kanaan Banjarmasin.

Purpose Guided by the resource-based theory, the purpose of this study was to predict the role of football talent in the Federation Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) rankings of the men’s national football teams in the Copa America zone. Design/methodology/approach The study used archival data of Copa American national football teams. The dependent variable was FIFA rankings, and the independent variables were football talent (measured by the stocks of amateur footballers, professional footballers and football officials). Statistical analysis was performed using Kendall tau statistic and binary logistic regression. Findings The binary logistic regression results indicated that FIFA rankings were statistically and significantly associated with the stock of football officials and professional footballers – but not amateur footballers. The predictive model explained 80 per cent of the variance. Research limitations/implications The study focused exclusively on the stock of football talent in each nation, and not alternative determinants of national football team competitiveness as economic power and quality of professional football leagues, among others. Practical implications The stocks of professional footballers and football officials are valuable sources of competitive advantage (CA) in national football team rankings. Originality/value The study highlighted the uniqueness and distinctiveness of a nation possessing large stocks of professional footballers which can boost the CA and rankings of Copa American national football teams.

In modern society, the importance of quality education is steadily increasing, and the spiritual, cultural and moral potential of society is associated with its development. Based on a study of the civic education model, we will present elements related to the country’s commitment to open government at the international level and propose strategies for implementing specific policies that support these commitments regarding education and global citizenship. Therefore, our goal is to provide the scientific community with practical tools for quality education in the mechanism of openness of state bodies based on Al-Farabi’s research. The need of society and the state for the innovative development of the economy in a rapidly developing world is continuously associated with the improvement of universities in the formation of vocational training for graduates - future specialists. The country needs such personnel who are ready to create and introduce innovations in the field of open government, with the possibility of control by society, as well as the dynamic cooperation in active way of participation of citizens themselves in management and to monitor government initiatives and their legitimacy. Continuous improvement of the quality of education should be the goal not only of the country’s leadership, but also of each citizen individually and of society as a whole.
