The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of profitability, capital structure, and investment decisions on firm value in the property, real estate and building construction sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period. The population in this study were 83 companies. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling and produced a sample of 30 companies. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression, while the analysis tool used is SPSS 25. This research hypothesis states that profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value, capital structure has a positive and significant effect on firm value, investment decisions have a positive and significant effect. to company value.

This research aims to determine and analyze the effect of profitability and institutional ownership on firm value with capital structure as a moderating variable in Property and Real Estate Companies on the IDX for the 2015-2018 period. This research is a quantitative research. The data source used is the data source. secondary. data is obtained indirectly and through intermediary media. The type of data used in this research is external data in the form of time series data. The data in this study are in the form of annual reports obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange, namely www.idx.co.id. The population in this study were 48 companies. The sampling technique was done by using purposive sampling technique, the number of companies used as a sample was 25 companies and the data obtained were 100 data. Data analysis was performed through the SPSS program. The data analysis methods used were: descriptive statistical test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the profitability variable proxied using ROE (Return on Equity) has an effect on firm value, institutional ownership variable has no effect on company value, profitability and institutional ownership variables jointly affect firm value, capital structure variable can moderate and strengthening the relationship between profitability to firm value and capital structure variables are unable to moderate the relationship between institutional ownership and property and real estate company value listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2018.

These research aims to find out those impact from capital structure, profitability, liquidity, activity and company size on firm value. The population in this research were building construction sub-sector companies which registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange during period 2012 till 2018. The samples were determined by purposive sampling technique. These data analysis method used was panel data regression analysis. The selected mode used Fixed Effect Model. The results showed that capital structure, profitability, liquidity, activity and company size simultaneously had an impact on company value. Partially it was found that capital structure and profitability had positive influence on company value, activity and company size had negative influence on company value, while liquidity had none impact towards company value. The most influential variable was profitability with coefficient value was 43.38.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Capital Structure and Firm Size on Firm Value with Profitability as Intervening Variables. (Case Study on Manufacturing Companies in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2018 Period). This research uses quantitative descriptive research type. Sample 27 companies using Purposive sampling technique. The analysis method uses path analysis with SPSS software version 21.Based on the test result min this study that the variable capital structure and company size have a positive and significant effect on profitability. Capital structure has no effect on firm value, firm size and profitability affect company value, and profitability is able to mediate the effect of capital structure and firm size on firm value. The purpose of this study was to analyze: (1) The effect of profitability on firm value. (2) The effect of earnings quality on firm value. (3) The effect of investment decisions on firm value. The population in this study are all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2014-2018. While the sampling technique in this study is using purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 300 samples. The data analysis method used is multiple regression using SPSS 25 software. The results of this study indicate that: (1) profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. (2) earnings quality has a positive and insignificant effect on firm value with a significance of 0.757 > 0.05. (3) investment decisions have a positive effect and not on the value of the company with a significance of 0.418 > 0.05

ABSTRACT  The purpose of this research is to find the influence of growth opportunity and capital structure on firm value. The research objects used is property, real estate and building construction company which listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2011-2014. This research used a purposive sampling technique in determining the research sample. The number of companies chosen as the sample in 37 company of 54 companies registered in property, real estate and building construction sector. This research was included in the explanatory research using quantitative approach. Data analysis method used in this research is partial least square (PLS) analysis. The result showed that in directly growth opportunity and capital structure has a significant effect on firm value. Growth opportunity undirectly has significant effect on the firm value by means of capital structure. Growth opportunity has a positive and significant effect on capital structure and capital structure has a negative and significant effect on firm value.Keywords : Growth Opportunity, Capital Structure and Firm Value

This study aims to identify and prove empirically the effect of Tax Planning, Capital Structure and Managerial Ownership on Firm Value with Corporate Transparency as a moderating variable. This type of research is quantitative approach research with explanatory research and associative methods. Samples were taken using the purposive sampling technique using Eviews 9 software for data analysis. The sample consists of 60 data from 12 property and real estate subsector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. The results show that Tax Planning, Capital Structure and Managerial Ownership simultaneously affect the value of the company which is moderated by corporate transparency, tax planning has no effect on firm value, the capital structure does not affect firm value, managerial ownership does not affect firm value, and corporate transparency does not. effect on firm value, corporate transparency is unable to moderate the relationship between tax planning and firm value, corporate transparency is unable to moderate the relationship between capital structure and firm value, and corporate transparency is unable to moderate the relationship between managerial ownership and firm value.

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, leverage, liquidity, capital structure, and investment decisions on firm value. A research approach is a quantitative approach. The study population was taken from financial sector companies that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2017, namely from a total of 87 companies, 39 companies were taken. The sample applies the purposive sampling technique. The research successfully proves that profitability, leverage, liquidity, capital structure, and investment decisions have a positive and significant effect on firm value. Partially, the research results are only profitability which has a positive and significant effect on firm value. So that the Adj obtained. This study aims to determine the effect of firm size and profitability on firm value with accounting conservatism as a moderating variable. The population of this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019 as many as 183 companies. The sampling technique used purposive sampling which resulted in 72 manufacturing companies. The data analysis technique uses regression analysis with SPSS 24. The results of this study indicate that firm size and profitability have a positive and significant effect on firm value. Furthermore, the variable of accounting conservatism is able to moderate the effect of firm size and profitability on firm value in a positive and significant way.

This research aims to analyze the effect profitability to firm value with capital structure as moderating variable in agriculture companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The dependent variable used is firm value (PBV), the independent variable is profitability (ROA), and capital structure (DER) as a moderating variable. The sampling technique was purposive sampling so that the number of samples obtained was 9 companies, with an observation period of 2014-2017. This type of research is associative causal. The analysis technique used in this study is panel date regression (common effect modell) using eviews, with a significant level of 5 percent. Descriptive statistics were also included which included average, median, minimum, maximum, and std. deviation. The results of this study indicate that profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value and, capital structure is weaken on the relationship of profitability to firm value. Capital structure is a quasi moderating where as the effect of capital structure to firm’s value and the effect of capital structure interaction to firm’s value is also significant.Keywords: Profitability, Capital Structure, Firm Value

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of Non Performing Loans (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and credit restructuring policies on the value of banking firms on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research was conducted by analyzing quarterly financial reports published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange website which contained information on banking financial performance ratios, credit restructuring policies, and company value using the PBV method. The Sampling method uses purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results showed that NPL had a negative and significant effect on firm value, LDR had a positive and significant effect on firm value. CAR has a positive and significant effect on firm value. The Credit Restructuring Policy has a negative and significant effect on firm value.
