This study aims to determine the application of sharia principles contained in the investment of livestock conducted by PT Ijadgrup Rahmat Semesta in his company called Ijadfarm. The approach used is qualitative approach with case study strategy. Data collection is done by interviewing with related parties. Analytical technique that is done is source triangulation technique, pattern matching technique and descriptive qualitative analysis technique. The results of this study are the sharia principles applied by Ijadfarm in the investment of livestock in accordance with sharia principles established by DSN MUI.Keywords: Principles of Sharia Investment, Mudharabah, Sharia Husbandry, Fatwa DSN MUI

This research aims to know how application of Islamic Consumption Behavior Fahim Khan’s Perspektive on Recipients Satu Keluarga Satu Sarjana Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (SKSS BAZNAS) Scholarship in East Java. This method that used is qualitative approach with s case study strategy. Data was collected by interview dan direct observation of the object research. The analysis technique that used is descriptive qualitative analysis that is narrating the result of interview dan direct observation. Based on the result of this study concluded all recipient of Satu Keluarga Satu Sarjana Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (SKSS BAZNAS) scholarship in East Java have been applied Fahim Khan’s perspective of Islamic consumption behavior. The background of this research is the existence of unemployed and poverity phenomenon. This phenomenon encourages researchers to take research that discusses about productive zakat management of national zakat institution of Al-Azhar, through Rumah Gemilang Indonesia as the solution. This research uses qualitative approach with case study strategy. Data collection is done through interviewing techniques with related parties and the documents concerned. Analytical techniques carried out in this research is the technique of source triangulation and descriptive qualitative analysis techniques.The results of this study indicate that the national zakat institution of Al-Azhar recieves funds from the donors. They distributed the funds to Rumah Gemilang Indonesia as one of their programs, that aims to empower the dhuafas through six months training with no charge of tuition fee. So the dhuafas can be freed from unemployed and poverty problems.Keywords: productive zakat management, national zakat institution, empowerment, dhuafa

This study aimed to describe and analyze the role of social capital, as seen from the interrelation of networks, norms, and beliefs in improving the welfare of the community under the indicators of Maqashid Syariah. This study employed a qualitative approach with a case study strategy. Besides, this study has an analysis unit in the form of social capital and improvement of the welfare of the community who received scholarship assistance from Baitul Maal Hidayatullah of Surabaya. Also, data collection was carried out by interview and direct observation of the research object. The analysis technique utilized in this study was an explanatory analysis technique by explaining the results of interviews and direct observation. The study results reveal that social capital with norms, networks, and trust indicators play a role in improving the welfare of the community seen from the aspects of Maqashid Syariah.Keywords: Social capital, Welfare, and Maqashid Syariah

This research aims to know and analyze the moral values of the functional strategy in the Wong Solo restaurant of Gresik branch. The aspects of the moral values consist of responsibility, globalization, truth, good working and good services. The success standard of the moral values of the functional strategy can be seen from the achievement of the employment in doing the aspects above. The research is a qualitative approach with a case study strategy. Data collection is done by using interview and observation to the object of the research. An used analysis technique is descriptive-qualitative by narrating the result of the interview and observation to the object of research. The result of this research of Restaurant Wong Solo of Gresik Branch in developing the business has been able to do some moral values well. It can be seen from the responsibility of the employments. The success by doing the moral values can also be seen by good aspect. The company gives some facilities to the employments such as: financial, and healthy. In doing operational strategy, thecompany has operational standardization in the production process. All employments perform that standardization of the rule that is stated by the company.

The background of this study is the existence of a business in Q-Mas M which was established by the KH. Mas Mansur Orphanage. This phenomenon encourages researchers to raise research that discusses the contribution of Q-Mas M to the KH. Mas Mansyur in improving the welfare of orphans. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study strategy. Data collection is done through interview techniques with relevant parties and related documents. The validity test of the data carried out in this study is the source triangulation technique. The data analysis technique used in this study is explanatory manufacturing techniques. The results of this study indicate that the business contribution of Q-Mas M in improving the welfare of orphans has not been fully successful. From the five basic needs that must be fulfilled by orphans, only two that succeed, there are the fulfillment of food and residence needs for orphans.Keywords: contribution, Q-Mas M, welfare, orphanage KH. This research adopts a qualitative approach with case study methodology. Data collection is done through carrying out interview with informants such as branch manager, financial manager, marketing staffs and several donators of Baitul Maal Hidayatullah. Secondary data comes under the form of documents pertaining to the practice performed by Baitul Maal Hidayatullah. The pattern matching technique is then used to compare patterns based on empirics with the predicted patterns. Cash waqf funds are collected through direct and indirect means. The collection of cash waqf funds by Baitul Maal Hidayatullah are in accordance with the procedures set out by Badan Wakaf Indonesia which are, analysis of needs, waqif profile identification, the product of waqf, and the transactional cost. The distribution of cash waqf funds by Baitul Maal Hidayatullah are in accordance with what has been ordained by the Direktorat Pemberdayaan Wakaf, which includes, waqf distribution for education and social services.

This study aims to explain how the distribution of productive zakat in the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra and how the effectiveness of productive zakat distribution in improving the welfare of mustahik in the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra. This study uses a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive method, which is a problem that guides researchers to explore and photograph situations that will be thoroughly investigated, broadly and deeply. Data collection techniques with field research, while the tools used are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of this study inform that in distributing productive zakat funds, Rumah Zakat is in accordance with Law No. 23 of 2011 concerning Management of Zakat. The distribution of productive zakat carried out by the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra through the Senyum Mandiri Program to mustahik in Medan Helvetia Subdistrict has been effective, because it can improve the welfare of mustahik, this is evidenced by the income of eight of thirteen mustahik people in total, five people whose income is fixed and four out of eight people whose income has increased has reached the level of muzaki.

The impact of the modernization era on elementary and Kindergaten children can be seen from the intensity of children playing with gadgets, and the low level of literacy in children. This is the background for the presence of the Oemah Dolan organization. This study aims to identify and describe Oemah Dolan's programs and the role of Oemah Dolan in increasing reading interest in children in Kedongdong Village. This study uses a descriptive-qualitative approach with the analysis technique of Miles and Huberman. The results of this study indicate that Oemah Dolan has several programs, namely: book stalls, reading, fun learning, and creativity week.

This research adopts a qualitative approach with a study case methodology. Data collection is done through personal interviews with informants, who are the head of branch, marketing staffs, administration staffs and clients of Pegadaian branch Blauran, Surabaya. Secondary data is also collected from documents pertinent to risk mitigation in Islamic Pawnshop (Pegadaian). The technique of analysis employed in this research is the Pattern-Matching technique accompanied with the narration of results of the interviews Results from this research suggest that the mitigation of funding risks have not been optimized in Islamic Pawnshop (Pegadaian). The risk mitigation process has only been formalities done withoutevaluation in order to comply with the standard procedures. Thus said, funding risks in Islamic pawnshop have not yet been optimally mitigated.

BMT Maslahah Sub-Branch Olean in Situbondo still faces several problems and risks in providing financing to customers, because the customer intentionally does not return the financing he has obtained, even though he was able to repay the loan. This study focuses on how the applications of risk management in the financing, the causes and the solutions in BMT Maslahah Sub-Branch Olean of Situbondo. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study strategy. Data collection is done by connecting questions with data obtained from conclusions from the interview of several persons in BMT Maslahah Sub-Branch Olean in Situbondo. The results of the study indicate that the risk of loss is the high number of problematic financing, starting from the difficulties and even payment defaults from customers caused by the loss of the ability of customers to pay installments and profit sharing to them. The effort carried out by them in saving the problematic financing is by rescheduling, reconditioning, and restructuring. They also cooperate with insurance companies to cover the losses.
