Being religious person is absolute for everyone, including the students of Islamic University. That’s why PTKI (Islamic University) does some efforts to strengthen the student’s religiousness. This research is intended to assess the quality of Islamic Education learning and the religiousness of PTKI students and also to observe the implication of this study to student’s religiousness. All students from selected Islamic University in East Kalimantan were taken as the population, and 374 students were chosen as the sample by multistage sampling technique. The technique of dominant data collection was done by doing the survey. The data analysis technique is descriptive analysis and inferential linear regression, through calibration test (validity and reliability), requirement analysis test, normality test, homogenic test, and linearity test. The result of the research has shown that the learning of Islamic Education in Islamic University in East Kalimantan is done well (µ= 4,17). The learning process of Islamic Education in Islamic University has significant influence to student’s religiousness. The learning process of Islamic Education in Islamic University has contributed 54,6% to the increasing of student’s religiousness, while the rest of 45,4% is influenced by other factors. The student’s religiousness in aqeeda aspect is greater than shari’a/muamalah and morals.

This study aims to examine the effect of job satisfaction and personality on organizational citizenship behavior through the organizational commitment of employees in the production section of PT Timatex Salatiga. This type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The number of samples used was 100 respondents. The sampling technique used random sampling. The analytical method used is the instrument test (validity and reliability), descriptive analysis test, regression test and path analysis with the SPSS version 23 program. Data collection methods are by means of interviews, observations and questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction and personality have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Job satisfaction and personality have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational commitment is able to mediate the relationship between job satisfaction and personality on organizational citizenship behavior. Suggestions from this research are that company management needs to reinforce rules and give verbal sanctions to gradual warning letters to employees who are often late, also applies to employees who leave work before the due time.

Confidence is important to be possessed by students through the learning process, students who have low self-confidence will be less optimal in developing ability. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of gestalt counseling with the technique around to improve confidence in the learning process in students of class XI MIA 4 SMA Negeri 1 Singaraja academic year 2016/2017. This type of research is pre-experimental with one group pretest-posttest design. Samples of research were six students selected through purposive sampling technique. Methods of data collection using a confident questionnaire that has been calculated the validity and reliability. The subjects from the study were students of class XI MIA 4 who had low self-esteem. Data analysis technique used is t-test statistical analysis technique. The results from the analysis, found that gestalt counseling with the technique of traveling can increase confidence. It is concluded from the analysis result, t count> table with significance level 5% (4, 38> 2, 015). The results from the analysis show that the hypothesis proposed in this study is acceptable. As the implication of this research is expected to be an alternative for counseling teachers in schools in improving student self-confidence.

Keywords: Islamic Education, Character Building, Role. It is an opportunities for educator to give contribution in effort to form character, hence expected formation of student character can be pursued through Islamic education taught in school. The formulation of the problem in this research, first, how is the learning process of Islamic education at SMP Negeri 17 Surabaya? second, how is the character of students at SMP Negeri 17 Surabaya? third, how is the role of Islamic education in building students’ character at SMP Negeri 17 Surabaya?Qualitative approach is used as the methodology in this research. Data are collected through observation, documentation and interview. The data are analyzed using descriptive analysis technique. Researcher describeds the creativity of the teachers of Islamic education in this school.The results of the study could be summarized as follows: first, in order to to keep the implementation of Islamic education run in accordance with the objectives: a) Prepare the instructional design as early as possible including: educational calendar, learning units and fun lessons; b) follow curriculum for Islamic education designed by Ministry of National Education; c) Use the following teaching method in learning process: lecturing, question-answer, demonstration and assignment; d) Conduct pretest and post test evaluation including formative and summative evaluations. Second, many variables show that students have had a good character although not all elements of their personality is good. Islamic Education has significant role in building the character of students for the provision of life in the earth and the hereafter in accordance with the guidance of Al-Qur'an and Hadith. This is all also because of the encouragement of the principal and other teachers. Basically every human wants to have a sympathetic personality, because, with it, humans will be respected, and loved by people around.

Training and motivation can be maintained and can have an effect on improving employee performance, but in reality the training and motivation of employees is still not able to improve the performance of the employees of the Environment and Forestry Department of Riau Province. This is still a lack of both technical and non-technical training intended for employees who can improve performance and motivation at work. This study aims to determine the effect of training and motivation on improving the performance of employees of the Environment and Forestry Office of Riau Province. This type of quantitative research with a sample of 87 people.The analysis technique uses descriptive analysis, validity and reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, linearity test, with multiple linear regression approach using SPSS 19 IBM. The results of the study partially show that there is a positive and significant effect between training on employee performance. There is a positive and significant effect between motivation on employee performance. Simultaneously there is a positive and significant effect between training and motivation on employee performance.

This study aims to find out whether or not there is a significant influence of readiness and learning styles on students’ learning activeness in Islamic education learning at state elementary schools in the district of Bangkinang Kota. This is a correlational study employing a quantitative approach. The study population amounted to 1529 students, and the samples were 317 students. The sampling deployed the Slovin formula with an error degree of 5%. The sampling technique used proportionate stratified random sampling. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used multiple regression. The instruments used in this study had met the criteria of validity and reliability (r1 = 0.214 and r2 = 0.254). The results showed that there was a significant influence of learning readiness on students’ learning activeness; there was a significant influence of learning styles on students’ learning activeness; and there was a significant influence of learning readiness and learning styles on students’ learning activeness.

This study aims to develop a construct of an instrument of character education evaluation model in MTs in the area of former Pekalongan residency.  It is a development research using Borg and Gall model with the number of samples involving 64 students for a limited test and 292 students for a large-scale test, as well as 8 teachers. The sampling technique used disproportionate stratified random sampling. To find out the number of samples, the Slovin formula was used. Meanwhile, data collection was done by distributing questionnaires and observations. The data were analysed using a quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis technique. To improve the validity and reliability of the instruments, a CFA was done through the Lisrel 8.5 program. The instrument construct so that a fit model is obtained, seen from the following indicators: (a) Chi-Square, the value obtained = 789,9; (b) GFI, the value obtained = 0.83; (c) RMSEA, the value obtained = 0,071. The judgment for face validity and content validity in the model is good (0.73), while construct validation with CFA shows that all variables appear to have a factor load value of (λ) > 0.30. The estimated reliability of the model instrument using the Cronbach Alpha formula has met the minimum standard index, which is above 0.7. The empirical character education evaluation model has been declared feasible in the implementation test on the users

[Title: Perception Of Teachers And Students On The Physical Learning Process Based On Curriculum 2013] This study aims to determine: (1) the perception of physics teachers to apply a scientific approach, (2) the perceptions of students on the physics learning process carried out by teachers, (3) the relationship between students' perceptions and the ability of teachers to carry out physics-based learning scientific approach. This research is a survey research using a descriptive correlational approach. The research sample included 18 physics teachers and 494 students spread across 10 Public High Schools in Yogyakarta City which were taken using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection uses questionnaires from teachers and students and observation sheets. The analysis technique uses descriptive analysis and Spearman correlation analysis. Research Results (1) The teacher has a very positive perception of the implementation of a scientific approach in scientific learning; (2) Students give a positive response to the process of physics learning carried out by the teacher; (3) There is a positive and significant relationship between the perceptions of students and the ability of teachers to carry out physics learning based on the scientific approach.

Abstract.  This research is a correlational research that aims to determine the relationship of emotional intelligence with student biology learning outcomes. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Tanete Rilau of Barru District. Population in this research was class XI IPA SMA Negeri 1 Tanete Rilau, with total of sample are 60 students selected by random sampling technique that was random sample determination. The research instrument in question is a questionnaire of students' emotional intelligence and learning outcomes on the material of the respiratory system, digestive system and excretion system. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using normality test, linearity test and correlation test using Product Moment Correlation. Based on the results of data analysis using SPSS obtained a significance value of 0.006 <α (0.05) indicated that there was a relationship between emotional intelligence and student learning outcomes. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that there was a relationship between emotional intelligence and biology learning outcomes student class XI IPA SMA Negeri 1 Tanete Rilau Barru District. This study aims to determine the effect of interest in learning on learning achievement in fiqh subjects, giving assignments on learning achievement in Fiqh subjects, and the influence of interest in learning and assignment to learning achievement in Fiqh subjects. This research is quantitative. The population in this study were students in grades 7 and 8 of MTs Negeri 3 Sukoharjo for the 2020/2021 academic year, totaling 239 students. The sample of this study was 150 students of MTs Negeri 3 Sukoharjo for the academic year 2020/2021 with the sampling technique of proportionate stratified random sampling. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire (questionnaire) and documentation. Testing the instrument using validity and reliability tests. Classical assumption test using normality test and linearity test. The data analysis technique used Multiple Linear Regression, F test, t-test, and coefficient of determination (R2). The results showed that the influence of interest in learning on the learning achievement of students in fiqh subjects at MTs Negeri 3 Sukoharjo for the 2020/2021 academic year proved to have a significantly positive effect. Giving assignments in Fiqh subjects to Fiqh Learning Achievements has been proven to have a significantly positive impact. The influence of learning interest and Fiqh subject assignments at MTs Negeri 3 Sukoharjo for the 2020/2021 academic year together has a significant effect.

This study aims to analyze the factors forming the marketing mix at BNI Syariah customers in Padang Branch. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population of this research is customers of Islamic banks in the city of Padang with a sample of 100 customers obtained using Slovin formula. The sampling technique is accidental sampling. Research data are primary data collected by questionnaire. Instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests. Data were analyzed by descriptive analysis and factor analysis. The results of the study showed that of the eight factors there were six factors that influence the form of the marketing mix for customers of the BNI Syariah branch of Padang Branch.Keyword: Marketing Mix
