Ovarian cyst disease can only attack women after 25 years old of age and above the lack of public knowledge about the symptoms of ovarian cyst disease is the problem, therefore the authors make an expert system diagnosing ovarian cyst disease with a forward chaining method where patients consults with how to answer a number of questions related to the symptoms of an ovarian cyst and the patients answers questions according to the symptoms felt by the patient. This expert system is created using the PHP programming language and MYSQL database. It is expected that with an expert system of diagnosing ovarian cyst disease, later it can facilitate patients in consulting about his ovarian cyst disease and can increase knowledge for the patient

Bone disease is a condition that damages the skeleton and makes bones weak and vulnerable to fractures. The high disease is caused by ignorance and lack of knowledge about the disease. Therefore, an expert system was created to diagnose bone disease in humans. The method used in making this expert system is the forward chaining method, forward chaining method using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The results of this study are the application of expert systems to diagnose human bone disease using a forward chaining method that can be accessed by the public at large to diagnose early symptoms of bone disease without limited distance and time used.

When seeking a consultation to diagnose drugs and find out the solutions of prevention and control over drugs, users need time, money and energy to come and consult a doctor or rehabilitation officer at the National Narcotics Board of West Sumatera Province. Expert System to diagnose this drug user using Forward Chaining Method in selecting symptoms - symptoms that appear on the drug user and using the Certainty Factor Method to determine the amount of confidence or expert beliefs against the diagnosis results. Expert System is one of the implementation of technological development that can solve a problem like a human being. This system has the ability to diagnose the types of drugs used along with prevention and how to overcome them. Expert System is designed web-based using the programming language PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) and MySQL databases, as well as internet connected that can facilitate people to diagnose the type of drugs and know the prevention and prevention of drug use.

The use of SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding) in the industrial world is enough widely used. With this machine the human greatly helped by the need to make a metal object. So that by the frequent use of these tools, the more susceptible it is also a tool damage. Technicians machines supplied by the company are not proportional to the number of machines. Therefore, to help resolve this issue needs an expert system that can act as an assistant to the engineer. Data relating to the damage processed using forward chaining expert system. Expert systems are made using the programming language PHP and MySQL database so as to produce an expert system to detect damage SMAW web based. So it can help technicians solve problems SMAW and can also be used for the source of knowledge about the condition and its causes and solutions to overcome them.

Improvement of welfare and community mobility services in the economic movementof a country or region, can not be separated from the influence of the development offacilities and infrastructure support such as transportation. The limited knowledge of the ownerabout damage of automatic motorcycle, it happens because of lack of access to earlyinformation, to attempt repairs if there is damage to the motorcycle. therefore, needed asolution for users in studying the damage to the motor and the existence of a motor damageand determine what types damage to the motor with the help of expert system usesadvanced trace inference method (forward Chaining). This application is a web-baseddisplay using the programming language PHP CodeIgniter Framework by using SublimeText 3 Editor and MySQL as the database. Damage to parts of the engine occurred due tonegligence in performing maintenance. Car owners need a periodic maintenance bydetecting any damage that occurs on the motor. Motorcycle owners should receiveinformation early or early diagnosis and identify the components, the characteristics of motorbreakdown as well as solutions to overcome such defects. This is done so that maintenanceand repairs are done right on target, so as to minimize damage to the motor. This applicationis expected to help the owner of the motor to determine the initial diagnosis of the type ofdamage the motor by way of answering the questions about the characteristics of motordamage in the application.Keywords: Matic, Diagnosis, Expert system, forward chaining.

Chicken disease is a condition in which the body organs of chickens cannot function normally. Diagnosing a disease requires symptoms that appear on the chicken's body. To conduct a disease diagnosis, further examination is needed by specialists (experts). An expert system is a system that uses human knowledge that is entered into a computer to solve problems that are usually resolved by experts. The system created in solving problems uses the Bayes Theorem method in which the inference process uses Forward Chaining. The application was developed using the visual basic 2010 programming language and MySQL database.

Kebanyakan pengendara cenderung menyerahkan sepeda motor kepada mekanik tanpa mengetahui sebenarnya kerusakan tersebut merupakan kerusakan sederhana atau terlalu rumit untuk diperbaiki. Untuk menangani permasalahan tersebut maka dibutuhkan sebuah sistem pakar yang mampu untuk menganalisa, menemukan dan memberikan solusi. Kemampuan seorang mekanik sepeda motor dapat diimplementasikan kedalam sebuah sistem pakar. Data-data yang berkaitan dengan kerusakan sepeda motor 4-tak dianalisa kemudian diolah menggunakan metode sistem pakar forward chaining. Model representasi pengetahuan yang digunakan dalam sistem pakar adalah berbasis kaidah produksi. Desain sistem dilakukan menggunakan bantuan aplikasi starUML. Sistem pakar dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL sehingga menghasilkan sebuah sistem pakar untuk mendeteksi kerusakan sepeda motor 4-tak menggunakan metode forward chaining berbasis web. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dan percobaan yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa sistem pakar untuk mendeteksi kerusakan sepeda motor 4-tak berfungsi dengan baik. Sistem pakar untuk mendeteksi kerusakan sepeda motor 4-tak menggunakan metode forward chaining berbasis web dapat digunakan untuk membantu mekanik dalam menangani permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan sepeda motor dan juga dapat digunakan sebagai sumber pengetahuan mengenai hal-hal yang berhubungan dengan sepeda motor 4-tak seperti gejala kerusakan sepeda motor 4-tak, penyebabnya serta solusi untuk mengatasinya.  Abstract Most rider tend to give motorcycles to mechanics without knowing that the damage is simple or too complicated to repair. To handle these problems then needed an expert system that is able to analyze, find and provide solutions. The ability of a motorcycle mechanic can be implemented into an expert system. Data related to 4-stroke motorcycle damage were analyzed and then processed using forward chaining expert system method. The model of knowledge representation used in expert systems is based on the rules of production. System design is done using the help of starUML application. Expert systems are created using the PHP programming language and MySQL database so as to generate an expert system to detect 4-stroke motorcycle damage using web-based forward chaining method. Based on the results of tests and experiments that have been done show that the expert system to detect the damage 4-stroke motorcycle is not working properly. The expert system for detecting 4-stroke motorcycle damage using a web-based forward chaining method can be used to assist mechanics in dealing with motorcycle-related issues and can also be used as a source of knowledge on matters relating to 4-stroke motorcycles such as symptoms 4-stroke motorcycle damage, its causes and solutions to overcome them.

Tanah Laut Regency is the largest producer of broilers in South Kalimantan. However, public knowledge about symptoms and diseases in chickens is still lacking, so this is a problem that must be resolved because it can cause losses. Therefore, this research was conducted with the aim of overcoming this problem, namely by building an expert system application that can be used by the public and extension workers to diagnose chicken disease. The method used to build this system is a waterfall with the forward chaining technique as a forward-looking solution, meaning that inference is done by looking for input data in the form of symptom data in the form of chicken disease. The system built is equipped with features that display disease treatment and prevention solutions based on the symptoms that have been entered, so that disease-stricken chickens can be handled appropriately and quickly according to their disease. Based on blackbox testing carried out by involving potential users, the results obtained that all functionality can work as expected. Accuracy testing is also done by comparing manual calculations with an accuracy value of 95%. This is influenced by the weighting of the symptom value which affects the decrease in the value of the symptom result when compared to ideal conditions. In conclusion, the implications of using this system can make it easier for the community and instructor to diagnose chicken disease.

The Motorcycle Industry Association (AISI) announced that automatic motorcycle sales data has increased. The high use of automatic motorbikes at this time is not accompanied by the ability to repair damage to motorbikes by users. due to lack of information on how to maintain motorbikes, negligence in monthly service, and delaying repairs that should have been done but were postponed until they were seriously damaged. The expert system is an alternative to help mechanics and motorbike users to consult early symptoms of motor damage. Developing the Expert System application provides an overview of motor matic damage. The data comes from interviews with mechanics and data on the types of problems given by experts. After data collection, analysis and problem solving were carried out using the Forward Chaining method with the preparation of rules or rules. The results of the rule formulation are implemented into a system that aims to determine the extent to which the PHP programming language is applied in identifying damage to motorbike matic lexi. Followed by testing the results so that the results of the process carried out with the help of the application match the results of the process carried out manually. The results of the application are that it can provide early symptom clues to the lexi matic motor damage. The application of the Forward Chaining method is applied to systems that have an accuracy level of up to 80%, therefore the system can be said to be good enough to be implemented.

This research discusses the development of a web based expert system for identifying bloomed plants. The identification is based on the seven visible features of a bloomed plant, i.e. the root type, the type of the plant, the shape of the flowers, the shape of the leaves, the height of the plant, and the length and the width of the leaves. For inference process, the forward chaining method is used. The system is developed using PHP as the programming language and MySQL as the database management system. Based on some testing conducted to the system, it can be concluded that the system can identify bloomed plants with the accuracy of 100%. The system can accommodate the update on its knowledge as long as the update is only on the available features in the system. This drawback can be used as starting point for the future development of the system.

The MBTI (Myer Briggs Type Indicator) is the most accurate and easy to use inventory personality test. The Personality Test Expert System using the MBTI method is designed to be a guide for information about professions that are in accordance with students' talents and interests so that they can help in determining the appropriate choice of higher education majors. The MBTI Test Expert System application was successfully implemented using the Forward Chaining Method with the PHP programming language. The test results show the application runs in accordance with predetermined specifications. The percentage of eligibility for testing by experts is 92.5% which means good.
