Agroecology, defined as the ecological science of food production is also as practical approach to design food production systems based on local concerted solutions that aim to promote synergy among the diversity of human and non human food systems elements. These two facets makes agroecology a good candidate for participatory research. Information technology should help using this information for the production of structured scientific knowledge. In this respect, there is a need for information technology that is adaptive to encompass the diversity of within and between systems and that provide benefit to farmers that feed it with data. We present MiCampoApp, a webapp that aims to join participatory research and certification in agroecology, with two roles, the farmer and the administrator. The idea to join participatory research for decision support with certification for market differentiation in single system is that much of the certification data harbors information for scientific research, and this incentivize data collection for the interest of the farmer and the community. The administrator create a model for data collection in order to solve a research question of interest for a communities or to produce traceability information to feed participatory guarantee system in a community. The farmer collects information using simple icons and produces traceability pages for research or certification purposes.

Introduction: the relevance of the research is due to the transformation of social relations in the neoindustrial era, which opens up technological innovations to mankind. In this regard, there is an objective need to revise and modernize many legal institutions and create a new legislative matter for the normal functioning of the banking and investment sector adequate to modern realities. Purpose: the paper contributes to the formation of the understanding of individual investors, recipients of investments, and investment intermediaries of the fact that there is a set of special means that can be freely implemented in a situation of violation of the rights and noncompliance with the legitimate interests of each of the participants in these relations. These special means should represent the interrelated and interdependent elements of the system, reinforcing, complementing each other, thereby forming a synergistic effect and thereby providing these guarantees. Methods: the methodological framework for the conducted scientific research is the method of historical materialism. In addition, while writing the paper, both the traditional general scientific methods (the dialectical method of cognition, analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, etc.) and the specific scientific legal methods (formal-legal, the method of legal interpretation, etc.) were used. Results: the author substantiates the existence of five functional elements that guarantee in their totality a system of guarantees of compliance with the legitimate interests of participants to remote digital investment transactions. Firstly, there is a developed civil law regulation. Secondly, a workable institution of the financial Ombudsman. Thirdly, the effective regulation of this market segment by the central bank. Fourthly, jurisdictional and non-jurisdictional justice operating within the framework of legality. Fifthly, advanced information technologies for transactions and protection of rights. The functioning of the designated system of guarantees is investigated by elements. Conclusions: in summary, it is concluded that the efforts of scientists and developers-practitioners should be aimed at creating an end-to-end technology for participation in remote digital investment transactions and protection of their rights by the parties. The necessity of introducing special service applications that make up such technology is argued. It is proved that the implementation of such technology will allow functioning effectively, mutually complementing and strengthening all the elements of the guarantee system. It is proved that the key idea underlying the end-to-end technology of participation in remote digital investment transactions is the execution of the transactions themselves in the mode of smart contracts, which are executed, and the facts about the execution of their stages are stored in the distributed registry system. At the same time, this information technology should be integrated with the hardware and software complex of the GOSUSLUGI portal as a special service presented in the personal account of a citizen, as well as with the website of the Federal Tax Service with the corresponding service in the personal account of a party – a legal entity. These services should provide for a guaranteed and unhindered (automatic) possibility of an electronic, legally significant, appeal by a party to a remote digital investment transaction to the Bank of Russia, to a financial commissioner, to an arbitration institution, to a court.

The development of economic activity in the world has an impact on the development of people's quality of life, thus increasing the need for funding to meet these needs. In addition, the majority of Indonesian people who are Muslim automatically bring Islamic law into their daily life in various fields, including in economic activities. Fiduciary guarantees are possible in a murabahah contract if the financing company acts as a seller (trader) who sells goods on credit to consumers, so not as a provider of funds that owes to consumers. Fund-raising activities to support business activities in the community are closely related to credit matters, the consequence is the need for a guarantee or known as fiduciary. Fiduciary guarantees are conventional products that are set to provide protection for creditors, especially if the debtor defaults. Fiduciary guarantees, which cannot be fully applied to all financial institution systems in Indonesia, need to be studied several times, especially in the view of the Islamic religion that uses the sharia financial system. The focus of the study that is used as the formulation of the problem is What is the current position of the application of fiduciary guarantees in Indonesia? and how to apply fiduciary guarantee according to the perspective of Islamic law?. The results of the study show that the practice of implementing fiduciary in Indonesia has a very important position and must be fulfilled by financing service providers. Meanwhile, according to the Islamic view, there is no fiduciary guarantee in the aspects of Islamic law but the matter of guarantees can be equated with rahn. Thus, in Islamic Financial Institutions guided by rahn as a guarantee system for lending and borrowing activities in accordance with Islamic law, this is based on the word of Allah QS. Al-Baqarah verse 283 and Act No. 21 of 2008 concerning Islamic Banking.

Power network topology identification, judgment, and tracking are the basic functional components of power system guarantee system and security management system. They can provide basic network structure data for other application software programs of power system. However, the traditional power grid topology method is not easy to implement and provides less relevant data that can be accurately analyzed, so that relevant personnel cannot fully understand the state of the power grid and give accurate commands, resulting in serious power accidents. Therefore, this paper proposes the research of power grid local topology tracking based on graph theory and constructs the power grid local topology tracking algorithm based on graph theory. The experimental results show that the local topology tracking algorithm based on graph theory can track the local topology of power grid quickly and effectively. Compared with the traditional method based on priority search, although the first power grid topology takes a relatively long time, it greatly improves the search and processing time after each time and has high efficiency in local topology. This shows that the local topology tracking algorithm based on graph theory needs less computation when carrying out the local topology of power grid. At the same time, the theory of power grid local topology tracking algorithm based on graph theory is relatively simple and easy to time, which is more practical than the traditional method.

In recent years there has been a growing international interest in alternative certification strategies for organic products. Specifically, participatory guarantee systems (PGS) have proved to be particularly suitable not only to simplify bureaucratic procedures for small organic producers and reduce the cost of certification, but also to generate empowerment, social inclusion and mutual support among farmers. The purpose of this paper is to study the elements of social capital (SC) found in a PGS through the use of social network indicators using the Organizaçao Participativa de Acreditaçao e Certificaçao “Orgânicos Sul de Minas” (OPAC-OSM) as a case study. The research was carried out in the southern part of Minas Gerais, one of the states of the Brazilian Federation, where organic production represents a viable alternative for small and medium-sized farmers. In particular, a survey was carried out to capture the opinions of managers (presidents or directors) about their participation in the OPAC-OSM, and about the level of interaction and degree of trust between members. Relational skills, which are the basis of structural SC, were analyzed both at the level of individual units and at the level of the general network of the OPAC-OSM. An in-degree centrality score assigned to OPAC-OSM members was obtained from each network. These scores have been correlated with variables of the database that were chosen due to their relevance in assessing the level of social capital. According to the results, the factors that most reinforced the proof of SC among the OPAC-OSM members were the level of information and the degree of trust and collaboration networks, with special emphasis on female participation. From the analysis carried out, it is possible to conclude that PGS are powerful tools in the strengthening of SC far beyond the aspect of quality assurance, which remains the main objective of the OPAC.
