Strengthening the cultivation of college students' innovation and entrepreneurial ability is not only the urgent need of the construction of national innovation system, but also the need to adapt to social development, alleviate employment pressure and cultivate innovative talents. Taking Taizhou College of Nanjing Normal University as an example, through the investigation of the influencing factors of College students' innovation and entrepreneurial ability and the situation of College students' innovation and entrepreneurial ability, the research group understands the current situation of College students' innovation and entrepreneurship education, and analyzes the key factors affecting college students' innovation and entrepreneurial ability, Finally, it puts forward some suggestions and measures to improve the innovation and entrepreneurial ability of college students.

The issues to be discussed at the panel included: can past experience of economy recovery following crises of 1998 and 2008 be helpful at present; what sectors were driving growth of the Russian economy in the last decade, and are they able to perform this role in the future; what growth rate is feasible in 2021; what amendments to the national projects aimed at boosting growth are likely. In addition to that the panel participants specified key factors affecting productivity and output trends in Russia, suggested ways to support economy in the course of “coronacrisis”, and pointed out to economic policy measures that could accelerate economic growth.

The outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic has had a great impact on economic and social development, the task of poverty alleviation has become more difficult, and the strategy of rural revitalization is facing greater challenges. Higher vocational colleges undertake the important mission of training and conveying advanced skilled talents needed for the country's economic and social development, and are bound to assume their own responsibilities in the strategy of rural revitalization. The innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students promoted by higher vocational colleges in recent years provides a feasible implementation path for higher vocational colleges to participate in the country's rural revitalization strategy. Based on the background of the national rural revitalization strategy, this paper points out the great significance of the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges into the rural revitalization strategy, and puts forward specific measures to realize the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education into the rural revitalization strategy.

College students have always been a barometer of the development of the times, and how innovative and entrepreneurial college students are is related to the future and destiny of the country's economic development. The key to the cultivation of college students' innovative and entrepreneurial ability lies in education, and the key to the effect of education lies in teachers. As an important component and supplement to the faculty of colleges and universities, counselors play a key role in the growth of college students. It can be said that the professional ability construction of college counselors is very important to the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents and cannot be replaced. Starting from various problems existing in college students' innovation and entrepreneurship activities, this paper explores the similarities between craftsman spirit and innovation and entrepreneurship ability, analyzes the significance of their combination for social development, and puts forward the integration of craftsman spirit and innovation and entrepreneurship in theoretical teaching, innovation and entrepreneurship practice and psychological teaching. And through some specific methods to achieve the relevant theory, improve the talent training system in colleges and universities, cultivate students' "artisan spirit", and enhance the ability of innovation and entrepreneurship.

Objectives: In today’s society, it is under the background of the popularization of higher education. With the continuous expansion of higher education enrollment and the scale of higher education, the number of graduates has increased year by year, and the employment problem of college students has become more and more serious, which has aroused great concern from all walks of life. Methods: Under the background of employment difficulties, college students’ self-employment has opened up a new way for college students’ employment problems. More and more college students are plunging into the craze of entrepreneurship. The main reason for the long-term difficulties in the cultivation of higher education talents is that there is no effective means to determine the actual situation of individual entrepreneurs’ innovation and entrepreneurship, and their ability cultivation is not targeted. Results: The purpose of this paper is to alleviate the employment pressure of college students and promote the good development of the employment situation in China. Conclusion: This paper attempts to provide the optimal way to improve the cultivation of college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship ability from the connotation and composition of innovation and entrepreneurship ability, the use of mapping method, the use of multi-source data means, according to the actual measurement results of individual college students. In order to improve the entrepreneurial ability of college students, strategies are put forward for the cultivation of entrepreneurial ability of college students based on the analysis results.

This paper studies the influence of entrepreneurial spirit on college students’ entrepreneurial ability and entrepreneurial values. Firstly, the impact of entrepreneurial psychology and entrepreneurial spirit on entrepreneurial values is analyzed. Secondly, the role of entrepreneurial values in Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education (IEE) is analyzed and summarized under new media. Then, based on entrepreneurial psychology and entrepreneurial spirit, a Questionnaire Survey (QS) is designed to investigate the entrepreneurial values of students in one university in Shaanxi Province, China. The QS analysis suggests that most respondents hold a positive attitude, and their attitude is on the rise. The QS results of “Reasons for entrepreneurial failure” show that 40.37, 31.9, 25.98, and 11.75% of respondents think they lack financial support, business skills, ability, and understanding of policies and laws, respectively. The QS results of “What factors influence entrepreneurial values?” reveal that 39.43% of the respondents chose the “Models of successful entrepreneurs,” successful entrepreneur models can effectively encourage students to receive IEE, followed by 28.94% who choose “Achieve their own life goals.”. In terms of “Solutions against entrepreneurial risks,” nearly 70% of the students have chosen the negative options. In terms of “Which is the most important entrepreneurial quality?”, more students choose entrepreneurial values rather than entrepreneurial quality, proving that students generally lack entrepreneurial values. Given these problems, corresponding countermeasures are put forward to strengthen entrepreneurial psychology and IEE, in an attempt to cultivate college students’ entrepreneurial values and entrepreneurial ability under the new media. The results provide some data support for the impact of college students’ entrepreneurial values and entrepreneurial ability.

In recent years, “mass entrepreneurship and innovation” have continued to advance, and innovation and entrepreneurship have been deeply integrated with economic and social development. College students’ innovation and entrepreneurship have received support from relevant national policies and systems. However, the market economy is an economy under the rule of law, and college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship will inevitably face various legal risks. The most effective measure to prevent legal risks is to enhance college students’ own resistance. Therefore, an innovation and entrepreneurship legal education system with “one main line and three combinations” should be constructed to effectively enhance the college students’ own legal risk awareness and prevention capabilities for innovation and entrepreneurship.
