The objective of the research is find out the effet of workload and burnout on the teacher’s intention turnover.the research was conducted at Buddhist junior high school in Jakarta.  The research  was using a survey method with path analysis applied in the hypothesis and 92 sample selected by simple random sampling. The research techniques is analysis with quantitative research approaches by using causal analysis. The finding of the research are: 1) there is a positive direct effect of workload on turnover intention; 2) there is a positive direct effect of burnout on turnover intention; 3) there is a positive direct effect of workload on burnout.

The objective of the research is to find out the effect of personality and teamwork on instructor’s job performance. This research was conducted at Teaching Hospital in East Jakarta. This research was using a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis and 67 samples selected by simple random sampling. The research technique is analysis with quantitative research approaches by using causal analysis. The finding of the research are: (1) there is a positive direct effect of personality on job performance; (2)  ) there is a positive direct effect of teamwork on job performance; (3) ) there is a positive direct effect of personality on teamwork.

The objective of the research is to find out the effect of reward and job involvement on teacher’s task commitment. The research was conducted at elementary school in Kecamatan Menteng. The research was using a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis and 67 sample selected by simple random sampling. The objective of the research is find out the effect of self efficacy and job satisfaction on the teacher’s employee engagement. The research was conducted at Vocational High School in North Jakarta.  The research  was using a survey method with path analysis applied in the hypothesis and 98 sample selected by simple random sampling. The research techniques is analysis with quantitative research approaches by using causal analysis. The finding of the research are: 1) there is a positive direct effect of self efficacy on employee engagement; 2) there is a positive direct effect of job satisfaction on employee engagement; 3) there is a positive direct effect of self efficacy on job satisfaction.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan efikasi diri terhadap kepuasan kerja guru di SMP Yayasan Budi Mulia Lourdes Jakarta. Metodologi penelitian adalah survei yang dipilih dengan teknik simple random sampling. Analisis dan interpretasi data menunjukkan bahwa (1) kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja, (2) efikasi diri berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, (3) kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif langsung terhadap efikasi diri.KATA KUNCI: efikasi diri, kepemimpinan transformasional, kepuasan kerja.  THE EFFECT OF TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP AND SELF EFFICACY OF THE JOB SATISFACTION TEACHERABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to determine the effect of transformational leadership and self efficacy of the job satisfaction teacher in Junior High School of Budi Mulia Lourdes Jakarta.The research methodology was survey which was selected by simple random sampling technique. This study aims to prove the relationship between leadership and teacher motivation on performance. . This study uses a survey method with a quantitative approach that explains causal relationships or correlations commonly called path analysis. The survey was conducted from February to May 2019 involving 124 Ambon State Vocational School teachers. The sample in this study used the Slovin formula with an instrument trial of 60 teachers. The sampling technique is determined randomly or simple random sampling. The findings of the research results are as follows (1) The influence of leadership style has a positive direct effect on teacher performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.262 and a path coefficient of 0.233. A good leadership style will have a positive influence on improving teacher performance. (2) Work motivation has a positive direct effect on teacher performance, the correlation coefficient value is 0.179 and the path coefficient value is 0.124. This means that the higher the work motivation that a teacher has will improve his performance. (3) The influence of leadership style has a direct positive effect on work motivation with a correlation value of 0.233 and a path coefficient value of 0.233. This means that a principal's leadership style that is positively constructive will have an impact on increasing the motivation of the work of the teachers. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan hubungan antara kepemimpinan dan motivasi guru terhadap kinerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang menjelaskan hubungan atau korelasional kausal yang biasa disebut analisis jalur. Survey dilakukan sejak Februari sampai Mei 2019 dengan melibatkan 124 orang guru SMK Negeri Ambon. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan uji coba instrument sebanyak 60 guru. Teknik pengambilan sampel ditentukan secara acak atau simple random sampling. Temuan dari hasil penelitan sebagai berikut (1) Pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,262 dan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,233. Gaya kepemimpinan yang baik akan memberi pengaruh yang positif terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru. (2) Motivasi kerja pengaruh langsung positif terhadap kinerja guru, nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,179 dan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,124. Hal ini berarti semakin tingginya motivasi kerja yang dimiliki seorang guru akan meningkatkan kinerja. (3) Pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap motivasi kerja dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,233 dan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,233. Hal ini memberi arti bahwa gaya kepemimpinan seorang kepala sekolah yang positif membangun akan memberi dampak kepada peningkatan motivasi kerja para guru.

The purpose of this research is  to  determine the influence of managerial ability and creativity on headmaster’s decision making in Junior High School of Counties and Tangerang City.The research used survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. Technique of data collecting is using instrument from questionnaire. The number of 60 headmaster’s sample was selected by simple random sampling.The result of this research indicated that: 1) there is a direct positive effect of managerial ability to headmaster’s decision making, 2) there is a direct positive effect of creativity to headmaster’s decision making and 3) there is a direct positive effect of managerial ability to creativity.    Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan manajerial dan kreatifitas terhadap pengambilan keputusan kepala sekolah di SMP Negeri dan Kota Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan analisis jalur yang diterapkan dalam pengujian hipotesis. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen dari kuesioner. Jumlah sampel 60 kepala sekolah dipilih dengan simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) ada pengaruh positif langsung dari kemampuan manajerial terhadap pengambilan keputusan kepala sekolah, 2) ada pengaruh positif langsung kreatifitas terhadap keputusan kepala sekolah. membuat dan 3) ada efek positif langsung dari kemampuan manajerial terhadap kreatifitas Kata Kunci: Pengambilan Keputusan, Kemampuan Manajerial dan Kreatifitas

The objective of this research is to obtain information concerning to the effect of communication and trust toward the effectiveness of teacher’s teamwork. Data collection done toward 80 from 100 teachers of teacher’s teamwork Dewi Sartika in the district Koja, North Jakarta. The methodologhy of this research used the survey method. Respondents were chosen by simple random sampling technique. The data were collected with questionnaire and analyzed with path analysis. Result of this analysis is concluded that (1) there is the postive direct effect of communication toward team effectiveness, (2) there is positive direct effect of trust toward team effectiveness, and (3) there is positive direct effect of communication toward trust.

This study provides information on the effect of empowerment and trust in the responsibility of the principal at SDN Pulogadung, East Jakarta. The method used in this research is the survey method using a quantitative approach, and explain the causal relationship with path analysis. Data were collected by questionnaire. The target population of this study amounted to 92 principals of all Heads of State Primary School in District of Pulogadung in East Jakarta. In this study a sample set of 75 people, using simple random sampling. Results from this study indicate that: (1) there is a positive direct effect of the empowerment to responsibility, (2) there is a positive direct effect of trust to the responsibility, and (3) there is a positive direct effect of trust to empowerment.

The research objectives was to study the effect of power, the propensity for risk, and innovation systems to the decision making of the principals of senior high school accredited “A” DKI Jakarta. The research method used quantitative approach with survey method. The samples research were 148 principals of senior high school as respondents who were selected through simple random sampling. Process for the research result has been used path analysis. The result of the research can be concluded (1) there was a positive direct effect of power to decision making, (2) there was a positive direct effect of propensity for risk to decision making, (3) there was a positive direct effect of the innovation systems to decision making, (4) there was a positive direct effect of the power to the innovation systems and (5) there was a positive direct effect of risk propensity to innovation systems. Therefore, variations in the principal's decision making is influenced by variations of power, the propensity for risk, and innovation systems.

This research aims to understand the effect of trust and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior. It was quantitative research in twenty-two senior high schools in Medan city, Sumatera Utara, Indonesia. The research used a survey method with path analysis applied in the testing hypothesis. It was conducted on 292 teachers as the respondents who were selected in a simple random way. The results of this study are: (1) There is a positive direct effect of trust on organizational citizenship behavior. (2) There is a positive direct effect of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior, and (3) There is a positive direct effect of trust on job satisfaction.
