This research aimed to analyze the implementation process of the indonesian council of ulama (DSN MUI) regulation number 86/DSN-MUI/XII/2012 on the prize fund of Islamic financial insitutions in the Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT) UGT Sidogiri Pasuruan. The method used in this research is qualitative approach using case study strategy in BMT UGT Sidogiri Pasuruan. The data collection was done by interview and documentation. The validation technique used is triangulation technique of sources. The analysis techniques in this research uses Miles and Huberman Theory.The results of this research based on the indonesian council of ulama (DSN MUI) regulation number 86/DSN-MUI/XII/2012 on the prize fund of Islamic financial insitutions. Based on the analysis done by researches, BMT UGT Sidogiri Pasuruan has not been effective yet in applying regulation issued by DSN MUI, especially on the regulation number 86/DSNMUI/XII/2012, at the ban point of making prize program as a habit

This study aimed to describe and analyze the role of social capital, as seen from the interrelation of networks, norms, and beliefs in improving the welfare of the community under the indicators of Maqashid Syariah. This study employed a qualitative approach with a case study strategy. Besides, this study has an analysis unit in the form of social capital and improvement of the welfare of the community who received scholarship assistance from Baitul Maal Hidayatullah of Surabaya. Also, data collection was carried out by interview and direct observation of the research object. The analysis technique utilized in this study was an explanatory analysis technique by explaining the results of interviews and direct observation. The study results reveal that social capital with norms, networks, and trust indicators play a role in improving the welfare of the community seen from the aspects of Maqashid Syariah.Keywords: Social capital, Welfare, and Maqashid Syariah

This study aims to determine the application of sharia principles contained in the investment of livestock conducted by PT Ijadgrup Rahmat Semesta in his company called Ijadfarm. The approach used is qualitative approach with case study strategy. Data collection is done by interviewing with related parties. Analytical technique that is done is source triangulation technique, pattern matching technique and descriptive qualitative analysis technique. This research aims to know and analyze the moral values of the functional strategy in the Wong Solo restaurant of Gresik branch. The aspects of the moral values consist of responsibility, globalization, truth, good working and good services. The success standard of the moral values of the functional strategy can be seen from the achievement of the employment in doing the aspects above. The research is a qualitative approach with a case study strategy. Data collection is done by using interview and observation to the object of the research. An used analysis technique is descriptive-qualitative by narrating the result of the interview and observation to the object of research. The result of this research of Restaurant Wong Solo of Gresik Branch in developing the business has been able to do some moral values well. It can be seen from the responsibility of the employments. The success by doing the moral values can also be seen by good aspect. The company gives some facilities to the employments such as: financial, and healthy. In doing operational strategy, thecompany has operational standardization in the production process. All employments perform that standardization of the rule that is stated by the company.

BMT Maslahah Sub-Branch Olean in Situbondo still faces several problems and risks in providing financing to customers, because the customer intentionally does not return the financing he has obtained, even though he was able to repay the loan. This study focuses on how the applications of risk management in the financing, the causes and the solutions in BMT Maslahah Sub-Branch Olean of Situbondo. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study strategy. Data collection is done by connecting questions with data obtained from conclusions from the interview of several persons in BMT Maslahah Sub-Branch Olean in Situbondo. The results of the study indicate that the risk of loss is the high number of problematic financing, starting from the difficulties and even payment defaults from customers caused by the loss of the ability of customers to pay installments and profit sharing to them. The effort carried out by them in saving the problematic financing is by rescheduling, reconditioning, and restructuring. They also cooperate with insurance companies to cover the losses.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi pembiayaan akad murabahah pada program AKSI UMMAD (Akses Keuangan Syariah Untuk Masyarakat Mandiri Berbasis Masjid) di Masjid Al-Falah Surabaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan strategi studi kasus di Masjid Al-Falah Surabaya. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Teknik validasi yang digunakan adalah teknik triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Penelitian ini berdasarkan peraturan Dewan Syariah Nasionanl Majelis Ulama Indonesia (DSN-MUI) No.o4/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 tentang Murabahah. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa program AKSI UMMAD di Masjid Al-Falah Surabaya telah sesuai dengan Fatwa DSN-MUI No.04/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 tentang Murabahah.Kata kunci: Program AKSI UMMAD, Pembiayaan Akad Murabahah, Fatwa DSN-MUI, Masjid Al-Falah Surabaya ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the implementation of the murabahah financing contract in the AKSI UMMAD (Access to Islamic Finance for Mosque-Based Independent Communities) program at Al-Falah Mosque in Surabaya. This research is based on the regulation issued by the National Sharia Council Fatwa of Indonesian Council of Ulama (DSN-MUI) No.o4/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 concerning Murabahah. This study aims to identify and explain the impact of waste management in Jemursari Islamic Hospital of Surabaya to externalities in terms of economic resources and the environment in the Islamic perspective. This study used a qualitative approach with case study strategy. The data collection was conducted using interviews and direct observation to the object of research.The results showed a positive impact on the management of waste Islamic Hospital Jemursari Surabaya to eskternalitas shown not to appear strong odors from waste management and the environment in hospital becomes cleaner. The results of the analysis of benefits and costs calculation in 2010 to 2015 shows the NPV> 0 and BCR> 1%, means that the value of the benefit is greater than the costs incurred, and waste management projects feasible.

Abstract: The purpose of this research to determine the policy of the National Police in resolving criminal acts of minor theft through Restorative Justice (a case study of the legal area of the Indralaya sector police). This research uses a qualitative approach. The informants in this research amounted to seven people, three from the police and four from the community. Data collection techniques used are documentation and interviews. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The validity test of the data used includes the credibility test, transferability test, dependability test, and confirmability test. Based on the results of data analysis that has been done before, it can be concluded that the policy carried out by the police in resolving criminal acts of minor theft through Restorative Justice is by conducting mediation. The steps to implementing this mediation are to bring together parties who are litigating, making compensation or compensation, and making a letter of peace.Keywords: Police Policy, Minor Theft, Restorative Justice Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kebijakan Polri dalam menyelesaikan tindak pidana pencurian ringan melalui Restorative Justice (studi kasus daerah hukum kepolisian sektor Indralaya). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah tujuh orang, tiga orang dari pihak kepolisian dan empat orang dari masyarakat. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data yang digunakan meliputi uji credibility, uji transferability, uji dependability, dan uji confirmability. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya, maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa kebijakan yang di lakukan oleh polri dalam menyelesaikan tindak pidana pencurian ringan melalui Restorative Justice yaitu dengan melakukan mediasi. Adapun langkah-langkah pelaksanaan mediasi ini yaitu mempertemukan para pihak yang berperkara, melakukan kompensasi atau ganti rugi, dan membuat surat perdamaian.Kata kunci: Kebijakan Polri, Pencurian ringan, Restorative Justice

The background of this study is the existence of a business in Q-Mas M which was established by the KH. Mas Mansur Orphanage. This phenomenon encourages researchers to raise research that discusses the contribution of Q-Mas M to the KH. Mas Mansyur in improving the welfare of orphans. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study strategy. Data collection is done through interview techniques with relevant parties and related documents. The validity test of the data carried out in this study is the source triangulation technique. The data analysis technique used in this study is explanatory manufacturing techniques. The results of this study indicate that the business contribution of Q-Mas M in improving the welfare of orphans has not been fully successful. The background of this research is the existence of unemployed and poverity phenomenon. This phenomenon encourages researchers to take research that discusses about productive zakat management of national zakat institution of Al-Azhar, through Rumah Gemilang Indonesia as the solution. This research uses qualitative approach with case study strategy. Data collection is done through interviewing techniques with related parties and the documents concerned. Analytical techniques carried out in this research is the technique of source triangulation and descriptive qualitative analysis techniques.The results of this study indicate that the national zakat institution of Al-Azhar recieves funds from the donors. They distributed the funds to Rumah Gemilang Indonesia as one of their programs, that aims to empower the dhuafas through six months training with no charge of tuition fee. This research is on the motivation of the teacher to become a Buddhist Sunday School (SMB) in the monastery’s Getasan subdistrict-Semarang district with the limited of youth who want to become SMB teachers, lack of support for the monastery administrators and parents on SMB activities, lack of respect and attention to the SMB teacher, and the still limited SMB teachers in a monastery. The purpose of this research aim to describe the motivation tobe come by the SMB teacher in the monastery of Getasan subdistrict-Semarang district.This research is using a descriptive qualitative approach. The echnique used in the data collection is in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. Meanwhile, the data validation technique is performed by the continous observation, triangulation, and discussion among peers. Then, it is analyzed by using an interactive model of analysis techniques, consiststing of data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing or verification The results showed: (1) the care for SMB, spirit to dedicate, and a desire to care for the Dhamma, (2) seriousness in becoming a Buddhist Sunday school teacher through learning before teaching, active to teach SMB, SMB evaluation, as well as variations of SMB activities, (3 ) the conditions in society which encourage the subject to be a SMB teacher is the support from parents and administrators of the monastery which is still lacking.
