Actuality. Over the past decades, there has been a steady increase in the number of oncological diseases in children, most of which are detected at common stages. Moreover, only 5.2% of patients are actively detected (during routine preventive examinations).Material and methods. In order to detect oncological diseases in children in the early stages, an “Algorithm for determining the feasibility of referring a patient for consultation with a pediatric oncologist” (hereinafter referred to as the Algorithm) has been developed, which is a questionnaire of 20 questions. Answering with unambiguous answers (yes / no), a local pediatrician may decide on further tactics of examination and treatment of the patient. In order to analyze the results of the implementation of the Algorithm, a “Questionnaire for a local pediatrician to evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation of the Algorithm for determining the feasibility of referring a patient for a consultation with a pediatric oncologist” has been developed, which consisted of 10 questions.Results. 427 district pediatricians took part in the medical and social study, taking into account stratification by federal districts of the Russian Federation: from the Central Federal District – 101 (23.6%) respondents, from the North-West Federal District – 40 (9.2%), from the Southern Federal District – 47 (10.9%), from the North Caucasus Federal District – 32 (7.7%), from the Volga Federal District – 92 (21.4%), from the Ural Federal District – 32 (7.7%), from the Siberian Federal District – 55 (12.9%) ), from the Far Eastern Federal District – 28 (6.6%). After the implementation of the Algorithm in clinical practice, the number of patients referred for consultation with a pediatric oncologist increased, which was noted by 61.9±2.4% of respondents. In this case, the Algorithm is used by 11.3±1.5% of the respondents, sometimes used by 12.6±1.6%, used if they are suspected of having an oncological disease by 21.9±2.0%. Among those who do not apply the Algorithm in clinical practice, 78.1±2.0% indicated that they had not received it before.Conclusion. A survey showed the feasibility of introducing into clinical practice the “Algorithm for determining the feasibility of referring a patient for consultation with a pediatric oncologist”.

The article is devoted to the problem of living standard improvement in single-industry towns on the basis of regional specialization. In modern conditions, much attention is paid to the complex of factors and conditions for the formation of certain areas of economic activity. The North Caucasus Federal District (NCFD) has significant potential for agricultural development, which can contribute to solving the problems of single-industry towns with industrial specialization. These statistics indicate several positive trends in the socio-economic situation in the region: an increase in the number of inhabitants of the rural population, a steady increase in the share of food products and agricultural raw materials in the total volume of Russian imported goods. The main importance of rural areas in the reproductive concept of the North Caucasus regions is determined by the functions of the social-territorial system of communities: industrial, demographic, socio-cultural, nature protection, recreational. Research methods: systematic, formal-logical, analysis and modeling of socioeconomic processes. The scientific novelty of the proposed approach is a comprehensive assessment of agriculture in the region as the main factor in improving the socio-economic situation of single-industry towns. As a result, the research has revealed the positive impact of the industry on the living standards in the single-industry towns of the North Caucasus Federal District (NCFD).

Objective: to analyze the epidemiological situation on Ixodidae tick-borne borreliosis in the Russian Federation in 2019 in comparison with the period of 2002–2018.Materials and methods. The paper uses the data contained in Form No. 2 of the state statistical reporting for 2002–2019 and information obtained by the Reference Center for Monitoring Borreliosis of the Omsk Research Institute of Natural Focal Infections from 74 constituent entities of Russia in 2019. The main research method is epidemiological one with the use of modern information technologies. Results and discussion. In Russia, 8048 cases of tick-borne borreliosis (Lyme disease – LD) were recorded (5.48 0/0000) in 2019. The actual indicators of the LD incidence for the whole country and federal districts (FD) in 2019 were within the confidence limits predicted with linear regression based on the study of the dynamics of the epidemic process in 2002–2018 in the vast majority of cases. A steady upward trend in the LD incidence was observed during 2002–2019 in the Central Federal District due to 10 out of 18 entities (Moscow, Belgorod, Lipetsk, Moscow, Bryansk, Voronezh, Kursk, Ryazan, Tambov, Tula regions); in the Southern Federal District because of the Krasnodar Territory and the Volgograd Region; in the North Caucasus Federal District – because of the Stavropol Territory. Despite the fact that a downward trend in the incidence of LD has been established over the past 18 years in the North-West, Volga and Ural Federal Districts, in some subjects of these regions a trend towards an aggravation of the epidemiological situation is observed (the Komi Republic and Chuvashia, Penza Region). In the absence of a pronounced tendency to change in the incidence rate of LD in the Siberian and Far Eastern Federal Districts, Kemerovo Region-Kuzbass, the Republic of Tuva and the Trans-Baikal Territory where a growing trend has been identified require special attention. In the Ural and Siberian Federal Districts, the share of non-erythema forms among laboratory-confirmed cases of LD was higher than in other regions, which merits further study of the genome-specific features of borrelia populations and their carriers. Effective control of the LD epidemiological situation in Russia is possible provided that the control is improved and maintained, and the capacity of preventive measures and zoological-entomological monitoring of the activity and structure of the natural foci of LD is enhanced in the entities with the long-term tendency towards increase in the incidence of the disease.

It was found that over the past 5 years a number of crimes of a terrorist nature has greatly increased. The hypothesis appeared that the adverse socio-economic situation creates conditions for the growth of crimes of a terrorist nature. As a result, the analysis revealed an inverse relationship between the "actual final consumption per person in thousand rubles ", average cash income per month in thousand rubles and the number of crimes of a terrorist nature. Keywords: socio-economic development, crimes of a terrorist nature, region, North-West

Accounting for children with cancer is characterized by low reliability of statistics. In addition, the available data do not have significant scientific value., Since they represent only an approximate number of patients identified annually and some general information (incidence, prevalence, etc.). Moreover, subsequent analysis of the accumulated information is of particular importance. An electronic database of children with cancer has been developed that meets these requirements and has been introduced into the clinical practice of pilot medical organizations.Purpose of the study. Our aim was to study the opinions of pediatric oncologists on the issues of registration of children with oncological diseases.Materials and methods. In order to assess the results of the implementation of the electronic database, a "Questionnaire for a survey of a pediatric oncologist to assess the effectiveness of the implementation of an electronic database" was developed, which contained 15 questions. For objectivity, the questionnaires were filled in anonymously by the respondents.Results. The medico- social study involved 187 pediatric oncologists. The majority of respondents (71.3 ± 3.3%) noted that currently there is no register of children with cancer in the Russian Federation, 15.4 ± 2.6% noted the regional register, 9.1 ± 2.1% – independent in individual medical organizations, 1.7 ± 0.9% is a single register for the Russian Federation and 2.5 ± 1.1% are not aware of this. Among respondents, 81.9 ± 2.8% noted that the electronic database is an effective tool for recording children with cancer, while as an advantage, 15.1 ± 2.6% noted an increase in the reliability of statistical data, 9.2 ± 2.1% – reduction of time for searching patient information, 4.4 ± 1.5% – optimization of working time, 71.3 ± 3.3% – a combination of the above options.Conclusion. A medical and social study showed the feasibility of introducing an electronic database of children with cancer into the clinical practice of pediatric oncologists.

The most progressive and promising model of spatial organization of food markets of the North Caucasus Russian Theatre is a cluster model. In the proposed methodology of the process approach to develop a structural model of agro-food cluster in the NORTH is cluster analysis. The regional food market as a single system, which combines production, marketing and consumption of foods with a specific hierarchy, is characterized by different relationships and proportions between its components and is an important an indicator of a country's economic development, achieving food security. Disclosure of potential in a market system, its effective use, taking into account regional particularities and specificities of the economy, improvement of the spatial organization and improving the efficiency of such a complex system as the regional food market is impossible without knowledge of its essence, principles of formation and operation. In this connection there was a need to develop modern methods of research, evaluation, analysis, improvement of structure and functional organisation of the regional food markets as an important factor for the socio-economic development the country. The novelty of the research lies in the fact that the clustering of agribusiness implemented taking into account the peculiarities of regional AIC on the basis of strategic management zones: industrial, conventional and organic. To determine the effectiveness of the cluster algorithm of its evaluation, which is based on the criteria of usefulness and survival in the conditions of the cluster in the region, which are defined using evaluation scales and weights the main factors utility and survival in the cluster.

The article provides an overview of the effects of the resonant impact of clusters on the ability of mountain areas to adapt to the modern realities of the technological level, as well as the ability to apply innovations, attract investment in the agro-industrial and tourist cluster. A panel of indicators is presented that provides correct comparability of achievements and reflects information for aggregation by various parameters of the economic and geographical indicators of the region: the national environmental rating of the subjects of the North Caucasus Federal District; indicators of sustainable development of the Russian Federation and the North Caucasus Federal District; investment risk of the republics of the North Caucasus Federal District; the main economic and social indicators of the RSO-Alania. It is established that the geoinformation study of the use of a multicomponent indicator of the state of mountain territories is the basis for determining the vector of their further socio-economic development and justifying appropriate management decisions to stabilize economic development. The peculiarity of the approach is the selection of criteria that will be used in the development of mechanisms for the sustainable development of mountain territories according to the target indicators, in accordance with the UN resolution "Transforming our world in the field of sustainable develop-ment for the period up to 2030".
