The emphasis on analysis of various research schemes of non – intrusive software based face spoofing detection is now a days gaining reputation in image and video processing tools. The analysis on luminance(Y)data of the various face images which provides the discrimination of forged faces from genuine faces by removing the chroma component. Here the work provides an innovative approach that perceives spoofed face using texture analysis (colour)by exploiting combined colour texture information from various channels such as luminance and chrominance. This helps to exploit joint information by removing degraded feature metaphors from dissimilar colour models.Precisely the featured histograms are figured over all images that obtained from the YCrCb colour model band distinctly. The concatenation of testing and training by using Neural Network for classification of spoofed images by the concept of blending of images gives the best possible outcomes. Wide-ranging researches on face data bases is most interesting target datasets paves the way for best processing face spoofing results than state of art. The proposed method gives stable performance when compared with the most unlike methods that conferred in the literature survey. The promising outcomes of evaluation suggests that facial colour texture depiction is added steady strange conditions associated to gray-scale complements. The favourableoutcomeswereattained using these CNN(Convolution Neural Network)designs for face antispoofing in diversesituations.

The inheritance and innovation of ancient architecture decoration art is an important way for the development of the construction industry. The data process of traditional ancient architecture decoration art is relatively backward, which leads to the obvious distortion of the digitalization of ancient architecture decoration art. In order to improve the digital effect of ancient architecture decoration art, based on neural network, this paper combines the image features to construct a neural network-based ancient architecture decoration art data system model, and graphically expresses the static construction mode and dynamic construction process of the architecture group. Based on this, three-dimensional model reconstruction and scene simulation experiments of architecture groups are realized. In order to verify the performance effect of the system proposed in this paper, it is verified through simulation and performance testing, and data visualization is performed through statistical methods. The result of the study shows that the digitalization effect of the ancient architecture decoration art proposed in this paper is good.

Health care for independently living elders is more important than ever. Automatic recognition of their Activities of Daily Living (ADL) is the first step to solving the health care issues faced by seniors in an efficient way. The paper describes a Deep Neural Network (DNN)-based recognition system aimed at facilitating smart care, which combines ADL recognition, image/video processing, movement calculation, and DNN. An algorithm is developed for processing skeletal data, filtering noise, and pattern recognition for identification of the 10 most common ADL including standing, bending, squatting, sitting, eating, hand holding, hand raising, sitting plus drinking, standing plus drinking, and falling. The evaluation results show that this DNN-based system is suitable method for dealing with ADL recognition with an accuracy rate of over 95%. The findings support the feasibility of this system that is efficient enough for both practical and academic applications.

Papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC) is a common carcinoma in thyroid. As many benign thyroid nodules have the papillary structure which could easily be confused with PTC in morphology. Thus, pathologists have to take a lot of time on differential diagnosis of PTC besides personal diagnostic experience and there is no doubt that it is subjective and difficult to obtain consistency among observers. To address this issue, we applied deep learning to the differential diagnosis of PTC and proposed a histological image classification method for PTC based on the Inception Residual convolutional neural network (IRCNN) and support vector machine (SVM). First, in order to expand the dataset and solve the problem of histological image color inconsistency, a pre-processing module was constructed that included color transfer and mirror transform. Then, to alleviate overfitting of the deep learning model, we optimized the convolution neural network by combining Inception Network and Residual Network to extract image features. Finally, the SVM was trained via image features extracted by IRCNN to perform the classification task. Experimental results show effectiveness of the proposed method in the classification of PTC histological images.

AbstractMathematical morphology is a powerful tool for image processing tasks. The main difficulty in designing mathematical morphological algorithm is deciding the order of operators/filters and the corresponding structuring elements (SEs). In this work, we develop morphological network composed of alternate sequences of dilation and erosion layers, which depending on learned SEs, may form opening or closing layers. These layers in the right order along with linear combination (of their outputs) are useful in extracting image features and processing them. Structuring elements in the network are learned by back-propagation method guided by minimization of the loss function. Efficacy of the proposed network is established by applying it to two interesting image restoration problems, namely de-raining and de-hazing. Results are comparable to that of many state-of-the-art algorithms for most of the images. It is also worth mentioning that the number of network parameters to handle is much less than that of popular convolutional neural network for similar tasks. Owing to the increased use of urban rail transit, the flow of passengers on metro platforms tends to increase sharply during peak periods. Monitoring passenger flow in such areas is important for security-related reasons. In this paper, in order to solve the problem of metro platform passenger flow detection, we propose a CNN (convolutional neural network)-based network called the MP (metro platform)-CNN to accurately count people on metro platforms. The proposed method is composed of three major components: a group of convolutional neural networks is used on the front end to extract image features, a multiscale feature extraction module is used to enhance multiscale features, and transposed convolution is used for upsampling to generate a high-quality density map. Currently, existing crowd-counting datasets do not adequately cover all of the challenging situations considered in this study. Therefore, we collected images from surveillance videos of a metro platform to form a dataset containing 627 images, with 9243 annotated heads. The results of the extensive experiments showed that our method performed well on the self-built dataset and the estimation error was minimum. Moreover, the proposed method could compete with other methods on four standard crowd-counting datasets.

Purpose The DRG-ÖRG IRP (Deutsche Röntgengesellschaft-Österreichische Röntgengesellschaft international radiomics platform) represents a web-/cloud-based radiomics platform based on a public-private partnership. It offers the possibility of data sharing, annotation, validation and certification in the field of artificial intelligence, radiomics analysis, and integrated diagnostics. In a first proof-of-concept study, automated myocardial segmentation and automated myocardial late gadolinum enhancement (LGE) detection using radiomic image features will be evaluated for myocarditis data sets. Materials and Methods The DRG-ÖRP IRP can be used to create quality-assured, structured image data in combination with clinical data and subsequent integrated data analysis and is characterized by the following performance criteria: Possibility of using multicentric networked data, automatically calculated quality parameters, processing of annotation tasks, contour recognition using conventional and artificial intelligence methods and the possibility of targeted integration of algorithms. In a first study, a neural network pre-trained using cardiac CINE data sets was evaluated for segmentation of PSIR data sets. In a second step, radiomic features were applied for segmental detection of LGE of the same data sets, which were provided multicenter via the IRP. Results First results show the advantages (data transparency, reliability, broad involvement of all members, continuous evolution as well as validation and certification) of this platform-based approach. In the proof-of-concept study, the neural network demonstrated a Dice coefficient of 0.813 compared to the expert's segmentation of the myocardium. In the segment-based myocardial LGE detection, the AUC was 0.73 and 0.79 after exclusion of segments with uncertain annotation. The evaluation and provision of the data takes place at the IRP, taking into account the FAT (fairness, accountability, transparency) and FAIR (findable, accessible, interoperable, reusable) criteria. Conclusion It could be shown that the DRG-ÖRP IRP can be used as a crystallization point for the generation of further individual and joint projects. The execution of quantitative analyses with artificial intelligence methods is greatly facilitated by the platform approach of the DRG-ÖRP IRP, since pre-trained neural networks can be integrated and scientific groups can be networked. In a first proof-of-concept study on automated segmentation of the myocardium and automated myocardial LGE detection, these advantages were successfully applied. Our study shows that with the DRG-ÖRP IRP, strategic goals can be implemented in an interdisciplinary way, that concrete proof-of-concept examples can be demonstrated, and that a large number of individual and joint projects can be realized in a participatory way involving all groups.
