This research aims to develop an early childhood character education assessment model. The research method used is the R & D model developed by Borg & Gall. The implementation of this model development was carried out in 6 stages, namely information gathering, planning, model development, initial product testing, product revision, and main field test. The instrument had developed by the procedure and criteria for item validity and instrument reliability. The first phase of the trial was conducted in Taman Indria Kindergarten, Pare District. The second phase of the trial was conducted at Tauladan Kindergarten and Dharma Wanita Pelem Kindergarten in Pare District. Data from the trial and main field tests were analyzed using factor analysis. The results of this study are as follows: 1) there are 18 character values with 65 indicators indicating that all indicators contribute effectively to the factors in each character value variable, 2) almost all indicators in each character value are strongly and significantly correlated with other indicators so that the assessment model that has been developed can assess all values of character education that have been taught for one semester, 3) according to the results of the questionnaire that has been analyzed it can be concluded that the use of early childhood character education assessment models is very effective to be applied in Kindergarten child. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah model R&D yang dikembangkan oleh Borg & Gall. Pelaksanaan pengembangan model ini dilakukan dalam 6 tahapan, yaitupengumpulan informasi, perencanaan, pengembangan model, uji produk awal, revisi produk, dan uji lapangan utama.Instrumen yang digunakan telah memenuhi syarat sebagai instrumen yang valid dan reliabel.Uji coba tahap pertama dilakukan di TK Taman Indria Kecamatan Pare. Uji coba tahap kedua dilakukan di TK Tauladan dan TK Dharma Wanita Pelem Kecamatan Pare. Data hasil uji coba dan uji lapangan utama dianalisis menggunakan analisis faktor. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: 1) terdapat 18 nilai karakter dengan 65 indikator yang  menunjukkan bahwa seluruh indikator memberikan sumbangan yang efektif terhadap faktor dalam variabel tiap-tiap nilai karakter, 2) hampir semua indikator pada tiap-tiap nilai karakter berkorelasi kuat dan signifikan dengan indikator yang lain sehingga model penilaian yang telah dikembangkan dapat menilai seluruh nilai pendidikan karakter yang telah diajarkan selama satu semester,3) sesuai hasil angket yang telah dianalisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan model penilaian pendidikan karakter anak usia dini sangat efektif untuk diterapkan di Taman Kanak-kanak. Abstract: The purpose of this development research is to produce various kinds of module-based soccer passing exercises for SSB Kharisma Elang Muda Malang City. The product is developed using the model from Borg and Gall consisting of an initial needs analysis (need assessment), product development planning (Planning). Develop initial product (Develop Preliminary form of Product). The initial product developed will go through validation and feasibility tests by media experts and soccer coaching experts. Small group trial (Preliminary Field Testing). Large group trial (Main Field Testing). Lastly, revise the results of Main Field Testing. Based on a series of validity tests from experts and field tests, it was stated that the product was declared valid and could be used as a teaching medium for SSB Kharisma Elang Muda Malang City. The results of the research based on the small group trial showed a large number (87.8 percent) and the large group trial showed the number (88.75 percent) of the athletes of SSB Kharisma Elang Muda Malang City, stating that the variation of the Passing technique training model is easy to understand, interesting. , and effective for increasing Passing ability Pass. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian pengembangan ini adalah untuk menghasilkan berbagai macam latihan passing sepak bola berbasis modul untuk SSB Kharisma Elang Muda Kota Malang. Produk dikembangankan dengan menggunakan model dari Borg and Gall terdiri dari analisis kebutuhan awal (need assessment), Perencanaan pengembangan produk (Planning). Mengembangkan produk awal (Develop Preliminary form of Product). Produk awal yang dikembangkan akan melalui uji validasi dan kelayakan oleh ahli media dan ahli kepelatihan sepak bola. Uji coba kelompok kecil (Preliminary Field Testing). Uji coba kelompok besar (Main Field Testing). Terakhir melakukan revisi dari hasil Main Field Testing. Berdasarkan dari serangkaian uji validitas dari ahli dan uji lapangan menyatakan bahwa produk dinyatakan valid dan dapat digunakan sebagai media ajar untuk SSB Kharisma Elang Muda Kota Malang. Hasil dari penelitian berdasarkan uji coba kelompok kecil menunjukan angka besar (87,8 persen) dan uji coba kelompok besar menunjukan angka (88,75 persen) atlet SSB Kharisma Elang Muda Kota Malang, menyatakan bahwa variasi model latihan teknik Passing mudah dipahami, menarik, dan efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan Passing.

Abstract: the purpose of this research is to develop a model play kinesthetic in improving earlymathematical ability in group B TK Damhil Gorontalo.The research of method used is the development of a model (R & D) developed by Borg & Gall. The design of model development is done through the requirement analysis phase, productdevelopment and testing. The first phase trial was conducted in TK Damhil Gorontalo with anumber of students 20. The second phase trial was conducted in TK Al Murqi Gorontalo with anumber of students 20. The effectiveness of the model test showed a significant increase in theprocess of assisting children with early mathematical abilities in early childhood. This study aims to determine the suitability of the component of character education and the type of evaluation instruments in natural science (IPA) high school subjects in Batam City. This study involves four phases carried out for the development process, the first phase is carried out using a qualitative method with the Delphi technique with two rounds involving 7 experts in character education each round. This phase aims to identify components and instruments for character education assessment. The second phase is carried out with a quantitative method in which a questionnaire is given to 146 science teachers, to know the components and instruments of character education evaluation in science subjects in the Mengah Atas School. The third phase involves the analysis and presentation of data carried out in two stages, namely qualitative and quantitative analysis using SPSS V. 22.0 and Microsoft Excel The fourth phase has discussed, conclusions and reserves of the study. So the final result of this study is the suitability of the character education component and the type of evaluation instruments in natural science (IPA) high schools in Batam for natural science subjects that the character components are love and responsibility, assessment instruments including attitude scales and document.

Abstract This research was conducted with the main objective to develop a model of character education integrated with science learning in elementary, junior, and senior high schools. The research was focused on the needs analysis study involving 36 elementary school science teachers, 34 junior high school science teachers and 27 senior high school science teachers to collect information on science learning in relation to character education. Data were collected by questionnaires, observation and interviewing techniques. Data were analyzed by descriptive and qualitative meaning. The results showed that: 1) character education can be developed through selection of science learning model, assessment model, and teaching materials, 2) science learning models that contribute significantly to the development of the character of students are inquiry learning, problem-based learning, cooperative learning , science-technology-society, problem solving, and contextual learning models, 3) science teacher’s responses to the character education are generally very positive and seek to develop good character through a learning process, 4) some (55.3%) science teachers include indicators of character values that to be target of learning in the syllabus and lesson plans, and some (44.7%) do not explicitly specify its, but implicitly implied in the syllabus and lesson plans. The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs has asserted that risks in deployment of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) within disaster response must be reduced by careful development of best-practice standards before implementing such systems. With recent humanitarian field tests of cargo UAVs as indication that implementation may soon become reality, a priori assessment of a smart-navigated (autonomous) UAV disaster cargo fleet via simulation modeling and analysis is vital to the best-practice development process. Logistical problems with ground transport of relief supplies in Puerto Rico after Hurricane Maria (2017) pose a compelling use scenario for UAV disaster cargo delivery. In this context, we introduce a General Purpose Assessment Model (GPAM) that can estimate the potential effectiveness of a cargo UAV fleet for any given response region. We evaluate this model using the following standards: (i) realistic specifications; (ii) stable output for various realistic specifications; and (iii) support of humanitarian goals. To this end, we discuss data from humanitarian cargo delivery field tests and feedback from practitioners, perform sensitivity analyses, and demonstrate the advantage of using humanitarian rather than geographic distance in making fleet delivery assignments. We conclude with several major challenges faced by those who wish to implement smart-navigated UAV cargo fleets in disaster response, and the need for further GPAM development. This paper proposes the GPAM as a useful simulation tool to encourage and guide steps toward humanitarian use of UAVs for cargo delivery. The model’s flexibility can allow organizations to quickly and effectively determine how best to respond to disasters.

PurposeThe purpose of this research is to focus on the evaluation of heritage buildings' sustainability. BIM modeling was necessary for the design of the sustainability assessment model for Heritage Buildings (SAHB). Using ArchiCAD®, energy simulations were performed for two case studies (Murabba Palace, Saudi Arabia, and Grey Nuns Building, Canada), and the developed model was validated through sensitivity analysis.Design/methodology/approachHeritage buildings (HBs) are unique and must be preserved for future generations. This article focuses on a sustainability assessment model and rating scale for heritage buildings in light of the need for their conservation. Regional variations were considered in the model development to identify critical attributes whose corresponding weights were then determined by fuzzy logic. Data was collected via questionnaires completed by Saudi Arabian and Canadian experts, and Fuzzy TOPSIS was also applied to eliminate the uncertainties present when human opinions are involved.FindingsResults showed that regional variations were sufficiently addressed through the multi-level weight consideration in the proposed model. Comparing the nine identified factors that affect the sustainability of HBs, energy and indoor environmental quality were of equal weight in both case studies.Originality/valueThis study will be helpful for the design of a globally applicable sustainability assessment model for HBs. It will also enable decision-makers to prepare maintenance plans for HBs.

Islamic Education for Early Childhood should be based on the values of manners, characters or moral animated by the Al-Quran and Sunnah. Achieving manners, characters or the perfect moral are the real purpose of education. Additionally, manners, characters or morality is a basic foundation of one's life in society and the state. The purpose of this paper is to know more clearly what is Early Childhood Islamic Education (PIAUD), and how these concepts in disruption era. The conclusion is the Early Childhood Islamic Education will get more from a family environment, education as a preparation for the child to live in the larger environment, the people. The education should be given to early children is 1) Faith Education and Investment 2) Worship Education and Investment 3) Character Education and development. The Islamic concepts of early childhood education in the era of disruption must start from the family as the first education for children. And the things that must be waged to the families in order to instill the concept of Islamic education itself are: 1) Parents should understand their roles and responsibilities; 2) Family as the first education for children; 3) Commitment to being a good educator for children: 4) Modelling the Prophet as an example; 5) Choose a good school for the children; 6). Being a parent does not have to know everything. And all the concepts of Islamic education will be given to the children by doing the method of habituation, modelling, giving good advice, every attitudes should be punished or rewarded, ordering and prohibiting.
