Salah satu kendala yang sering terjadi pada kegiatan budidaya kedelai adalah masalah gulma yang berpotensi menurunkan produktivitas. Sehingga diperlukan sistem pakar yang dapat mewakili pengetahuan mengenai identifikasi jenis gulma agar petani dapat memutuskan pengendalian yang tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan membuat sistem pakar berbasis android offline untuk identifikasi jenis gulma pada budidaya tanaman kedelai berdasarkan informasi morfologi dan menentukan saran pengendalian gulma yang tepat. Metode forward chaining digunakan sebagai pengembangan mesin inferensi yang digunakan utuk memutuskan kesimpulan sistem pakar. Sistem pakar identifikasi jenis gulma yang dibangun berisi informasi jenis gulma, informasi pengelompokan gulma, informasi herbisida, takaran herbisida, dan galeri kegiatan pengendalian gulma. Ukuran aplikasi sebesar 6.97 Megabytes (Mb) dan berjalan tanpa koneksi internet. Pengujian aplikasi dapat berjalan dengan baik dengan akurasi identifikasi jenis gulma mencapai 87.5%.

The purpose of this paper is to create an expert system to detect oil palm plant diseases in order to help farmers / companies in providing accurate information about the diseases of oil palm plants and how to overcome them and to help reduce the risk of decreasing palm oil production. This system is designed to mimic the expertise of an expert who is able to detect diseases that attack oil palm plants. The method used is forward chaining that is starting from a set of data and proving a fact by describing the level of confidence and uncertainty found in a hypothesis. The results of this study are to diagnose diseases of oil palm plants and their computerization using web programming languages.

<p>Penelitian ini membangun suatu sistem pakar untuk menentukan menu makanan sehat berdasarkan golongan darah dan tingkat kadar kolesterol pasien dengan metode Forward Chaining. Tujuan untuk membantu orang awam dalam menentukan menu makanan sehat untuk pasien kolesterol. Sistem ini menganalisa masalah penentuan menu makanan sehat berdasarkan golongan darah dan tingkat kadar kolesterol pasien. Hasil yang diperoleh dari sitem pakar ini adalah berupa informasi makanan sehat yang akan dikonsumsi oleh pasien kolesterol dengan jenis golongan darah dan tingkat kadar kolesterol yang berbeda. Analisa dilakukan dengan cara mengetahui jenis golongan darah dan tingkat kadar kolesterol pasien yang ditampilkan oleh program sistem pakar ini, rancangan sistem ini menggunakan inference forward chaining, dengan implementasi sistem menggunakan sistem database Microsoft Office Access dan bahasa pemrograman Visual Basic 6.0. Dari rancangan aplikasi sistem pakar yang dibuat, maka orang awam yang memderita kolesterol dapat menentukan menu makanan sehat untuk di konsumsi berdasarkan golongan darah dan tingkat kadar kolesterol dengan menjalankan aplikasi sistem pakar.</p><p><em><br /></em></p><p><em><em>This study builds an expert system to determine the healthy food menu based on blood type and cholesterol levels of patients with Forward Chaining method. The goal is to help the layman in determining a healthy diet for cholesterol patients. This system analyzes the problem of determining healthy food menu based on blood group and patient cholesterol level. The results obtained from this expert system is in the form of healthy food information that will be consumed by cholesterol patients with the type of blood group and different cholesterol levels. From the design of expert system applications created, the layman who memderita cholesterol can determine the healthy diet to be consumed by blood type and cholesterol level by running an expert system application.<br /> <br /> </em></em></p>

<p>Sistem pakar merupakan sistem yang mengadopsi pengetahuan manusia ke komputer yang dirancang untuk memodelkan kemampuan menyelesaikan masalah seperti layaknya seorang pakar. Dengan sistem pakar ini, orang awam pun dapat menyelesaikan masalahnya atau hanya sekedar mencari suatu informasi berkualitas yang sebenarnya hanya dapat diperoleh dengan bantuan para ahli di bidangnya. Salah satunya yaitu dibidang medis untuk mendiagnosapenyakit anak. Mengetahui gejala dari suatu penyakit secara dini dapat menjadi bantuan pertama yang dapat dilakukan para orang tua di rumah jika anak mereka terserang penyakit.Basis pengetahuan disusun sedemikian rupa kedalam database dengan beberapa tabel. Penarikan kesimpulan dalam sistem pakar ini menggunakan metode inferensi <em>forward chaining</em>. Sistem pakar akan memberikan pertanyaan-pertanyaan kepada user berupa gejala dari beberapa penyakit dan user akan menjawab pertanyaan tersebut. Hingga <em>user</em> akan mendapatkan solusi dari hasil pertanyaan tadi. </p><p><em><br /></em></p><p><em>Expert systems are systems that adopt human knowledge into computers designed to model the ability to resolve problems like an expert. Through thisexpert systems,commoner cansolvetheproblem orjustlookingfor a qualityinformationthat can onlybeobtainedwiththehelpofexperts in thefield. One ofthemis in the medical field to diagnosethe children's illness.Knowingthesymptomsofanillnessearly can bethefirstaidto parents if their children stricken withthedisease at home.</em><em>Knowledgebase is arranged into a highlystructureddatabasewithmultipletables. Inferences in this expert system uses forward chaining inference method. Expert systems will provide questions to the user in the form of the symptoms of some diseases and the user will answer that question. Until the user will get the solution of the question.</em></p>

Increasing the population of cattle in Aek Nagali village, especially in hamlet V, really helps the economy of the community, the health of the livestock raised by breeders is important for the animals themselves. It is difficult for veterinarians in Aek Nagali village so that it is the custom of people in the village where when their cows are sick and dying they are immediately slaughtered and the meat is traded. Even though this does not mean that the cow is suitable for consumption or not because there is a cow disease that can be transmitted to humans when eating beef. The purpose of this research is to build an expert system-based system that can provide an overview or decision. The method used is Forward Chaining and Backward Chaining in diagnosing cow disease. The discussion is focused on applying Forward Chaining and Backward Chaining rules and applying them to the system. From the results of research, the backward and forward methods provide information on how to prevent and treat cattle disease so that breeders can know what steps to take.

ABSTRAK             Pada saat ini perkembangan teknologi dan komunikasi dari waktu ke waktu terasa semakin pesat. Salah satu aplikasi dibidang komunikasi adalah sistem pakar. Program aplikasi sistem pakar   yang dirancang adalah sistem pakar untuk mendiagnosa penyakit seperti penyakit campak. Dengan adanya program aplikasi ini diharapkan orang awam yang kurang pengetahuan tentang penyakit campak akan menjadi lebih mengetahuinya. Kemudian aplikasi ini mudah penggunaannya dalam mendiagnosa penyakit campak tanpa harus pergi ke dokter, serta mudah diakses dimana pun dan kapan pun. Metode pelacakan yang digunakan adalah metode penalaran forward chaining (pelacakan ke depan). Program ini dirancang dengan menggunakan media pemrograman PHP (Hypertext Preprosessor) dan menggunakan database MySQL sebagai penyimpanan data yang tujuannya agar tampilan dapat lebih menarik dan mudah dalam penggunaannya, juga bisa diakses internet.              Kata Kunci : Sistem Pakar, Diagnosa Campak, Forward Chaining                                                             ABSTRACT           At this time the development of technology and communication from time to time seem more rapidly. One application in the field of communication is an expert system. Expert system application program is an expert system designed to diagnose diseases such as measles. With the application program is expected to lay people who lack knowledge of measles will be more informed. Then the application is easy to use in diagnosing measles without having to go to the doctor, as well as easily accessible wherever and whenever. Tracking method used is a forward chaining reasoning method (tracking ahead). Expert system is one of the use of technology in supporting every human activity. One of the uses of the expert system is for education. The expert system will help teachers to analyze the attitudes displayed by students. The purpose of this study is to analyze the attitudes and learning styles of students, apply good moral methods to students and determine the type of good approach to students using the Forward chaining method. The data needed for this research is student attitude data, data on learning style types, and moral data of morality and data on solutions to the application of morality and character. This research resulted in a solution in the form of the method of moral lighting according to the learning style with data accuracy of 86.2%. The conclusion of this study is that the design of an expert system for diagnosing student attitudes makes it easier for teachers to approach students.

Ovarian cyst disease can only attack women after 25 years old of age and above the lack of public knowledge about the symptoms of ovarian cyst disease is the problem, therefore the authors make an expert system diagnosing ovarian cyst disease with a forward chaining method where patients consults with how to answer a number of questions related to the symptoms of an ovarian cyst and the patients answers questions according to the symptoms felt by the patient. This expert system is created using the PHP programming language and MYSQL database. It is expected that with an expert system of diagnosing ovarian cyst disease, later it can facilitate patients in consulting about his ovarian cyst disease and can increase knowledge for the patient

The development of information and communication technology-based smartphones and mobilephone growing rapidly. It is characterized by the number of smartphone users in the community. Utilization of information and communication technology is implemented in the form of knowledge application. One of these applications on the world agricultural expert system based on mobile. Knowledge of this expert system has many sources including research or research and observations that have been practiced by experts and issued either through web resources and other sources such as agricultural books, journals and others. This expert system uses Forward Chaining method using base database organized into a table in a rule that an expert and user can draw conclusions from what has been diagnosed by this expert system. Application of expert system designed and developed as an expert tools and users in diagnosing pests and diseases of rice plants and horticulture of the analysis by an expert and analysis according to the book or internet media. This expert system will show the questions will then be selected by the user to find a solution on the diagnostics program that has been done on this expert system. In addition the expert system is equipped with the paperwork to determine how plant pest management, plant species and type of fertilizer.

Abstrak— Anak-anak pada usia 2 bulan sampai 5 tahun (Balita) lebih rentan terkena penyakit. Lingkungan sangat mempengaruhi kesehatan Balita. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sebuah aplikasi sistem pakar diagnosa penyakit pada Balita berbasis mobile. Penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga tahap. Tahap pertama adalah pengumpulan data dan informasi dari Manajemen Terpadu Balita Sakit (MTBS) dan wawancara dengan Bidan. Dari pengumpulan data dan informasi tersebut ditemukan fakta penyakit, keluhan, gejala dan saran penanganan. Tahap kedua adalah pembuatan rule dengan 18 penyakit. Tahap ketiga adalah implementasi aplikasi sistem pakar berbasis mobile dengan fitur diagnosa penyakit, riwayat diagnosa dan kumpulan penyakit. Aplikasi sistem pakar yang dibuat dapat mendiagnosa penyakit dan memberikan saran penanganan. Hasil evaluasi dari 50 data uji coba menghasilkan tingkat akurasi sebesar 82%, dimana 41 hasil diagnosa yang benar dan 9 diagnosa yang salah. Kata Kunci— Sistem Pakar, Forward Chaining, Diagnosa Penyakit, Manajemen Terpadu Balita Sakit, Knowladge BaseAbstract— Children at the age of 2 months to 5 years (toddlers) are more susceptible to disease contagious. Environmental condition significantly influences the children health. This  research aimed to create a mobile-based expert system application to diagnose disease in toddlers. This research consist of three stages. The first stage were data and information collection from Manajemen Terpadu Balita Sakit  (MTBS) and interview with medical staffs. From the first stage, we can discover the disease facts, signs, symptoms and treatment advices. The second stage was the construction of rules for 18 diseases. The third stage was the implementation of mobile-based expert system application with features of disease diagnosis, diagnosis history and collection of disease diagnosis. Expert system application made able to diagnose the disease and provide treatment advice. The results of evaluation using 50 testing data provides the level of accuracy of 82%, where 41 diagnosis result were true and 9 diagnosis were false. Keywords— Expert System, Forward Chaining, Disease Diagnosis, Manajemen Terpadu Balita Sakit, Knowledge Base
