This study aims to design a computer-based accounting information system for the preparation of financial statements using Microsoft Access 2010 on the small medium companythat provide network, cctv installation services and also trading computer components namely CV. Satria Computindo. This research used descriptive qualtitative. Methods of data collection is done by interview and documentation, and testing the validity of data used in the form of source triangulation, time triangulation, and membercheck. Accounting system used were selling, cash receiveing and cash disburshment and sallary and payroll accounting system. Design of computer-based accounting information systems to support the preparation of financial statements using Rapid Application Development (RAD) techniques that develop the system in a short period of time using prototyping. Applications used for system development is using Microsoft Access which includes table design, creation of relations between tables, query design, form design, and report design. This study is expected to reduce the occurrence of recording errors caused by human factors, accelerate the acquisition of financial information for the leadership and accelerate the real time acquisition of stock information.           PT. Aneka Sistim Informasi is a company engaged in trade and services, in which the process of processing and application of financial transaction data is still using conventional system. Through this research the authors describe the outline of accounting information using Zahir Accounting application. Accounting information system is a computer-based system that includes the transaction processing cycle, the use of information technology and information system development. The purpose of this research is to facilitate data entry transaction and financial reporting using accounting program applications. While the data collection method used is a direct observation of transactions that occur in the daily activities of business process activities, then do the interview on the Store Manager and Administration. The literature review studies complement two previous data collection techniques to strengthen theoretically. The result of data processing by using the application of accounting program starts from data entry by doing initial setup, beginning balance, master data up to transaction entry. The purpose of this research is to know about the application of accounting information system and reporting from Resto Gama. Resto Gama is a retoran or restaurant business that coincided in Watu Gong Malang city, started in design in 1993 and started operating in 1994 in Jember. The purpose of this restaurant opening to serve the high interest of the community, especially Brawijaya students in the field of culinary or culinary. This research uses descriptive qualitative approach where data will be analyzed descriptively from interview, and note from result of observation. Notes will be analyzed to systematically describe the focus of research which includes the design of accounting information systems and the draft of financial statements in accordance with the standards. Data analysis aims to describe the actual situation in the field. From the results of this study shows that the system is done by restaurant gama still less and should be evaluated. There is still a merger of jobdesk applied by gama. The accounting system at the restaurant is also less effective to run. This can be seen from the development and economic growth of Resto Gama Watugong which is considered slow.

Financial statements represent end result from applying an information accounting system. Therefore, to yield good financial statement needed a good information system also. With existence of computerized accounting information system it is provided that accounting information system will walk better and the yielded to financial statements become more accurate and complete. The objective of this research is to know accounting system which previously exists at CV Graph Printing. Others, this research also aim to apply computerized accounting information system with MYOB. This application is expected could help company make good financial statement. CV Graph Printing represent a company moving in the field of printing office. The effort area experienced by this company for example setting (invitation, brochure, visiting card, etc.), screening (clothes, invitation, plastic, etc.), and print (book, invitation, note, etc.). The result of research indicate that accounting information system which preexist at company, that is manual administrate system is not be adequate again. Accounting record process for transactions that happened in company have never been done. Others also the transaction evidences are not kept better. The most important fact is that during the time the company not at all own financial statement so that the owner do not know their company performance during the time. With existence of applying MYOB in its accounting information system, transaction record become easier and quickly. Financial statement could visible any time we wish. The purpose of this study is to analyze the problems experienced by villages related to the management of village funds and also to analyze the Application of Accounting System for Village Fund Management which includes Cash Receipts, Cash Expenditures, Fixed Assets, and Taxes. This research was conducted in Tincep Village, Sonder Sub District, Minahasa District. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The results show that the management of village funds in Tincep Village is in accordance with Permendagri No.113 of 2014 and the priority of the use of village funds in Tincep Village is also appropriate based on PermenDesaPDTT No. 22 of 2016, The application of accounting system in Tincep village is in accordance with the legislation, but if viewed from the side of administrative supervision is still not fully in accordance with the provisions, especially in the process of cash expenditures that have not been accountable and often not appropriate procedures. Therefore the author suggests that the need for a computerized accounting system so that later every accounting process can be done quickly and the output of financial statements will also be more reliable than the reporting manually, also in the future it is expected that management related to village fund can be done more accountable and transparent.Keywords :  Management of village finances, accounting information system, village fund

Nadya Saiyo cake shop is a business engaged in the sale of various types of cakes. Data processing of sales transactions that are carried out is still manual, this causes delays in delivering sales reports to business owners and inaccurate financial statements of sales transactions. Management of sales transaction data is very important in business activities so that it requires an accounting system that can perform data management functions effectively and efficiently. This study describes the analysis of accounting information systems for computerized profit and loss sales transactions. Which aims to overcome various kinds of problems that exist in Nadya Saiyo cake shop. The establishment of an accounting information system is expected to produce a good information system, with a more efficient working mechanism with shorter time can be generated financial data reports needed, so as to improve the performance of the store and can reduce errors in processing financial data sales transactions

Abstrak— Sistem informasi saat ini telah menjadi kebutuhan pada masyarakat untuk membantu dalam menyelesaikan berbagai pekerjaan. Masyarakat telah menyadari akan pentingnya keberadaan sistem informasi dalam membantu memonitoring pekerjaan yang sudah dilakukan maupun sebagai bentuk untuk pengolahan data yang lebih mudah dibandingkan dengan cara manual. Salah satu bentuk implementasi sistem informasi akuntansi adalah pengelolaan dana biaya operasional sekolah. Dimana pada biaya operasional sekolah lebih mengarah pada akuntansi dikarenakan pengolahan didalamnya sesuai dengan keilmuan dibidang akuntansi. Oleh karena itu, supaya penggunaan dana BOS bisa dipertanggungjawabkan maka diperlukan sebuah sistem dalam pengelolaan dan monitoringnya. Pembuatan sistem informasi akuntansi biaya operasional sekolah diperlukan supaya bisa membantu para pengelola dana BOS dalam memonitoring dan mengevaluasi setiap penggunaan dana BOS. Perancangan dalam pembuatan sistem informasi akuntansi biaya operasional sekolah ini lebih tepatnya menggunakan metode rapid application development (RAD). Model RAD (rapid application development) merupakan model proses pengembangan perangkat lunak secara linier sequential yang menekankan pada siklus pengembangan yang sangat singkat. Black Box Testing berfokus pada spesifikasi fungsional dari perangkat lunak. Tester dapat mendefinisikan kumpulan kondisi input dan melakukan pengetesan pada spesifikasi fungsional program. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian sistem dengan menggunakan metode black box, aplikasi SIA BOS yang telah dibuat tidak ditemukan permasalahan dari sistem. Kata kunci— sistem informasi, akuntansi, dana BOS, RAD, black box.Abstract— The current information system has become a necessity for the community to assist in completing various jobs. The public has been aware of the importance of the existence of information systems in helping to monitor the work that has been done and as a form for data processing easier than the manual way. One form of accounting information system implementation is the fund management of school operational costs. Where on the operational costs of schools more leads to accounting because the processing therein in accordance with the scholarship in the field of accounting. Therefore, in order for the use of BOS funds can be accounted for, it is necessary a system in the management and monitoring. Creation of school operational cost accounting information system is needed to assist BOS fund managers in monitoring and evaluating every use of BOS funds. The design in making the information system of school operational cost accounting is more precisely use method of rapid application development (RAD). RAD model (rapid application development) is a model of sequential linear software development process that emphasizes on a very short development cycle. Black Box Testing focuses on the functional specifications of the software. The tester can define the set of input conditions and perform testing on the functional specifications of the program. Based on the results of testing the system using black box method, SIA BOS application that has been made not found problems from the system. At this time, small and medium enterprises play an important role in improving the economy of Indonesia, in terms of business number, job creation, and growth of national Economy. At this time many small, and medium enterprises are still in the manual recording process of financial transactions and financial reporting. The objective of this study is to develop an accounting information system method with Rapid Application Development (RAD) for SME as to answer whether there is an increased quality of information system in SME. The results of this research are as follows: 1) The small business enterprises are dominated by human resources. 2). Many of the owners of the small business enterprises do not understand the accounting and financial report system well. They operate with manual and conservative descriptions with a simple book noted. They have not known or have not been accustomed to computerized accounting system as well as have not known whether or not it is useful to support their business continuity. 3) Personal expenses and operational expenses paid by using the same sources.

The purpose of this study is to examine the use of an accounting system using Microsoft Excel, the reliability of the accounting system used previously as well as the factors that influence the successful implementation of the Acosys software-based accounting information system at PT Ladfanid Konsultindo Batam. In implementation, in Microsoft Excel presenting financial statements, especially for trading and manufacturing companies in the calculation of cost of goods sold, there must be a classification beforehand because Microsoft Excel does not have a special menu in the presentation of purchases and sales so that there are several classifications in different sheets. The accounting system used today is Acosys, which is an accounting system that is more adequate and reliable than using Microsoft Excel. Acosys can be categorized as a complex system in preparing financial statements because it has features that can be used according to company needs. every transaction that has been inputted automatically all kinds of reports relating to finance can be accessed quickly as needed. What is rarely owned by other software but owned by Acosys is that Acosys software can be used forever without additional costs for updating.

This study investigates management's use of decision aids within the context of an accounting information system of a late 19th century American printing firm. Our findings suggest that the use of decision aids by management transformed traditional accounting techniques and the cost accounting system into an intricate accounting information system by 1880. These decision aids allowed managers to manipulate accounting information to support decisions involving pricing, cost allocation and estimation, profitability assessment, management of receivables, and inventory control. The findings shed new light on the early work of Alexander Hamilton Church on the issue of idle time accounting and raises questions about the uniform costing movement in the American printing industry.
