Background: Evaluation of drug storage in a primary health care is an important process in drug management. Evaluation use with indicators. Some of indicators are Percentage of expired date drugs, percentage of stockout and Turn Over Ratio (TOR). Objective: This study aimed to know the efficiency of drug storage in Mlati II primary health care Methods: This observation research use retrospective data. Results: Percentage of expired date drugs was 2.45% and percentage stockout was 2.45% and Turn Over Ratio was 5.2 times Conclusion: Drug storage has not efficient yet. The goal of this study was to explore and describe the experience of parents regarding the primary health care (PHC) managementof their children's atopic eczemain a Gauteng district. A qualitative, explorative, descriptive, contextual embedded single case study design was employed. Data were collected through semi-structured individual interviews, field notes and direct observation until saturation occurred; analysed according to Tesch's steps of descriptive data analysis. Trustworthiness and ethical measures were used and were employed.Three themes were identified. Management challenges, the second theme with subthemes: drug management, knowledge levels of PHC clinicians, health education andfinancial challenges, will be discussed.

Immunization is the most cost-effective health prevention method to suppress the incidence of vaccine-preventable disease. Immunization Program in Jember district is still not optimal with many vaccine-preventable disease cases found. Another problem found in Jember is the management of logistics vaccine that is still not optimal. Based on the activity plan report of ORI Difteri 2018, it is known that the logistics needs of some vaccines do not comply with the allocation received by Jember regency of the province. This condition This was a descriptive study using questionaire and observations data as well as the documentation study of the annual Report of Health Pharmacy Installation (IFK) year 2019. Respondent to this study were immunization officers at primary health care of Jember District. The result of cold chain management evaluation is known that the most are good enaugh. In some primary health care are still hampered insufficient means so that the maintenance of vaccine is still not optimalBased on the result that cold chain management evaluation, the knowledge officer on cold chain management is still lacking good. In the some primary health care, it is known that the equipment canstraints are unavailable. While in the conformity of temperature only one primary helath care is not recommended. And stirage activities are mostly in accordance with SOP.

ABSTRACT Stagnant and stockout of drug are the effects from the drug logistic management. In average of 52.43% stagnant and 19.08% stockout from 118 types of drugs in Primary Health Care from January to December 2014. This research aimed to analyzed drug management and the safety stock control of stagnant and stockout in Primary Health Care.This was quantitative research with descriptive method. Primary data was obtained by interview and observation. Secondary data obtained from LPLPO and drug planning data, it can be calculated for drug’s planning and safety stock required. Planning and procurement of drugs proposed for 2014 only has the suitability of 16,03% with the use of drugs by 2014. Receipt of drugs have a large enough discrepancy that is 76,93% of the demand for drugs in Primary Health Care. Distribution of drugs is less well with only 50% according to the procedure. Monitoring and control of the drugs have a quite well with 60% according to the procedure. While, no safety stock calculations at the Primary Health planning proposals in 2014. Process of drug management at Primary Health Care is not good enough. It needs improvements in systems planning, procurement, receipt, distribution, monitoring and control of drugs. Abstract. Background: Indigenous Australians experience a suicide rate over twice that of the general population. With nonfatal deliberate self-harm (DSH) being the single most important risk factor for suicide, characterizing the incidence and repetition of DSH in this population is essential. Aims: To investigate the incidence and repetition of DSH in three remote Indigenous communities in Far North Queensland, Australia. Method: DSH presentation data at a primary health-care center in each community were analyzed over a 6-year period from January 1, 2006 to December 31, 2011. Results: A DSH presentation rate of 1,638 per 100,000 population was found within the communities. Rates were higher in age groups 15–24 and 25–34, varied between communities, and were not significantly different between genders; 60% of DSH repetitions occurred within 6 months of an earlier episode. Of the 227 DSH presentations, 32% involved hanging. Limitations: This study was based on a subset of a larger dataset not specifically designed for DSH data collection and assesses the subset of the communities that presented to the primary health-care centers. Conclusion: A dedicated DSH monitoring study is required to provide a better understanding of DSH in these communities and to inform early intervention strategies.
