One of the major issues in agricultural machinery aids program from the central government is the difficulty to access information regarding distribution of the machines. Therefore, it is important to design and develop an application that provides the information about location of the four wheels and two wheels tractors distributed by the local, provincial, and central government in Maros Regency. The aim of this study was to develop a Geographical Information System that can be used to locate and map the agricultural machinery distribution. So far the data collection process is still done manually. This system need to be replaced with a system that makes it easier and efficient to map the distribution of hand tractors and four-wheel tractors. The tools used in developing the GIS application were Android Studio software and Google Maps API. The system developed can be easily maintained and data can be updated in real-time by an administrator and accessed by anyone through a login procedure.

The problem in this study is there is no geographic information system for mapping senior high schools so that there is a misunderstanding inlocation delivery at aqual Senior high schools (SMA) in Lubuklinggau. This research uses data collection methods, by making observations at the research site, conducting question and answer directly to the source, and documentation by reading literature books. The results of the study show that the program on the geographic information system mapping on Android based equivalents on Android at Lubuklinggau the geographical information system is expected to be a solution for the community in finding the location of Senior High Schools in Lubuklinggau. This application was created using the C I framework and also the ionic framework supported by api Google Maps.

Working with contemporary, monolithic desktop Geographical Information Systems can be laborious and confusing, especially for non-experts. An alternative for a more user friendly approach to spatial data edition and spatial analysis may be an “app-based” web application that is offering single tasks for the user—“micro applications”. In this paper, a method for determining such “micro applications” based on user stories is presented and applied to a specific use case—the case is centered around an Austrian Governmental Institution that digitizes and edits infrastructure data. The results of this process are implemented in an app-based web application. To measure the impacts of the app-based approach, we evaluate the user experience of the app-based approach in comparison to a desktop Geographical Information System offering the same functionality. For the measurement of the user experience, we used a focus group. The group had to accomplish tasks with the desktop Geographical Information System and with the app-based web application. To measure their user experience, we employed the tool AttrakDiff. The app-based web application achieves significantly better results in terms of user experience. This result is confirmed in a discussion panel carried out afterwards. Test persons responded that positive aspects of the app-based web application were the easy and intuitive handling and reduced user interface that helps the users to focus on their tasks without any distraction.

Abstract - There are many ways that the government can do to improve the level of education and skills of the community, for example by giving permission to establish a LKP (Lembaga Keterampilan Pelatihan) and a place for Tutoring (Bimbel). In Asahan District, there are several LKP and Bimbel locations that already have licenses from the Asahan District Education Office. However, data and information about the location of the LKP and the Bimbel are still manual. Along with the development of technology, the name of the Geographical Information System appears that can store data and show information about the location of a place. For this reason, mapping of LKP and Bimbel locations in Kab. Asahan is based on webgis in order to be able to assist in data collection and provide information to the community regarding LKP and Bimbel locations in Asahan. Abstract – Banyak cara yang bisa dilakukan pemerintah untuk bisa meningkatkan taraf pendidikan dan keterampilan masyarakat, contohnya adalah dengan memberikan izin untuk pendirian LKP (Lembaga Keterampilan Pelatihan) dan tempat untuk Bimbingan Belajar (bimbel). Di Kabupaten Asahan, terdapat beberapa LKP dan tempat Bimbel yang sudah mempunyai izin dari Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Asahan. Namun, data dan informasi mengenai lokasi LKP dan Bimbelnya masih bersifat manual. Seiring dengan perkembanagan teknologi, munculah yang namanya Sistem Informasi Geografi yang bisa menyimpan data dan menunjukan informasi mengenai lokasi suatu tempat. Untuk itu dibuatlah pemetaan lokasi LKP dan Bimbel di Kab. Asahan berbasis webgis agar dapat membantu pendataan dan memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat terkait lokasi LKP dan Bimbel yang ada di Kab, Asahan.

Abstract: Geographical information system (GIS) is a tool with computer and android systems used to map conditions and events that occur on earth. With the current mapping system's capabilities, it can be used by the community. There are still few people who know the hospitals around them, especially with people outside the district. They have to ask the local community to find out the location of the hospital. With a system designed to provide convenience through determining the hospital location points that are available on the system. The data collection process and methods using the waterfall method. Testing this geographic information system with BlackBox. Someone searches Al-Aziz hospital data by selecting the al-Aziz hospital symbol contained in the system. A detailed menu will appear on the symbol so that it provides information about the hospital address, the schedule for opening and closing of the clinic, the name of the doctor, receiving PBJS health patient services, and the doctor's practice schedule at Al-Aziz Hospital. Dengan kemampuan sistem pemetaan yang ada saat ini dapat dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat. Masih sedikit masyarakat yang mengetahui rumah sakit di sekitar mereka, terutama yang berada di luar kabupaten. Mereka harus meminta masyarakat sekitar untuk mengetahui lokasi rumah sakit tersebut. Dengan sistem yang dirancang untuk memberikan kemudahan melalui penentuan titik lokasi rumah sakit yang tersedia dalam sistem. Proses dan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode waterfall. Uji sistem informasi geografis ini dengan BlackBox. Seseorang mencari data rumah sakit Al-Aziz dengan memilih simbol rumah sakit al-Aziz yang terdapat dalam sistem. Pada simbol ini akan muncul menu detil sehingga memberikan informasi mengenai alamat rumah sakit, jadwal buka tutup klinik, nama dokter, penerimaan pelayanan pasien kesehatan PBJS, dan jadwal praktek dokter di RS Al-Aziz. Kata kunci: Blackbox Testing; Lokasi; Rumah sakit; Waterfall; Webgis

The process of representing the distribution of larva free numbers in the district of Kediri which is not visible makes the monitoring process for larva free rates per region less effective and efficient. Therefore, a geographic information system is needed to describe the distribution of larva free numbers in the Kediri Regency area. The design and development of this information system is carried out using two methods, one of which is the data collection method by conducting interviews with one of the staff in the Kediri district Health Office, observing and looking for references related to research.The existence of a Geographical Information System for the Distribution of Larva Free Numbers, helps the Kediri District Health Office in terms of recapitulating data and monitoring the risk of the distribution of larva numbers in the Kediri Regency area. The Geographical Information System for the Distribution of Larva Free Numbers in Kediri Regency was successfully designed and built and can display the distribution of larva free numbers in the form of markers on a map. The Geographical Information System for the Distribution of Larva Free Numbers in Kediri Regency uses PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MySQL, and the laravel framework.

Pendataan yang bersifat manual menjadikan permasalahan pada proses dilakukannya pendataan, hal ini juga terjadi pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Pasuruan dimana pendataan masih bersifat manual dengan keterbatasan jumlah Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang ditugaskan untuk melakukan pendataan, oleh karena itu pada kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan pelatihan sistem informasi untuk meningkatkan waktu pendataan dan mengurangi kompleksitas dalam proses pendataan pada pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Pasuruan. Pelatihan sistem informasi yang dimaksud adalah sistem informasi pendataan berbasis masyarakat, yang berisikan data dasar yang diperlukan oleh Pemerintah Daerah dalam rangka penyusunan rencana pembangunan. Data informasi tidak akan memberikan manfaat jika tidak dijadikan sebagai bahan acuan dalam penyusunan rencana pembangunan sehingga pelatihan dan pendampingan perlu dilakukan untuk tercapainya tujuan.Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi, Berbasis Masyarakat, PendataanABSTRACT Manual data collection causes problems in the data collection process, this also occurs in the Pasuruan City Education and Culture Office where data collection is still manual with a limited number of Human Resources (HR) assigned to collect data, therefore this service activity is carried out information system training to increase data collection time and reduce complexity in the data collection process for employees at the Pasuruan City Education and Culture Office. The information system training referred to is a community-based data collection information system, which contains basic data required by the Regional Government in the framework of formulating development plans. Information data will not provide benefits if it is not used as a reference in the preparation of development plans so that training and assistance are needed to achieve the goals.Keywords : Information System, Community Based, Data Collection
