<em>This classroom action research was aimed to increase learning activity, improve student’s cooperation in learning and self-confidence in students. The object of this research are students class IV SD Negeri Pajang II No.171 Surakarta Academic Year 2017/2018 by applying the model of Predict Observe Explain (POE) in science learning. This research was conducted of three cycles and each cycle consists of four stages of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques are using tests, observations, interviews and documentation. Data validity technique are using content validity and triangulation of technique. Data analysis technique is interactive analysis model which consists of four components, namely data provision, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The result of the research shows that model Predict Observe Explain (POE) can improve learning activities on student class IV of SD Negeri Pajang II No.171 Surakarta in academic year 2017/2018.</em>

<table width="526" border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0"><tbody><tr><td valign="top" width="358"><p>This reseach is a Classroom Action Research that purpose to improve the experimenting skill by using <em>Guided Inquiry</em> learning model in grade V studens of Elementary School of academic year 2017/2018. This research conducted in three cycles. Each cycles consist of 2 meeting and includes four component: preparation, action, observation and reflection. Data analysis technique used data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclution. Data collecting technique used observation, interviews, and documentation. Data validity technique used triangulation source and triangulation technique. Based on the result of the research, it can know that <em>Guided Inquiry</em> model has improved of average score of student’s experimenting skill in cycle I, cycle II and cycle III. In the Precycle average score 41,3 (0%). After used <em>Guided Inquiry</em> model at the meeting 2 of first cycle the average increased to 48,1 (0%). In the meeting 2 of second cycle the average increased to 58,0 (8,33%), In the meeting 2 of third cycle the average increased to 79,5 (83,33%). Based on this research, it can be concluded that the application of <em>Guided Inquiry</em> model can improve the skill of experimenting.</p></td></tr></tbody></table>

<p>The background of this study is the lack of students activity in the conventional learning on desktopbased<br />visual programming subjects. As a result, many students do not understand the material provided by the<br />teacher. The purpose of this study is to determine the enhancement in the learning activity of student by<br />utilizing props inventory application program for students of SMK Negeri 5 Surakarta.<br />The research was conducted by using class action research with 2 cycles. The subject of study taken is<br />the class XI RPL A in SMK Negeri 5 Surakarta. The research object is the quality of the learning process, ie the<br />activity of learning. The experiment was conducted on 2nd semester academic year 2013/2014. The data<br />collection techniques used were observation and interviews. The Data analysis technique using the qualitative<br />analysis refers to the analysis model Miles and Huberman.<br />Based on the result of the research , we can conclude that an increase in the learning activity of precycle<br />student learning is 34,43%, in cycle 1 is 71,65%, and increased to 77,04% in cycle 2. It is proved that the<br />props inventory application program helps students to increase the learning activity on a desktop-based visual<br />programming subject .</p>

This study was aimed to find out how much the increase in student learning activities and creativity after the discovery learning model was applied to remote sensing subjects in geography class X IPS 1 SMA Negeri 1 Sakra Timur. This research is a type of classroom action research, with the learning method applied is the method of discussion, question and answer and literature review. The research subjects were students of class X IPS 1 SMA Negeri 1 Sakra Timur in the academic year 2020/2021, totaling 30 students. This research activity was carried out in two cycles, each cycle consisting of stages of planning, action, observation, and reflection, which aims to improve the quality of learning. The data collection tool uses learning activity observation sheets, learning creativity observation sheets and learning outcomes tests in the form of description questions. Data from the results of formative test observations in each cycle became the basis or material for improvement for the next cycle. The results showed that: there was an increase in student learning activities and creativity as seen from the increase in student learning outcomes in each cycle after using the discovery learning model in learning geography for remote sensing material for class X IPS 1 SMA Negeri 1 Sakra Timur in the academic year 2020/2021. Keywords: learning activities, learning creativity, discovery learning ABSTRAK Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar peningkatan aktivitas belajar dan krestivitas belajar siswa setelah diterapkan model discovery learning pada mata pelajaran geografi materi penginderaan jauh kelas X IPS 1 SMA Negeri 1 Sakra Timur. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas, dengan metode pembelajaran yang diterapkan adalah metode diskusi, tanya jawab dan kajian pustaka. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas X IPS 1 SMA Negeri 1 Sakra Timur tahun pelajaran 2020/2021 yang berjumlah sebanyak 30 orang siswa. Kegiatan penelitian ini dilaksanakan sebanya dua siklus, tiap siklus terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi, yang bertujuan untuk mmperbaiki kualitas pembelajaran. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar pengamatan aktivitas belajar, lembar pengamatan kreativitas belajar dan test hasil belajar yang berupa soal-soal uraian. Data dari hasil observasi test formatif disetiap siklus menjadi dasar atau bahan perbaikan untuk siklus berikutnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : terdapat peningkatan aktivitas belajar dan kreativitas belajar siswa yang terlihat dari peningkatan hasil belajar siswa disetiap siklus setelah menggunakan model discovery learning pada pembelajaran geografi materi penginderaan jauh kelas X IPS 1 SMA Negeri 1 Sakra Timur tahun pelajaran 2020/2021. <p><em>The purpose of this research is to improve problem solving skill of plane geometry by applying Auditory Intellectually and Repetition (AIR) learning model bases Flashcard </em><em>in the fifth grade students of State Elementary School Mangkubumen Kulon No.83 in academic year 2017/2018. This form of research is a Classroom Action Research and it was conducted three cycles. Each cycle consists of four steps there are planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques are using tests, observations, interviews and documentation. Data validity tests are using content validity and triangulation. Data analysis technique used is the interactive model. The result of the assessment of study activity and teacher performance appraisal also increase. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that through the application of Auditory Intellectually and Repetition (AIR) learning model bases Flashcard can improve improve problem solving skill of plane geometry for V grade students of SD N Surakarta in the academic year 2017/2018.</em><em></em></p>

This study aims to increase the self-confident attitude of grade III students of SD Negeri Grindang by applying the PBL learning model. This study is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) using the Kemmis and McTaggart model which includes the empanas of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The study included two cycle. Subject and subject data in this study were students of class III SD Negeri Grindang. This research uses collection and teaching techniques through observation, questionnaires and documentation. The data validity used source triangulation and data method triangulation. The data analysis technique used is an interactive analysis model. In pre-cycle, resulting in a percentage of 28,5% reaches the passing grade. The first cycle resulting in a percentage of 42,85% reaches the passing grade in classical terms, the second cycle resulting a percentage of 85% reaches the passing grade in classical terms. The conclusion in this study is the PBL learning model which can increase self-confidence in grade III students of SD Negeri Grindang for the 2020/2021 academic year.

The background of this research is the lack of fifth students’ learning activities and critical thinking skills of science learning. This study aims to discuss and obtain data about the improvement of students’ learning activities and critical thinking skills in science learning with a problem-based learning (PBL) approach in grade 4 in a public elementary school in Suliki District. This type of research is classroom action research consisting of four stages, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. This research consists of two cycles and the subjects in this study were 21 fifth grade students, consisting of 11 boys and 10 girls in 2016/2017 academic year. Data collection techniques used were observation sheets and tests. The data were analyzed using percentages and data reduction. The results showed that the implementation of problem-based learning (PBL) approach increased students’ learning activities and critical thinking skills in science learning which was marked by an increase of an average student's critical thinking ability from 69 in cycle I to 81 in cycle II.

Learning is the process of delivering information from teachers to students. One of the elements contained in the learning process is the media. Learning media is needed by the teacher to support all learning activities. Along with the development of information technology, there are many created Internet-based learning media one of them is Edmodo. Edmodo required by students to be active in teaching and learning activities both in the classroom and outside the classroom. SMK Negeri 1 Jember is one of many schools that have been familiar with internet based learning but have not used Edmodo media yet. This study aims to improve the activity and learning outcomes of students of X Marketing class in SMK Negeri 1 Jember in Marketing Business Management subjects through Edmodo learning media. This study is a classroom action research. The research was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Jember academic year 2016/2017 with research subject of class X of PM 3 amounted to 39 students and object of research on Marketing Business Management subject. Data collection using observation method, interview, test and documentation. This research was conducted by using 2 cycles consisting of planning, giving action, observation and reflection. Data analysis techniques used in this study is the data analysis of learning activities through observation and analysis of learning results through the test. The results showed that the increase of learning activity from the initial condition of 44% to 60,7% in cycle 1 and increased to 92,5% in cycle 2. Improved learning outcomes can also be seen from the average score of students is 66,7 on The initial conditions increased to 72,37 in cycle 1 and 80,10 in cycle 2. The conclusion that the use of Edmodo learning media was able to increase the activity and learning outcomes of students of class X of PM 3 on the subjects of Marketing Management.

This study aimed to improve the activity and learning outcome of the eighth grade students of Al-Ulum Islamic school Medan through the TAPPS learning strategy based on STEM education. The research method was a  classroom action research as much as two cycles. Each cycle consisted of 4 stages: planning, action, observation, and reflection. The data analysis technique was a descriptive analysis model. Data collection methods were observation and tests. The results showed that the implementation of using the STEM-based TAPPS learning strategy could improve learning activity  of the eighth grade student of Al-Ulum Islamic school Medan on the subject of geometry flat side (Bangun Ruang Sisi Datar). This was shown by the percentage of group activity of students in the cycle  I was 50.71% or in a good category, the percentage of student group activity in the cycle II was 85.04% or in an excellent category. Thus, the enhancement of  students' learning activity  using the TAPPS learning strategy based on STEM education could  also improve students' learning outcome. This was shown by the percentage of learning mastery in the cycle I was 65,6255% or in the criteria of learning mastery was achieved but it was still classified as low and the percentage of learning mastery, in the cycle II was 90,625% or in the criteria of leaening mastery was achieved. The conclusion of this study is the use of TAPPS-based STEM education learning strategy can improve the activity and learning outcome of students. The current study aims to describe the effectiveness of CTL approach (REACT) to improve students' self confidence in mathematics. It is a classroom action research (PTK). The subjects of the study were students of grade VIII MTs Nurul Ihsan Sukarara in the academic year 2017/2018 consisting of 29 students. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The findings show that students' confidence in mathematics in the first cycle reached 10.3% for high category, 55.2% for moderate, and 34.5% for low category. Meanwhile, in the second cycle students' self-confidence score on mathematics reached 6.9% for very high category, 72.41% for high category, and 20.69% for moderate. This study indicates that there is an increase of students' self confidence in mathematics due to CTL approach (REACT).

The goal of this investigation to implement a problem-based learning model as an effort to improve student learning activities and outcomes. This model of research is a classroom action research divided into two cycles. The study conducted at High School 1 Piyungan class X MIPA 1 totaling 35 students consisting of 15 male and 20 female, the topic used the momentum and impulse of semester 2. The research instrument is observation sheet, achievement test, and questionnaire. The results of the analysis learning model with problem-based learning can increase the activity of studying physics class X MIPA1. Improved physics learning activities of class X MIPA 1 students at High School 1 Piyungan with problem-based learning for the academic year 2018/2019 from the first cycle at the first meeting and the second meeting increased from 84.75% to 91.11% which was 6.36In the second cycle there was an increase from 85.28% to 91.85%, an increase of 6, 57%.
