Artificial Intelligence (AI): Hidden Rules of our Society

AI explanatory research community has become vital in AI, because explanatory analysis of AI opens up and explains the operating principles of the hidden rules of AI. Explanatory AI community expounds the construction role between human-machine in AI modelling, and breaks the gap in understanding the hidden layers of AI. Instead of Alan Turning’s (1936) well-known problem of decidability (Entscheidungsproblem) the review approaches the AI hidden rules of our society from them knowledge interest (Erkenntnisinteresse) premises coined by German social theorist Jürgen Habermas (1970; 1978). This review illuminates how our contemporary society is constructed with AI models and hidden rules of artificial intelligence. It shall enlighten the Artificial Intelligence (AI) modelling complexity and illustrate AI hidden rules functionality in our society. AI explanatory research community opens field of wider discursion for socio-technological scholars, where aim is to understand AI's role in our society.

TAMIḺAR VAḺIPĀṬṬUC CAṬAṄKUKAḶ [RITUALS OF TAMILS IN WORSHIPING]

This article is about the rituals of Tamils in worshiping. Rituals have appeared since the human was born. This article seeks to understand how such emerging rituals are intertwined in the lives of Tamil. The ancient Tamil people practiced many land-based deities. Such as Aṇaṅku, cūr, cūrara makaḷir, nīraṭi makaḷir, varaiyara makaḷir, and koṟṟavai are worshipped. The objective of this paper is to prove that certain rituals are performed in order to fulfill religious duties. The study involved library research and was followed by explanatory analysis. A few rituals are performed for the spiritual and emotional satisfaction of the performer. There are various rituals associated with human life. This study has shown that rituals from birth to death are related to people’s lives. Findings and the implementation of this research emphasizes that man and his society embody the moral rituals that are created to regulate life.

KUṞUNTOKAIYIL UḶḶUṞAI – IṞAICCI [INNER MEANING AND METAPHOR IN KURUNTHOGAI]

This study explains the inner meaning and methaphor in kurunthogai: Piece of Tamil literary work. “Tholkappiyam” is a very ancient Grammar work in Tamil Literature. He is the earliest person to develop the literary principles for the Tamil Language and literature. It also codes the ethical way of living. The article focuses on the “Ullurai – Iraichi” in Kurunthogai. ‘Kurunthogai’ is a classical Tamil poetic work in the second book of the “Ettuthogai” (Eight Anthologies). It is content matters were poem contains love and separation. The ancient Sangam literature had witnessed the life style of the people in five phases of lands as Kurinji, Mullai, Neythal, Palai and Marutham. There are many Uvamams in Kurunthogai. The study involved library research and was followed by explanatory analysis. This research paper explains and trying to prove that the Tholkappiyar’s Poetics Ullurai – Iraichi found in ‘Kurunthogai Songs’ make the literary work fabulous.

The Effect of Work Discipline and Motivation to Work Productivity on Production Division Employee of PT X

The purpose of this study is: To find out 1) To analyze the description of work discipline, motivation on employee productivity at PT X 2) To analyze the effect of work on employee productivity at PT X. 3) To analyze the influence of motivation on employee productivity at PT X. This research was conducted on 95 employees of the PT X on Jl. Manggul Jaya, Bantargebang. 4) To determine work discipline and motivation to predict employee productivity at PT X on Jl. Manggul Jaya, Bantargebang. Data collection techniques using survey methods by distributing questionnaires which are then processed with the SPSS 25 program. This research uses descriptive and explanatory analysis. The result obtained from the regression show that there is a positive and significant influence between Work Discipline and Motivation to Work Productivity. The research model of Work Discipline and Motivation can predict Work Productivity on production division employee of PT X which on Jl. Manggul Jaya, Bantagebang Bekasi, with a value of Fcount > Ftable (61,471> 3,10) and significance (0,000 < 0,05).

THE INFLUENCE OF COMMUNICATION AND COMPENSATION TOWARD SPIRIT AT WORK OF UNIVERSITAS NEGERI JAKARTA LECTURER

The purpose of this research are: 1) to know job description of compensation and spirit at work of lecturer of Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, 2) to know the influence of communication to spirit at work of lecturer of Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta; 3) to know the effect of compensation On spirit at work of lecturer of Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, 4) to know communication and compensation can predict increase of spirit at work of lecturer of Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. The research model used in this research is regression analysis. This research will be conducted on 67 lecturers of Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This research uses descriptive and explanatory analysis. Data collection techniques using SPSS statistical application program version 22.0 The results in this study are: 1) compensation has a positive and significant impact on spirit at work of FE UNJ lecturers. 2) the communication has a positive and significant impact on the spirit at work of FE UNJ lecturer. 3) the result of model feasibility test shows that communication and compensation can predict spirit at work of FE UNJ lecturer.

Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, Kualitas Kerelasian, dan Promosi terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah Prioritas Bank Mandiri KC Banjarmasin

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of Service Quality, Relation Quality, and Promotion, either partially or simultaneously on the priority of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) KC Banjarmasin. This study uses a quantitative approach with a questionnaire method as data collection. The analysis technique used is descriptive and explanatory analysis, to explain causal relationships and hypothesis testing. The results showed that Service Quality, Relation Quality, and Promotion had a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction either partially or simultaneously.Keywords : Service quality, relationship quality, promotion, customer satisfactionAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, Kualitas Kerelasian, dan Promosi, baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah prioritas PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) KC Banjarmasin. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode kuesioner sebagai pengumpulan data. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan eksplanatori, untuk menjelaskan hubungan kausal dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Pelayanan, Kualitas Kerelasian, dan Promosi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah baik secara parsial maupun simultan.Kata kunci : Kualitas pelayanan, kualitas kerelasian, promosi, kepuasan nasabah
