<p><em>This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership style on job satisfaction with organizational commitment as the intervening variable. The object of this research is the staff of general administration and finance of Islam Hospital, Banjannasin. In accordance with the above objectives, in this study four hypotheses have been formulated.</em></p><p><em>The sampling of this research used saturated sample method by using the entire population as the samples. This study used 50 respondents, and all respondents were the staff of general administration and finance of Islam Hospital, Banjarmasin. To facilitate the problem solving, this research was conducted by using regression analysis, path analysis and Sobel Test with the help ofSPSS V.23</em></p><p><em>The results of this study indicated that leadership style had a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect onjob satisfaction. Organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment had positive and significant effect as the intervening variable/mediation between leadership style and job satisfaction .</em></p>

Organizational climate and high job satisfaction can increase employee organizational commitment which greatly affects the achievement of company goals. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of organizational climate on organizational commitment with job satisfaction as a mediator for employees of The Sankara Resort And Spa Ubud. The study population are 62 people using the saturated sample method. Data collected through questionnaires and interviews and analyzed using path analysis techniques and multiple tests. The results show organizational climate a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational climate a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment through mediating job satisfaction, and job satisfaction partially mediates the effect of organizational climate on organizational commitment. The research aims to obtain empirical evidence about the influence given by variables such as organizational culture, leadership style, and job satisfaction on the organizational commitment of employees who are members of a Balinese souvenir company, Cening Ayu in Batubulan, Gianyar. The study population was all company employees, amounting to 60 people. The sample is determined using the saturated sample method, so that the entire population is used as a research sample. Research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques. The results showed that the three variables, organizational culture, leadership style, and job satisfaction had a positive and significant influence on the organizational commitment of a Balinese souvenir company, Cening Ayu in Batubulan, Gianyar. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work stress on job satisfaction, to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment, to analyze the effect of work stress on organizational commitment to analyze job satisfaction in mediating the effect of work stress on commitment. This research was conducted at the UPT. Monument to the Struggle of the People of Bali. The number of samples used in this study is 49 employees, using the saturated sample method (census), which uses the entire population as a sample. Data analyzed using Path Analysis techniques. The results showed that work stress had a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction at the UPT. Monumen Perjuangan Rakyat Bali, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, work stress has a negative and significant effect on organizational commitment, and job satisfaction Mediates the Effects of Job Stress on Organizational Commitments on UPT. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style and compensation on job satisfaction at the Employment of Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Ketenagakerjaan in Malang Raya. To achieve this goal, this study uses quantitative methods using multiple linear regression analysis. This study uses the dependent variable, namely Leadership Style and Compensation. While the independent variable is satisfaction. The sample used in this study is 44 which is the entire population. The results showed that leadership style and compensation did not have a significant effect either partially or simultaneously on job satisfaction at Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Ketenagakerjaan di Malang Raya in Malang Raya

The purpose of this study was to determine the mediating role of organizational commitment variables on variable job satisfaction and turnover intention of contract employees at PT. Kharisma Duta Anggada. The population of this study was 187 people, with sampling using a saturated sample method. Methods of collecting data through questionnaires and interviews. Data obtained from the results of questionnaires were analyzed using path analysis and sobel test. The test results of getting job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, and job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention through mediating organizational commitment. The results of this study are expected to benefit employees of PT. Kharisma Duta Anggada and company leader. The company is expected to increase employee job satisfaction in order to increase employee commitment to the company so that the employee turnover intention level will be lower. This study investigated the effect of job satisfaction and perceived democratic leadership style of the managers on the organizational commitment of the employees working in the private banks in Nepal. The population in this study was all employees working in the private banks in Nepal. A hybrid instrument, which comprised pre-tested instruments, was used to collect the data. The analytical method used to test the hypothesis of the research was multiple regression analysis. Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS), version 25, was used for analyzing the data. The study's findings- job satisfaction of the employees and their perception of the democratic leadership style of their managers, had a significant positive impact on their organizational commitment. This study's originality is that this study shows how the employees' perception of their manager's democratic leadership style and their job satisfaction affect their organizational commitment to the Nepalese context.

Job satisfaction and organizational commitment can increase employee performance which affects achievement of company goals. The purpose of this study to determine mediating role of organizational commitment on work satisfaction and performance of employees of Krisna by Typical Bali I. The population of this study were 55 people, with a saturated sample method. Data collection through questionnaires and interviews, analyzed by SEM - PLS. The test results shows job satisfaction has significant positive effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has positive significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment has negative significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment has  positive significant effect in mediating the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance. The company is expected to increase employee job satisfaction in order to increase employee commitment to the company so that employee performance will increase. This study aims to measure the effect of leadership styles, organizational commitment to performance with the mediation of motivation in the civil service of the Faculty of Universities in Surakarta. The study population was a civil servant employees in the faculty. The sample is determined by the saturated sample technique, the entire employee staff respondents as many as 76 people. Methods of data collection techniques used are questionnaire. Data analysis method used is the method of path analysis (path analysis). From the results of this study concluded that the style of leadership, organizational commitment and motivation of jointly have a significant influence on employee performance. While the results of the t test of leadership style variable result that leadership style has no effect on the motivation and performance of the organization's commitment and motivation.Variabel partially have a significant influence on employee performance. With the result that the path analysis variables mediate motivational leadership style on employee performance. Motivation also mediate organizational commitment to employee performance. Judging from the coefficient (R Square) we can conclude that the motivation was influenced variable leadership style and organizational commitment of 0.46% while the rest influenced by other factors beyond the study variables. Performance is influenced by the motivation of employees by 44% and the rest influenced by other factors beyond the variables. Performance of employees affected by variables of leadership style and organizational commitment by 36% while 64% is variable - the other variables outside the study.

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Islamic Work Ethics, Organizational Commitment And Islamic Spiritulity against Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Case Study is Teachers In Islamic Elementary School Al Huda). The number of samples taken as many as 32 respondents with saturated sample method. Data collection using a Likert-scale closed questionnaire. The result of t test shows that the work ethic of Islam and islamic spirituality give positive and significant influence to OCB whereas organizational commitment has negative and significant effect to OCB with regression equation Y = 0,827 + 0,235X1 - 0,367X2 + 1,055X3. F test results show that the ethics of Islamic work, organizational commitment and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on OCB. While the value of coefficient determination is 0.892 which means that the work ethic of Islam (X1), organizational commitment (X2) and islamic spirituality (X3) have contribution to OCB (Y) of 89.2% while the rest 10.8% by another factor.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership style on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), to determine the effect of transformational leadership style on job satisfaction, to determine the effect of job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), and to determine the role of job satisfaction in mediating the influence of job satisfaction transformational leadership style towards Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). This research was conducted at the Office of the Ubung Kaja Village as many as 45 employees using the saturated sample method, collected through a questionnaire using descriptive statistical analysis techniques, path analysis, single test and VAF test. The results showed that the transformational leadership style had a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Job satisfaction positively and significantly mediates the effect of transformational leadership styles on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).
