This study aims to determine how the Effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Liquidity on Profitability of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia for the 2015-2019 Period. The results of data processing using the SPSS 17 For Windows program resulted in multiple regression analysis with two independent variables and one dependent variable showing that Y = 1.108 +1.404X1 - 0.240 X2, meaning that profitability is influenced by Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Liquidity. Furthermore, the results show that the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Liquidity variables can explain the Profitability variable 36%, the remaining 64% is explained by other variables. The results of the hypothesis test state that: Hypothesis 1 is accepted, this can be seen from the value of tcount>ttable, then the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) has an effect on profitability. The second hypothesis is rejected, it can be seen from the value of tcountFtable, it is stated simultaneously that Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Liquidity have an effect on Profitability.

The purpose of this study was to examine the direct effect of nationalism and tax morale on tax awareness. As well as testing the effect of the two independent variables on taxpayer compliance through tax awareness. The research method used is quantitative with data collection techniques through questionnaire, method in taking samples using the hair method, namely the number respondent 5 – 10 times the number of indicators. The results of the sample obtained are 180 respondents with the status of Taxpayers. The sample was tested for validity and reliability testing and tested the hypothesis through the Smarts PLS software application. The results of hypothesis testing prove that there is a significant direct effect on nationalism and tax morale on tax awareness, a significant direct effect on tax awareness on taxpayer compliance, and a significant indirect effect on nationalism and tax morale attitudes on taxpayer compliance. Tax through tax awareness. From this research it can be concluded that when the Government will. To increase tax awareness, the first strategy that must be improved is tax morale, then the attitude of nationalism. And to increase taxpayer compliance through tax awareness, the first strategy that must be improved is tax morale, then nationalism.

The purpose of this research: (1) to know the effectiveness of zoom meeting application on the ability to write anecdotes. (2) to know the influence of comedy film media on the ability to write anecdotes. (3) to know the influence if the interaction of zoom meeting application and comedy film media together on the ability to write anecdotes. The research is a quantitative with the type used is experimental study using a 2x2 factorial design. This design used to examine two independent variables (zoom meeting application and Comedy Film Media) against one dependent variable (writing anecdotes) with the help of SPSS version 16 for windows application. The sample of the research as many as 40 students and take a sample random technique. Data collection was done by means of a student's writing ability test. The findings of the researcher indicate that: (1) there is a significant influence of students using the zoom meeting application on the ability to write anecdotes, with the acquisition value F0 = 5,415 and sig. = 0,026 ≤ 0,05; (2) there is a significant of students using the comedy film media on the ability to write anecdotes, with the acquisition value 11.094 and sig. = 0,02 ≤ 0,05; (3) there is no significant effect of the zoom meeting application and comedy film media on students’ anecdotes writing skills, with the acquisition value F0 = 1.518 and sig. = 0,226 ≥ 0,05.Keywords: Zoom Meeting Aplication, Comedy Film, Writing Ability

AbstractEquivalence of differential equations is one of the most important concepts in the theory of differential equations. In this paper, the moving coframe method is applied to solve the local equivalence problem for the general form of Burgers’ equation, which has two independent variables under action of a pseudo-group of contact transformations. Using this method, we found the structure equations and invariants of these equations, as a result some conditions for equivalence of them will be given.

Since the use of finite element (FE) simulations for the dynamic analysis of railway beams on frictionally damped foundations are (i) very time consuming, and (ii) require advanced know-how and software that go beyond the available resources of typical civil engineering firms, this paper aims to demonstrate the potential of Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) to effectively predict the maximum displacements and the critical velocity in railway beams under moving loads. Four ANN-based models are proposed, one per load velocity range ([50, 175] ∪ [250, 300] m/s; ]175, 250[ m/s) and per displacement type (upward or downward). Each model is function of two independent variables, a frictional parameter and the load velocity. Among all models and the 663 data points used, a maximum error of 5.4 % was obtained when comparing the ANN- and FE-based solutions. Whereas the latter involves an average computing time per data point of thousands of seconds, the former does not even need a millisecond. This study was an important step towards the development of more versatile (i.e., including other types of input variables) ANN-based models for the same type of problem.

In this paper, we obtained a new Hermite-Hadamard type inequality for functions of two independent variables that are m-convex on the coordinates via some generalized Katugampola type fractional integrals. We also established a new identity involving the second order mixed partial derivatives of functions of two independent variables via the generalized Katugampola fractional integrals. Using the identity, we established some new Hermite-Hadamard type inequalities for functions whose second order mixed partial derivatives in absolute value at some powers are (α, m)-convex on the coordinates. Our results are extensions of some earlier results in the literature for functions of two variables.

This study aims to determine the effect of Green Marketing and Green Brand Image on users attitudes of The Body Shop Indonesia products empirically, either partially or simultaneously. The population in this study are followers of the Instagram account @thebodyshopindo who have purchased The Body Shop products and used them. This study used a sample of 100 respondents where the questionnaire was distributed using google form through social media Instagram. Sampling using purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression, with partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing and processed using SPSS version 25 for Windows. The results showed that the two independent variables, namely Green Marketing and Green Brand Image, had a positive and significant effect either partially or simultaneously on the dependent variable of user attitudes. In addition, this study explains that user attitudes are influenced by 68.5% by Green Marketing and Green Brand Image, the remaining 31.5% is influenced by other factors.

This study aims to determine the contribution of PNF training and Shuttle Run training to Dollyo Chagi's kicking ability in male Pre-Junior athletes aged 10-13 years Tiger Sumatra Taekwondo Club Binjai 2021. The method used in this study is an experimental method with data collection techniques involving two independent variables, namely PNF and Shuttle Run on the dependent variable dollyo chagi kick ability. The population in this study amounted to 30 athletes, and the sample in this study amounted to 10 athletes who were selected by purposive sampling method. The design of this study used a post-test one group design. The results of this study indicate that (1) There is There is a contribution of PNF training to the dollyo chagi kick ability of 79% (2) There is a contribution of Shuttle Run training to the dollyo chagi kick ability 19.2%, (3) There is a contribution of PNF and Shuttle Run training to the dollyo chagi kicking ability known by looking at the value of R (r2 x 100%). The value of r2 is 0.911, so it is known that the amount of contribution is 91.1%.

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the leadership style and work discipline have an effect on the employee performance of Carrefour Mangga Dua.The results of this study explain that partially the leadership style with –t table < t count < t table or -2,04 < 0.155 < 2.04, means that there is no influence of leadership style on employee performance. Work discipline with t count > t table or 3.421 > 2.04, means that there is an effect of work discipline on employee performance. The results of this study explain that simultaneously the value of F count > the F table or 8.946 > 3.32. It means that the two independent variables (leadership style and work discipline) together have a significant effect on employee performance variables.
