In 2019, Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Nasional (Bappenas) awarded Central Java as the province with the best Perencanaan dan Pembangunan Daerah (PPD). However, if it is reviewed at the district/city level, it shows that there are still many areas that have low development achievements. In accordance with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) proposal, the Human Development Index (HDI) is used as an indicator of the achievement of district/city development whose calculations are good enough to describe development from both a social and economic perspective. The large difference in HDI between districts/cities in Central Java and the distribution of development achievements are still centered around the provincial capital, namely Semarang City, this indicates the occurrence of inequality in development achievements at the district/city level in Central Java. Because the observations in this study are districts/cities in Central Java, the linkage between district/city causes spatial autocorrelation. Therefore, spatial regression model is used to determine the model that has spatial autocorrelation. This study aims to determine the achievements of development and its determinants in the districts/cities of Central Java in 2019 using the spatial regression analysis method. From the results of the study, it is known that there is a dependence on development achievements between districts/cities in Central Java which is influenced by the regional capacity factor is characterized by PAD and economic growth; operational resource factors characterized by DAU, DAK and technology; and the level of poverty.

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is one of the diseases that threaten human health. The cases of dengue fever in the district / city certainly has different characteristics, geographic condition, the potential of the region, health facilities, as well as other matters that lie behind them. Based on local moran index values are visualized through thematic maps, some area adjacent quadrant tends to be in the same group. There are two significant quadrant in describing the pattern of spread of dengue cases namely quadrant high-high and lowlow. This indicates a spatial effect on the number of dengue cases, so that the spatial regression analysis. Based on the value of  and AIC, autoregressive spatial models (SAR) is good enough to be used in modeling the number of dengue cases in the province of Central Java. Factors that influence the number of dengue cases Central Java province in 2015 is the number of health centers per 1000 population, the number of polindes per 1000 population, population density (X3), percentage of people with access to drinking water sustainable decent (X6), the percentage of water quality net free of bacteria, fungi and chemicals (X7), and the number of facilities protected springs (X8).

The purpose of this paper is to identify the (spatial) relationships between the standards of living of the population and the financial capacity of municipalities, with particular focus on rural areas, based on 2017 data. The survey covered all of the 226 municipalities of the Wielkopolskie voivodship. As a result of the multidimensionality of economic categories covered by the analysis, this study used the TOPSIS method to assess the standards of living of the population and the financial capacity of municipalities. An analysis of spatial autocorrelation between the synthetic indicators was carried out based on Moran’s I statistics (local and global) to identify the clusters of municipalities reporting a similar level of aspects covered by this study. A spatial regression analysis was carried out to assess the strength of spatial relationships between the synthetic indicators of the standards of living and the financial capacity of municipalities. A strong correlation exists between the synthetic indicators. Moreover, both the indicator of the standards of living in the municipalities considered and the indicator of the municipalities’ financial capacity demonstrate a statistically significant spatial autocorrelation. The spatial autocorrelation model developed in this study takes account of the mean error in neighbouring locations to better explain the dependencies between these aspects than a traditional least-squares model.

The purpose of this study was to analize the impacts of service quality and customer value on the satisfaction of customers. Questionnaires are used to collect data from Boks Café customer in Bumiayu, Kabupaten Brebes, Central java by using scale of Likert. In this study, accident sampling method was used and data analysis method was simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that service quality and customer value positively and significant influenced the satisfaction of customers. The conclution of this study is that customer value was dominant than service quality in influencing the satisfaction of customers

AbstractThe study of children's images as delineated in constitutional documents highlights the historical transitions that have occurred within and among countries, as manifested in the Convention of the Rights of the Child. As such, content analysis was administered to examine constitutional and amendment documents of 179 nation-states listed and recognized by the United Nations Development Programme in the Human Developmental Index. This analysis produced quantitative and qualitative data in which it described the ranking of each country and it's postulation toward children's protection, provision and participation as outlined by CRC. The findings provide greater understanding of the nation-state posture towards children as active rights bearers.

To prevent conflict and move away from fragility towards resilient societies, states increasingly adopt systematic efforts and institutionalised mechanisms to build the necessary capacities to manage conflict and promote peace. One such approach, ‘infrastructures for peace’, offers an inclusive and respectful response. This reflective essay describes the central features of infrastructures for peace and examines how they strengthen resilience within societies. It provides examples of such structures that are being supported by the United Nations Development Programme and its national partners, and examines how they have contributed to national governance and transformed conflict situations.

The Heritage Palace is located in Surakarta City of Central Java which formerly was the sugar factory that is currently used as a tourist attraction. However, this place has the problem of lacking its informative and interactive signage, less by the branding of the tourist spots, and less proper in material selection. The data collection used were the literature study, observation, interviews and questionnaires, using comparison matrix as data analysis method. The concept of the design takes the modern and old heritage concept using a font that matches the clear language and adds pictogram. The purpose of this design is to provide informative and interactive information using signage ang interactive media that is useful to help visitors get information when they visit the tourist site
