The stories in Qur'an are Allah’s decrees which convey more beau-tiful values beyond any religious text ever written. It is the holiest scripture and is written  in a wonderful, understandable, and attract-ive language humbly conveying a vast amount of information about life and events that happened in the past. It’s aim is to be an object of reflection for human beings living in this age and the future. Even more so, the stories in Al-Qur'an also entail an educative function providing learning materials,  and teaching methods, regarding the transformative power of Islam and the internalization of true religious values.

The present review highlights the different types of nano ferrites and their surface modified composites as an alternative adsorbent in waste water treatment. In this review, the recent progresses and potential applications of SFNPs/SFNCs for the removal of organic and inorganic contaminants through adsorption routes are critically reviewed. There are number of water purification techniques but the adsorption is one of the simplest, effective and economical method for wastewater purification. Adsorption isotherm models, kinetic models, thermodynamic parameters and adsorption mechanism have also been discussed. The present article lists different type of adsorbents and reviews state-of-the-art of the removal of different pollutants from water. The efforts have been made to discuss the sources of contamination and toxicities of pollutants. The possible techniques of recovery and reuse, toxicity, research gaps and the future perspective of SFNPs are also discussed in brief. Based on this review, it is possible to conclude that SFNPs and their derivative composites have unlimited capacity in addressing array of problems encountered in water and wastewater treatment. The present study highlights the future areas of research for waste water treatment.

Anxiety in pre-service elementary teachers (PSETs) often affects their views of mathematics as well as the practices and teaching methods they choose to use. Due to this, many PSETs often choose to use traditional teaching methods in the classroom which can have counteractive effects on their math anxiety (Harper & Daane, 1998; Olson & Stoehr, 2019; Tooke & Lindstrom, 1998). The goal of this paper is to better comprehend and discover the ways in which math anxiety in PSETs impacts their teaching and whether there are ways to limit these negative emotions about mathematics. Much of the research on this topic look at either PSETs’ beliefs/views or their teaching practices. The focus of this paper will be to analyze the relationship between their beliefs/views and their teaching such to look at how one influences the other or if they have a symbiotic relationship as well as looking at how one’s individual psychology influences these beliefs/views. Using a symbolic interactionist lens, the arguments provide evidence from the literature that looks at the relationships between people and others. Moreover, in touching upon these relationships, this paper also delves into gender issues and stereotypes that have influenced these relationships. The implications of this paper deal primarily with the impact of gender stereotypes on teaching and anxiety as well as what teaching practices are most favourable when looking at reducing anxiety levels in PSETs.

Therefore, we proposed a workshop with studies and practices with the students of the Pedagogy course of the Federal University of Minas Gerais, the future teachers who will teach Mathematics in the Early Years of Elementary Education, emphasizing the importance of using the calculator correctly at this stage of education. The objective of this qualitative research was to investigate and analyze the pre and post conceptions of the activities of the future teachers about the use of the calculator in the Early Years. It integrates a research project under development entitled "Contributions of the Mathematics Teaching Laboratory for the initial formation of the teacher who teaches Mathematics". In this aspect of the research, we support Selva and Borba (2010), Lopes and Rodrigues (2009) and National Curricular Parameters (PCN / BRASIL, 1997), among other documents and authors. We are presenting in this work what the future teachers thought about the use of the calculator, the activities proposed with this technological tool, the reflections and re-significances of the them about the subject. After analyzing the data collected, we found that most of the future teachers started to support the use of the calculator at this level of education.KEYWORDS: Mathematics. The COVID-19 pandemic has forced us to reconsider the way we teach our students. The inability of UK-based lecturers to deliver via traditional lecture-based courses in China (due to ongoing travel restrictions) has been an obstacle to overcome but also an opportunity to investigate innovative remote-teaching methods. Here we review a case study based on teaching three different year groups at the Jinan University - University of Birmingham Joint Institute during the early part of 2020. We reflect on how technology was used, draw conclusions and discuss potential opportunities for the future of remote-teaching.

The paper is based on the overview and description of ten monographs from in- ternational scientific conferences held in the period between 2011 and 2021 at the Facul- ty of Education in Uţice, and is aimed at recording topics and issues discussed in them, and making suggestions for future research of problems, goals and perspectives in the teaching and learning process. The review of the monographs from these international scientific conferences showed that the interest of theoreticians and practitioners is firmly focused on general questions of education and rearing, teaching and learning, as well as questions of educational assessment and evaluation, textbook quality, and education and professional development of teachers. Topics in the field of elementary education are predominant, so in the future, it would be worth paying more attention to the current topics in the field of preschool and higher education.
