This study aims to investigate the variables that affect customer e-loyalty through the moderation and mediation role of brand image and E-CRM quality. Those variables include e-service quality, customer e-satisfaction, and customer value. This is a quantitative research with 152 respondents, chosen through the purposive sampling technique. The analytical tool used is PLS-SEM using SmartPLS 3.2.8 software. The findings are that E-CRM quality is positively and significantly related to customer e-loyaty. E-service quality, customer e-satisfaction, and customer value positively and significantly has positive and significant impacts on customer e-loyalty through the mediation role of E-CRM quality. The aim of this study was to know and analyze : (1) Influence of customer relationship management  on Customer Satisfaction, (2) Influence of customer management on Customer Value , (3) Influence of service quality on Customer Satisfaction , (4) Influence of service quality on customer value, (5) Influence of Customer Satisfaction  on Customer Value , (6) Influences of customer relationship management  and service quality on Customer Value  through Customer Satisfaction, (7) Influence of customer relationship management  on Customer Value  through Customer Satisfaction , (8) Influence of service quality on customer value through customer satisfaction, (9) Influence of service quality  on customer relationship management .            The population in this study involved all customers of  current account, saving, and time deposit in Surabaya, with minimum criteria of 3 (three) months being  customers. Accidental sampling technique was used in this research and 400 customers were obtained. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was used  as analysis technique  by using AMOS 4.01 software.            The result of this study showed that customer analysis management and service quality provided significant influences on customer value through Customer Satisfaction in state banks in Surabaya  Keywords:  Customer    relationship    management,    service    quality,    Customer Satisfaction ,  value.

This study examines the mediating role of service quality between customer relationship management (CRM) performance dimensions and the marketing performance of Jordanian hotels using resource-based view theory and contingency theory. A self-administered survey was conducted on 162 general managers of hotels in Jordan. The data were analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modelling. The findings of the study indicated that service quality mediated the relationship between the CRM performance dimensions (key customer focus, CRM knowledge management, CRM organization, and CRM-based technology) and the marketing performance of Jordanian hotels. This study provides significant contributions to theory and practice. From a theoretical perspective, this study fills in the literature gaps by providing insights about the mediating role of service quality in the relationship between customer relationship management performance dimensions and marketing performance. For managerial contributions, this study suggested that hotels can enhance their marketing performance by focusing on service quality and customer relationship management performance dimensions, especially the key customer focus dimension.

The amount of e-wallet providers in Indonesia is so many, so there is intense competition between each e-wallet provider. The tighter competition for e-wallet, makes users not only loyal to one type of e-wallet and makes users switch brands or providers in using an e-wallet. This study aims to investigate the factors that influence e-service quality on e-loyalty mediated by e-trust and brand image. This research is categorized as explanatory research. Respondents in this study were users of the OVO e-wallet application in Malang City, determining the number of samples in this study using a purposive sampling technique with a sample of 200 respondents. The method of collecting data is using a questionnaire, the data is analyzed using PLS-SEM. The results showed that e-service quality had no significant effect on e-loyalty. E-service quality has a significant effect on e-trust, e-trust has a significant effect on e-loyalty. E-service quality has a significant effect on brand image, brand image has a significant effect on e-loyalty. E-trust and brand image can play a fully mediating role in the relationship between e-service quality and e-loyalty. OVO is expected to continue to maintain and increase e-trust because it is proven in this research that e-trust has the greatest influence on e-loyalty so that it can be a competitive advantage for OVO. This study aims to examine the effect of service quality and fairness on taxpayer compliance and the mediating role of satisfaction in the effect of service quality and fairness on taxpayer compliance. The population of this research is individual local taxpayers in Samarinda. The sample of this study is 164 respondents selected using non probability method with convenience sampling technique. This study uses primary data obtained from seven-scale Likert questionnaires. The data were analyzed using path analysis in SPSS. The results of this study show that, first, service quality has a significant positive effect on satisfaction and taxpayer compliance; second, fairness has an insignificant effect on satisfaction and taxpayer compliance; third, satisfaction has a significant positive effect on taxpayer compliance; fourth, service quality has a significant positive effect on taxpayer compliance mediated by satisfaction; fifth, mediated by satisfaction, fairness has no significant effect on tax compliance.

Sustainability of the environment is one of the major issues both in developed and developing countries. There is an abundance of studies on green buying behavior. However, a few have studied the mediating role of green buying behavior. Thus, we have developed a new model that has five direct and three mediating relationships. This empirical research has used a snowball sampling technique for collecting the data. We distributed 400 questionnaires and received 377 valid responses. The study has used Smart PLS software for data analysis, including reliability, validity, and generating measurement and structural models. We found that green brands, green identification, and social influence are significant predictors of green buying behavior. Further, we find that the green brand image and green buying behavior promote green satisfaction. The results also suggest that green buying behavior mediates (1) green image and green satisfaction, (2) social influence and green buying behavior, (3) self-identification, and green satisfaction. We also found that consumers have a favorable attitude towards green buying behavior. However, there is a huge gap in consumers’ attitudes and actual buying behavior. Thus, marketers and practitioners need to develop strategies that would translate a favorable attitude toward actual buying behavior.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is influence of service quality on customer loyalty among "X" airline company. The method used is </em><em>causal comparative </em><em>quantitative research. Data were collected through a questionnaire with a sample size of 250 people aboard with "X" airline company. Purposive sampling technique</em><em> </em><em>was used in this research. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive influence between service quality on customer loyalty with regression value of 0.802 (p = 0.000). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas konsumen perusahaan penerbangan “X”. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif kausal komparatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner kepada sampel berjumlah 250 orang yang pernah menggunakan penerbangan maskapai penerbangan “X”. Teknik sampling <em>purposive sampling</em> digunakan dalam penelitian ii. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif antara kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan nilai regresi 0.802 (p=0.000). Dimensi reliabilitas, jaminan, dan empati adalah tiga dimensi yang paling berdampak terhadap loyalitas konsumen (p&lt; 0.05).  Berdasarkan hasil, direkomendasikan agar perusahaan penerbangan “X” terus berusaha untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan, terutama dalam hal keselamatan dan untuk menciptakan loyalitas konsumen.</p><p><strong>Kata kunci:</strong> kualitas layanan, loyalitas konsumen, <em>low cost carrier</em>, penumpang</p></div>

The research was conducted at Laboratory Installation RSPI of Prof. Dr. Sulianti Saroso (RSPI-SS). Unit of analysis was patients of Medical Check Up in Laboratory Installation of RSPI-SS which is located in Sunter, North Jakarta. The samples of this research were 93 patients from 121 populations; the research method was purposive sampling technique. The instrument of statistic analysis was through PLS 3.0 which was used to test the hypothesis. The research finds seven hypotheses as the results. They are variable of trust which affects customer satisfaction positively but does not significantly affect to customer satisfaction, variable of trust which affects customer satisfaction negatively but significantly affects the customer value, variable of service quality which affects to customer satisfaction positively and significantly, variable of service quality which affected to customer value positively and significantly, variable of customer value which affects positively and significantly to customer satisfaction, intervention of customer value on the trust to customer satisfaction which affects negatively and significantly, and intervention of customer value on service quality to customer satisfaction which affects positively but not significantly.

This chapter introduces the framework and causal model of customer value, customer satisfaction, brand loyalty, and customer relationship management performance in terms of the innovative manufacturing and marketing solutions. It argues that dimensions of customer value, customer satisfaction, and brand loyalty have mediated positive effect on customer relationship management performance. Furthermore, brand loyalty positively mediates the relationships between customer value and customer relationship management performance and between customer satisfaction and customer relationship management performance. Customer value is positively correlated with customer satisfaction. Understanding the theoretical learning is beneficial for organizations aiming to increase customer relationship management performance and achieve business goals.

The purpose of this study is to examine the role of customer value mediating the influence of brand image and service quality on customer satisfaction PT. Agung Automall Gianyar. Variables examined in this study are variable customer value, brand image, service quality and customer satisfaction. The number of samples taken was 100 respondents. The analysis technique used is path analysis using the sobel test. Based on the results of the analysis found that the brand image variable has a significant positive effect on customer value, the service quality variable has a significant positive effect on customer value, the brand image variable influences customer satisfaction, the service quality variable has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, the customer value variable has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, customer value variables have a significant positive effect on mediating brand image on customer satisfaction, customer value variables have a significant positive effect on mediating service quality to customer satisfaction.
