Starting from various problems existing in college students' innovation and entrepreneurship activities, this paper explores the similarities between craftsman spirit and innovation and entrepreneurship ability, analyzes the significance of their combination for social development, and puts forward the integration of craftsman spirit and innovation and entrepreneurship in theoretical teaching, innovation and entrepreneurship practice and psychological teaching. And through some specific methods to achieve the relevant theory, improve the talent training system in colleges and universities, cultivate students' "artisan spirit", and enhance the ability of innovation and entrepreneurship.

Innovation and entrepreneurship service platforms in colleges and universities bear the dual responsibility of education on and support for innovation and entrepreneurship. However, at present, they are confronted with such problems as insufficient government policy publicity, insignificant transformation effect of scientific research achievements, fragile business environment, and weak financing function. To continue to advance the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship service platform for college students, it is necessary to improve the government environment of those platforms within colleges and universities, build the service platform based on the transformation of teachers’ scientific research achievements, enhance the business environment for college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship, and promote the financing capacity of colleges’ incubators.

Abstract Under the background of ‘mass entrepreneurship and innovation’, Chinese colleges and universities have strengthened students’ entrepreneurial and innovative abilities. The article first analyses the reasons why applied universities should strengthen innovation and entrepreneurship education. On this basis, the evaluation index system of students’ innovation and entrepreneurship ability is constructed. The thesis uses the nonlinear structural model to complete the index weight setting. Finally, the paper verifies the effectiveness of the combined evaluation model through the data on innovation and entrepreneurship of college students in an university where applied. At the same time, the article proposes measures for optimising the ecological environment of innovation and entrepreneurship education for colleges and universities.

With the increasing popularity of education informatization and the emergence of intelligent learning space, students’ demand for personalized, convenient and diversified learning content of innovation and entrepreneurship ability is becoming increasingly prominent. The fifth generation mobile communication (5G) technology is characterized by its large bandwidth, ultra-high reliability, ultra-low delay and large-scale Internet of things. College Students’ innovation and entrepreneurship education is the main theme of modern higher education and an important way to promote the transformation and development of local colleges. The quality of business plan and roadshows is one of the important means of financing for start-ups. Improving the ability of college students to write high- quality business plans and develop roadshows is not only conducive to the scientific evaluation and assessment of students’ ability, but also helps to stimulate the enthusiasm of college students for innovation and entrepreneurship, and cultivate their ability of innovation and entrepreneurship. As a new educational concept and practice, innovation and entrepreneurship education has attracted enough attention in global adult colleges and universities. Strengthening innovation and entrepreneurship education and training innovation and entrepreneurship talents are the new requirements of innovation and development for the country’s innovation construction, the realistic choice of innovation for traditional education and accelerating the reform and development of adult colleges and universities, the inevitable requirement of improving the quality of graduates, and the promotion of College Students’ integration into the tide of “mass entrepreneurship and innovation”. Starting from the analysis of the current situation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, based on the era background of “mass entrepreneurship, mass innovation”, taking the cultivation of “mass entrepreneurship and innovation” as the goal, this paper discusses the construction method of innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum system with ability as the core, students as the main body and market as the guide, and puts forward that it is necessary to update the educational concept, correctly position the training goal, and formulate and improve the entrepreneurship curriculum. We should reform the talent evaluation system of adult colleges and universities, strengthen the power of entrepreneurship and innovation mentors, and strengthen the cooperation between schools and enterprises. The outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic has had a great impact on economic and social development, the task of poverty alleviation has become more difficult, and the strategy of rural revitalization is facing greater challenges. Higher vocational colleges undertake the important mission of training and conveying advanced skilled talents needed for the country's economic and social development, and are bound to assume their own responsibilities in the strategy of rural revitalization. The innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students promoted by higher vocational colleges in recent years provides a feasible implementation path for higher vocational colleges to participate in the country's rural revitalization strategy.
