This research aims to know and analyze the moral values of the functional strategy in the Wong Solo restaurant of Gresik branch. The aspects of the moral values consist of responsibility, globalization, truth, good working and good services. The success standard of the moral values of the functional strategy can be seen from the achievement of the employment in doing the aspects above. The research is a qualitative approach with a case study strategy. Data collection is done by using interview and observation to the object of the research. An used analysis technique is descriptive-qualitative by narrating the result of the interview and observation to the object of research. The result of this research of Restaurant Wong Solo of Gresik Branch in developing the business has been able to do some moral values well. It can be seen from the responsibility of the employments. The success by doing the moral values can also be seen by good aspect. The company gives some facilities to the employments such as: financial, and healthy. In doing operational strategy, thecompany has operational standardization in the production process. All employments perform that standardization of the rule that is stated by the company.

This study aimed to describe and analyze the role of social capital, as seen from the interrelation of networks, norms, and beliefs in improving the welfare of the community under the indicators of Maqashid Syariah. This study employed a qualitative approach with a case study strategy. Besides, this study has an analysis unit in the form of social capital and improvement of the welfare of the community who received scholarship assistance from Baitul Maal Hidayatullah of Surabaya. Also, data collection was carried out by interview and direct observation of the research object. The analysis technique utilized in this study was an explanatory analysis technique by explaining the results of interviews and direct observation. The study results reveal that social capital with norms, networks, and trust indicators play a role in improving the welfare of the community seen from the aspects of Maqashid Syariah.Keywords: Social capital, Welfare, and Maqashid Syariah

This study aims to determine the application of sharia principles contained in the investment of livestock conducted by PT Ijadgrup Rahmat Semesta in his company called Ijadfarm. The approach used is qualitative approach with case study strategy. Data collection is done by interviewing with related parties. Analytical technique that is done is source triangulation technique, pattern matching technique and descriptive qualitative analysis technique. The background of this study is the existence of a business in Q-Mas M which was established by the KH. Mas Mansur Orphanage. This phenomenon encourages researchers to raise research that discusses the contribution of Q-Mas M to the KH. Mas Mansyur in improving the welfare of orphans. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study strategy. Data collection is done through interview techniques with relevant parties and related documents. The validity test of the data carried out in this study is the source triangulation technique. The data analysis technique used in this study is explanatory manufacturing techniques. The results of this study indicate that the business contribution of Q-Mas M in improving the welfare of orphans has not been fully successful. From the five basic needs that must be fulfilled by orphans, only two that succeed, there are the fulfillment of food and residence needs for orphans.Keywords: contribution, Q-Mas M, welfare, orphanage KH. BMT Maslahah Sub-Branch Olean in Situbondo still faces several problems and risks in providing financing to customers, because the customer intentionally does not return the financing he has obtained, even though he was able to repay the loan. This study focuses on how the applications of risk management in the financing, the causes and the solutions in BMT Maslahah Sub-Branch Olean of Situbondo. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study strategy. Data collection is done by connecting questions with data obtained from conclusions from the interview of several persons in BMT Maslahah Sub-Branch Olean in Situbondo. The results of the study indicate that the risk of loss is the high number of problematic financing, starting from the difficulties and even payment defaults from customers caused by the loss of the ability of customers to pay installments and profit sharing to them. The effort carried out by them in saving the problematic financing is by rescheduling, reconditioning, and restructuring. They also cooperate with insurance companies to cover the losses.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi pembiayaan akad murabahah pada program AKSI UMMAD (Akses Keuangan Syariah Untuk Masyarakat Mandiri Berbasis Masjid) di Masjid Al-Falah Surabaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan strategi studi kasus di Masjid Al-Falah Surabaya. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Teknik validasi yang digunakan adalah teknik triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Penelitian ini berdasarkan peraturan Dewan Syariah Nasionanl Majelis Ulama Indonesia (DSN-MUI) No.o4/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 tentang Murabahah. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa program AKSI UMMAD di Masjid Al-Falah Surabaya telah sesuai dengan Fatwa DSN-MUI No.04/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 tentang Murabahah.Kata kunci: Program AKSI UMMAD, Pembiayaan Akad Murabahah, Fatwa DSN-MUI, Masjid Al-Falah Surabaya ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the implementation of the murabahah financing contract in the AKSI UMMAD (Access to Islamic Finance for Mosque-Based Independent Communities) program at Al-Falah Mosque in Surabaya. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach using a case study strategy at the Al-Falah Mosque in Surabaya. The data collection is carried out by interview, documentation, and observation. The validation techniques used are triangulation sources and triangulation techniques. This research is based on the regulation issued by the National Sharia Council Fatwa of Indonesian Council of Ulama (DSN-MUI) No.o4/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 concerning Murabahah. The purpose of this research is to know motivations which encourage moslementrepreneurs decide producing imitation product.This research used a qualitative approach with explanatory case study strategy which is able to answer the question arised. Data collecting process was done by interviewing moslem entrepereneurs in Tanggulangin. Analysis technique which used in this research is descriptive, because author tried to describe a symptoms, occurance, and events which happened nowadays. Author tried to capture events and occurance that happened and being a central of attention to be explained as it seen on the location.The result showed that there are many forms of motivation why moslem entrepreneurs decide to produce imitation products. Those motivations were classified and explained based on the Islamic motivation theory by Abdul Hamid Mursi. That motivation theory is physiological motivation, psychological or social motivation, and working and producing motivation.

This study aims to identify and explain the impact of waste management in Jemursari Islamic Hospital of Surabaya to externalities in terms of economic resources and the environment in the Islamic perspective. This study used a qualitative approach with case study strategy. The data collection was conducted using interviews and direct observation to the object of research.The results showed a positive impact on the management of waste Islamic Hospital Jemursari Surabaya to eskternalitas shown not to appear strong odors from waste management and the environment in hospital becomes cleaner. The results of the analysis of benefits and costs calculation in 2010 to 2015 shows the NPV> 0 and BCR> 1%, means that the value of the benefit is greater than the costs incurred, and waste management projects feasible.

In the VAT Act taxable entrepreneurs have the obligation to calculate, calculate, deposit and report using the VAT Period VAT. The implementation must be fulfilled by taxpayers as a form of compliance and compliance with the Taxation Law. At present the taxable entrepreneur (agent) of 3 kg LPG cylinders, especially Malang Raya, is in the midst of an issue related to the debt owed and the non-payment of VAT on delivery. The purpose of this study is to evaluate in detail the facts or phenomena related to the implementation of VAT on subsidies for 3 kg LPG cylinders applied to PT. Gunawan Migas and PT. Lancar Putra Jaya in accordance with the VAT Act. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. This research is a case study research with descriptive analysis technique with a qualitative approach. The results of the study are: a) Differences in the implementation of VAT applied at PT. Gunawan Migas and PT. Lancar Putra Jaya. b) Differences of opinion between taxpayers, tax authorities and practitioners in the field of taxation between VAT payable and VAT unpaid for submission. c) Taxpayers consider that the tax authorities only pursue the budget function compared to the regularend function. This research is important to be conducted as a study material for the Government and the Tax Service Office (KPP) to follow up on policies related to the regulation of subsidized LPG 3 kg cylinders. This research aims to know how application of Islamic Consumption Behavior Fahim Khan’s Perspektive on Recipients Satu Keluarga Satu Sarjana Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (SKSS BAZNAS) Scholarship in East Java. This method that used is qualitative approach with s case study strategy. Data was collected by interview dan direct observation of the object research. The analysis technique that used is descriptive qualitative analysis that is narrating the result of interview dan direct observation. Based on the result of this study concluded all recipient of Satu Keluarga Satu Sarjana Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (SKSS BAZNAS) scholarship in East Java have been applied Fahim Khan’s perspective of Islamic consumption behavior. The background of this research is the existence of unemployed and poverity phenomenon. This phenomenon encourages researchers to take research that discusses about productive zakat management of national zakat institution of Al-Azhar, through Rumah Gemilang Indonesia as the solution. This research uses qualitative approach with case study strategy. Data collection is done through interviewing techniques with related parties and the documents concerned. Analytical techniques carried out in this research is the technique of source triangulation and descriptive qualitative analysis techniques.The results of this study indicate that the national zakat institution of Al-Azhar recieves funds from the donors. They distributed the funds to Rumah Gemilang Indonesia as one of their programs, that aims to empower the dhuafas through six months training with no charge of tuition fee.
