ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menggambarkan hasil implementasi dari sistem halal traceability supply chain pada produk makanan halal pengolahan daging di perusahaan Ternaknesia Farm Innovation. Analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan model Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) sebagai model utama dalam pengembangan halal traceability supply chain. Perusahaan ini tengah mengembangkan sistem jaminan ketelusurah halal (halal traceability supply chain) pada produk daging yang dijual nya dengan membuat model bisnis Ternaknesia 2.0 yang berkelanjutan sebagai perusahaan pertama di wilayah Surabaya Jawa Timur yang memiliki sistem halal traceability. Hasil identifikasi atas Implementasi dari halal traceability supply chain menunjukan bahwa penerapan sistem halal traceability di perusahaan mampu meminimalisir terjadinya ancaman kontaminasi zat haram yang ditelusuri dari implementasi pada proses model SCOR yaitu plan,resource,make, deliver return, dan enable dengan mengembangkan konsep halal dan thoyyib pada produk daging halal yang dijual. Teknologi yang digunakan dalam implementasi pelacakan proses ketertelusuran halal atau halal traceability system yaitu dengan penggunaan label QR Barcode Scan dan didukung penggunakan EPICS code pada produk daging halal yang dijual di perusahaan, sehingga memberikan jaminan ketelusuran halal rantai pasok kepada konsumen. Kata Kunci: halal traceability supply chain dan makanan halal. ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to describe the results of the implementation of the halal traceability supply chain system on halal food products for meat processing at the Ternaknesia Farm Innovation company. The analysis in this study uses the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) model as the main model in the development of halal traceability supply chain. The company is developing a halal traceability supply chain guarantee system for the meat products it sells by creating a sustainable Ternaknesia 2.0 business model as the first company in the Surabaya area of East Java to have a halal traceability system. The results of the identification of the implementation of the halal traceability supply chain show that the implementation of the halal traceability system in the company is able to minimize the threat of contamination of illicit substances traced from the implementation of the SCOR model process, namely plan, resource, make, deliver return, and enable by developing the concept of halal and thoyyib. on halal meat products sold. The technology used in the implementation of tracking the halal traceability system is the use of a QR Barcode Scan label and supported by the use of the EPICS code on halal meat products sold in the company, thus providing guarantees for supply chain halal traceability to consumers.Keywords: halal traceability supply chain and halal meat products.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang sistem pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok serta memberikan usulan perbaikan berdasarkan hasil pengukuran kinerja rantai pasoknya. Penelitian dilakukan pada kelompok tani di Kabupaten Pacitan. Hasil rancangan pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok adalah 24 KPI yang dibagi ke dalam lima proses manajemen dasar rantai pasok, yaitu: plan, source, make, deliver dan return. Identifikasi KPI diperoleh dari kerangka SCOR model. Dengan konsep AHP diperoleh bobot untuk masing-masing perspektif yaitu plan (0,233); source (0,120); make (0,555), deliver (0,060) dan return (0,032). Pada tahap pengukuran, proses scoring system menggunakan proses normalisasi Snom De Bour, selanjutnya dengan analisis traffic light system yaitu untuk mengetahui pencapaian performasi KPI melalui tiga warna (merah, kuning dan hijau) sebagai indikator. Dari hasil pengukuran performansi terdapat 2 KPI yang memiliki kinerja rendah yang memerlukan prioritas perbaikan yaitu Product Failure in Grinding Process (PFGP) dan Product Failure in Mixer Process (PFMP). Kata Kunci: Pengukuran, Performansi, Rantai, SCOR, Model, Process

Kinerja adalah suatu aspek yang bisa diukur sebagai acuan dan harapan bagi instansi, organisasi dan perusahaan. DI PT. XYZ merupakan perusahaan manufaktur dan beberapa tahun ini perusahaan mengalami beberapa permasalahan pada proses rantai pasok, mulai dari keterlambatan pengiriman ke beberapa toko material, produk cacat, dan menumpuknya stok yang ada di gudang. Itu bisa terjadi karena beberapa faktor yaitu, proses pegiriman produk, proses produksi, SDM (sumber daya manusia) dan proses yang ada kaitannya dengan supply chain mulai dari proses awal sampai akhir pengiriman. Oleh karena itu perlunya analisis kinerja perusahaan di bagian beberapa departemen yang berhubungan dengan rantai pasok dan dianalisa untuk mengetahui kinerja pada proses supply chain. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah SCOR model (Supply chain Operation Reference) dan AHP (Analitical hierarchy process) dan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja rantai pasok dan diperlukan key performance indicator (KPI) yang spesifik agar jadi acuan yang jelas dalam mengukur rantai pasok. Berdasarkan perhitungan dari SCOR model diperoleh nilai masing–masing attribut yaitu: Reliability dengan nilai 17,39, Responsiveness 22.98, Agility 11,76, Cost 7,15 dan Asset Management dengan nilai 7,16. Total nilai Performansi SCOR yang didapatkan perusahaan berada pada kategori Average dengan nilai 66,44.

Background: In recent years, the cost is becoming one of the biggest obstacles for the effective operation of supply chain. It is increasingly urgent to minimize the cost and optimize the supply chain system. However, importance measures have been little used in it as a research focus in solving the optimization problems. Methods: With respect to the foregoing, this paper combines the reliability, importance measures and cost issues to improve the supply chain. Supply chain costs can be divided into three classes: design cost, manufacturing cost, and inventory cost. Results: Then importance measures based on the costs are given and demonstrated in a case study. Results show that the optimal system and minimal cost can be obtained by focusing on the important parts in supply chain operation. Conclusion: The importance order and the key elements identification are helpful to increase the operational efficiency of the supply chain and provide effective methods for improving the supply chain management.

This research was conducted to identify the supply chain model of PT. Lotte Mart Indonesia (LMI) and analyze the performance of its cross dock distribution system using the adjusted Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) model. The products studied were the fastest moving drinks and dairy category.  The first level of performance indicator for Reliability attribute is Perfect Order Fulfillment which has the second level of performance indicators are % of Orders Delivered in Full, and On Time Delivery. The supply chain performance for 3 months in 2012 was good at 74%. The second level mapping found errors in the deliver stock (D1) and deliver retail (D4) procedures. The third level mapping found 4 erroneous procedures in the stock-out goods, receiving inappropriate order, delayed and damaged goods, and a gap between ordered and received goods.  Procedures were suggested to remedy these errors.

The role of the Supply Chain affects the value of domestic products that arise in an area is not the same as the income received by residents of the area. It can be seen that the staple products sector dominates 61.55% of the distribution of products in Central Java. So, this is an important factor in measuring the Supply Operations Chain that occurs in these commodities. The high costs incurred in this sector encourage us to continue to improve our operational performance to reduce costs as low as possible. The condition is what the public/consumers want so that the gap between production costs and distribution costs of existing products is not too far away. This study aims to measure consumer satisfaction with the Supply Chain in the area and optimize the Supply Chain model that can be done to improve operational processes in the upstream (supplier) and downstream (distribution channels) of the Supply Chain in Central Java. The data analysis method used is the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR). This model serves to weigh the importance of measuring customer satisfaction with the Supply Chain in the area, and efforts to improve operational performance can be made by minimizing failure in the process so that delivery to consumers is on time. The results of the SCOR model show that Asset, Agility, and Cost are variables that must be improved in the logistics process in Central Java.

Nowadays, the Hayuningrum Batik Industry keeps trying to optimize the production of batik cloth until the batik cloth can be accepted by consumers, but the Hayuningrum Batik Industry lacks awareness about environmental issues. One effort that can be taken is by measuring the performance of Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM). This study aims to calculate and analyze GSCM performance in the Hayuningrum Batik Industry in the year 2020 and provide proposed improvement to improve GSCM performance in the Hayuningrum Batik Industry located in Laweyan, Surakarta. The method used are the Green Supply Chain Operation Reference (Green SCOR) model approach, weighting with the Analytical Hierachy Process (AHP) method, and normalization using the Snorm de Boer formula. Based on research conducted, 26 Key Performance Indicators (KPI) have been verified. The KPI is weighted using the AHP method. Then, the normalization score has been calculated for each indicator. The results of these measurements show the value of GSCM performance in the Hayuningrum Batik Industry of 57.42, which means that the performance is classified as Average. Therefore, the Hayuningrum Batik Industry need to improve their performance. The proposed improvement is given to each indicator in the Hayuningrum Batik Industry that need to be prioritized for improvement.

This study aims to determine how much value the supply chain performance at PT. XYZ when measured using the green scor model. PT. XYZ is a company that produces chemical active ingredients for agriculture and plantations. The problem experienced by the company is that the company began to develop not only environmentally friendly products but also environmentally friendly management and supply chains that will start with Guela products. After verification of the 18 proposed indicators, through the interview session 14 indicators were verified and could be used as KPIs. Weighting for each KPI is done using the AHP method. Furthermore, performance measurement or scoring is performed using the Green Supply Chain Operation Reference (GSCOR) method and evaluating using the traffic light system (TLS) method. Based on table 4.67 it can be seen that of the 14 KPIs, 3 KPIs are included in the yellow category, 1 KPIs are included in the red category and 10 KPIs are included in the green category. The total value of the measurement of the performance of the green supply chain at PT. XYZ obtained 72.64 (Good). From these figures it can be seen that the performance of the green supply chain at PT. XYZ is in green, which means that supply chain performance is good but corrective action needs to be taken to improve the performance of PT. XYZ.
