This research discusses the obligation of Regional Development Bank (RDB) as a Regionally-Owned Enterprises (ROE) to implement Good Corporate Governance (GCG). In particular, this research analyzes the forms of transparency principle on RDB, specifically on PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk (Bank Jatim) according to existing regulations. By using legal normative method, this thesis concludes that in principle, the forms of transparency principle on BPD is divided into three parts, namely preparing reports, publishing them, and ensuring that they are publicly accessible. There are at least 8 (eight) forms of transparency principle, they are monthly report, quarterly report, annual report, prime lending rate report, report on material information or facts information regarding bank’s product and use of customer’s data, and GCG report. For RDB in the forms of Public Company, it is also obligated to make summary of general meeting of shareholders’ minutes of meeting and information on communication with shareholder and investor

This research is motivated by the fact that the ROA of Regional Development Banks in 2015-2019 fluctuated, this shows that there are factors that influence it, one of which is Good Corporate Governance. By implementing Good Corporate Governance and supported by the mechanism will improve banking performance. Banking performance is influenced by the size of the Board of Commissioners, the size of the Board of Directors, the size of the Audit Committee, and the size of the company. The formulation of the problem in this study is how do the size of the board of commissioners, the size of the board of directors, the size of the audit committee, and the size of the company affect banking performance at the regional development banks of Indonesia in 2015-2020?. By using a quantitative approach and the type of secondary data as well as the number of samples of 12 banks were taken using the purposive sampling technique. Data processing using E-Views10 with panel data regression analysis techniques. The results of this study are partially the size of the Board of Commissioners, the size of the Board of Directors, and the size of the company have no significant effect on banking performance. Meanwhile, the size of the Audit Committee has a negative and significant effect on banking performance. Simultaneously the size of the Board of Commissioners, the size of the Board of Directors, the size of the Audit Committee, and the size of the company have a significant effect on banking performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of financial performance and good corporate governance (GCG) on the value of companies in manufacturing companies listed on the stock exchange Indonesia. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of annual report 2016. Population used in this study are all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). This research uses purposive sampling method with total population of 144 companies and sample of 31 companies. The results show that simultaneously ROA, OPM, NPM, KM, and KI have a positive influence on firm value. While partially ROA  have a positive influence on firm value. While OPM, NPM, KM, and KI have no positive influence on firm value).

Development of financial performance in the application of Good Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility which affects the values of honesty private individuals, in order to be able to run the accountability, value for money, fairness in financial management, transparency, control, and free of conflicts of interest (independence). The main concern in this study is focused on achieving value personal spirituality through the financial performance and capabilities of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in moderating the relationship with the financial performance of value personal spirituality. This study is a descriptive verifikatif. The unit of analysis in this study was 15 companies in Indonesia with a policy that has been applied through the concept since January of 2008 until now, with the support of the annual report of the company, the company's financial statements, company reports to the disclosure of Good Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility in the annual report. Overall reports published successively during the years 2008-2011. The results of this study indicate financial performance affects the value of personal spirituality, and for variable GCG obtained results that could moderate the relationship of financial performance to the value of personal spirituality. But for the disclosure of CSR variables obtained results can’t moderate the relationship with the financial performance of personal spirituality.

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbandingan Good Corporate Governance ( Badan Amil Zakat nasional)  dan Laznas(Lembaga Amil Zakat Nasiona. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak delapan belas(18) Baznas dan Laznas di Jawa Timur. Jenis dan sumber data diperoleh dari laporan tahunan badan atau lembaga amil zakat nasional di Jawa Timur tahun 2016-2017 yang diterbitkan di website resmi pid.baznas.go.id. Data dianalisis dengan beberapa tahap, yaitu melakukan content analysis dan  dilakukan uji hipotesis dengan Mann Whitney U Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan  uji Mann Whitney U Test sebesar 0.003,  dengan demikian terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan terhadap penerapan GCG Baznas dengan Laznas. Baznas lebih baik dalam menerapkan good corporate governance dibandingkan pada Laznas.Kata Kunci: Baznas, Laznas, Good Corporate Governance.AbstractThis study aims to compare the good corporate governance of the Baznas(Amil Zakat Agency) and Laznas(the National Amil Zakat Institution). The samples used in this study were 18 Amil Zakat Bodies and Amil Zakat Institutions. The types and sources of data are obtained from the annual report of the national amil zakat agency or institution in East Java for 2016-2017 which is published  on the official website of pid.baznas.go.id. The analysis technique in this study was to conduct content analysis, then carried out hypothesis testing with the Mann Whitney U Test. The Mann Whitney U Test results of 0.003 , which means there are significant differences. Based on the results of the study, the authors can conclude that there are differences in the application of good corporate governance at the Baznas with Laznas. The Baznas is better at implementing good corporate governance than at the Laznas.Keywords: Baznas, Laznas, Good Corporate Governance.

The development of innovation management associated to knowledge management and business inter-organizational relationships based on project management is extremely important for good corporate governance and business performance. The interest of this chapter is to define the conceptual framework of everything mentioned above in technology-based companies. This chapter presents cases based on best practices for the development of innovation management, which is very present in small and medium enterprises with a market approach. This is the case of firms with a defense-related technology. The case study is about the innovation based on knowledge and research and about a technological and strategic view. On the other hand, economic inter-organizational relationships are also taken into account. An empirical analysis of 236 technology-based companies related to Spanish defense industry including a study about Knowledge and Innovation Management (KIM) as well as an assessment of its framework are also included.

Munculnya Konsep Good Corporate Governance (GCG) didasarkan pada agency theory yang mengharapkan adanya keterbukaan informasi sehingga konflik kepentingan antara agen dengan principal dapat diminimalisir. Konflik kepentingan dapat terjadi pada setiap perusahaan termasuk perbankan syariah. Keadaan ini disadari oleh Bank Indonesia yang kemudian mewajibkan penerapan prinsip GCG dalam peraturan Bank Indonesia yaitu PBI No. 8/4/PBI/2006.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguji bagaimana pengaruh GCG terhadap kinerja keuangan Bank Umum Syariah. Penelitian menggunakan data sekunder berupa laporan tahunan (annual report) dan laporan good corporate governance (GCG) bank umum syariah periode 2008-2010. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh bank umum syariah menurut Direktori Perbankan Indonesia. Sedangkan jumlah sampel berdasar purposive sampling yaitu bank umum syariah yang mempublikasikan laporan keuangan, laporan tahunan ( annual report ) dan laporan GCG selama periode 2008 sampai dengan 2010 diperoleh sebnyak 17 perusahaan. Alat analisi yang digunakan sebagai pengujian hipotesis adalah PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa GCG berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan yang diproksikan dengan ROA dan ROE. Ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan GCG oleh BI pada bank umum dapat mengurangi konflik kepentingan yang terjadi dan menumbuhkan kinerja perbankan syariah khususnya dengan harapan dapat menarik investor untuk meningkatkan investasinya. Kata kunci: Good Corporate Governance, kinerja keuangan, ROA, ROE, dan Bank Syariah.

This research of responsibility in the framework of good corporate governance aims to know the responsibility principles in the framework of good corporate governance and governance model of social welfare institution (LKS) in the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY). This type of study is a case study. The type of research conducted is descriptive qualitative, that is the researchers give an idea about the responsibility principles in the framework of good corporate governance of social welfare institution in DIY. The result of the research shows that there are fie responsibility principles which happened to social welfare institution in DIY and there are fie governance models of social welfare institution in DIY. Although the study was conducted for 8 years, this study still has weaknesses. It is advisable for further research to analyze thecorrelation between indicators of good corporate governance. The implications of the research are used as a reflection for policymakers, managers of LKS and donors.

As a public institution that has a mandate to manage the waqf cash fund, the waqf agency is required to be capable of managing the cash waqf fund and implementing the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) as a form of responsibility to public The impact of the implementation of GCG itself, in addition to improve the level of public trust, will increase the amount of fund accepted by the waqf agency. This research aims to describe the management of cash waqf and to analyze the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) principles respectively done and in BWU/T MUI DIY in the management of cash waqf. This is a qualitative-descriptive research using a case study approach aimed to describe the reality of the cash waqf management and the implementation of GCG principles in BWU/T MUI DIY. The results were then analyzed or measured using the theories relevant with the issues concerned. In addition, this research used SWOT analysis to observe the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges in managing the cash waqf faced by the BWU/T MUI DIY. Based on the results of the research, it can be found that in the management of the cash waqf done by BWUT MUI DIY overall has been implemented in accordance with the existing laws, either from legislation, regulation of religion minister, and regulation issued by BWI. Meanwhile for the implementation of GCG principles in the management of cash waqf done by BWUT MUI DIY recently has not been done maximally. Of five basic principles of GCG including transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence and fairness, in fact there are only two principles conducted entirely that is the principle of independence and fairness. On the other hand, the principles of transparency, accountability, and responsibility have not been applied entirely.
