<p>This study aims to identify factors that determine the awareness, intention and decision of the Indonesian people to cash waqf. Data collection techniques using purposive sampling with PLS (Partial Least Squared) method as a data analysis tool in this study includes a path analysis model. The results obtained show that the social environment and understanding affect one's awareness and interest in cash waqf. The emergence of awareness and intention will encourage the person to carry out cash waqf. While the promotion of cash waqf does not affect awareness and intentions which in the end will not encourage someone to cash waqf.</p><p>Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang menentukan kesadaran, minat dan keputusan masyarakat Indonesia untuk berwakaf uang. Teknik penggumpulan data menggunakan purposive sampling dengan metode PLS (Partial Least Squared) sebagai alat analisis data yang dalam penelitian ini memuat model analisis jalur. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan sosial dan pemahaman mempengaruhi kesadaran dan minat seseorang akan wakaf uang. Munculnya kesadaran dan minat akan mendorong orang tersebut untuk melaksanakan wakaf uang. Sedangkan promosi tentang wakaf uang tidak mempengaruhi kesadaran dan minat yang pada akhirnya tidak akan mendorong seseorang untuk berwakaf uang.</p>

The purpose of this study was to empirically test the motivation of the financial management apparatus to moderate the influence of competence on capital expenditure budget absorption in the regional organization in East Nusa Tenggara province. 36 regional apparatus organizations were taken as samples. Data collection using questionnaires and sampling technique was sampling saturation 72 samples, consisting of budget users and committing officers. The data analysis tool used was a moderation regression analysis. The result of data analysis shows that the competence was supported by the improvement of the apparatus of the financial manager, the apparatus performance in the absorption of capital expenditure budget in the regional organization in East Nusa Tenggara province will be better.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of share sales volume and SBI interest rates on stock returns at PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa, Tbk. This study uses a quantitative approach because it uses data in the form of numbers. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the official website (http://www.indocement.co.id) The population in this study is data on sales volume, interest rates and stock returns for 30 years, from 1989-2019. using a sample for 15 years, namely from 2004-2018. The sampling method used was purposive sampling method. Methods of data collection using the method of documentation and study libraries. The data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS version 21.0 program. The results of this study indicate that there is a partially significant effect between share sales volume and stock returns at PT Indocement Tunggal Initiative, Tbk. Tbk. The magnitude of the influence of share sales volume and interest rates on stock returns at PT Indocement Tunggal Initiative, Tbk is 200% and the remaining 79.9% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study

This study aims to determine and analyze simultaneous and partial influence of consumer satisfaction on repurchase behavior in Bang Kopitiam Café and Resto in Palu City. The type of research is quantitative. The population in this study involves consumers who have visited Bangi Kopitiam Café and Resto at least 2 times. Sampling technique is accidental method, with sample of 90 respondents. Data collection using questionnaires. Data analysis tool is multiple linear regressions method. The result shows that consumer satisfaction simultaneously and partially influence repurchase behavior of consumers in Bangi Kopitiam Café and Resto Palu City.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh serempak dan partial kepuasan konsumen terhadap perilaku pembelian ulang konsumen di Bangi Kopitiam Café and Resto. Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif (menunjukkan hubungan antar variabel). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang telah mengunjungi Bangi Kopitiam Café and Resto minimal 2 kali. Teknik penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan accidental sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 90 responden. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis data adalah linear regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan konsumen secara serempak dan partial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku pembelian ulang konsumen pada Bangi Kopitiam Café and Resto di Kota Palu.

Variance analysis is a method commonly used in biological statistics. How to use the statistical analysis software for the analysis of variance to achieve the results of the rapid and scientific treatment, to obtain the correct conclusion, is an important part of agricultural research. This paper introduces how to use SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Science or Statistic Products andService Solution) data analysis tool for the variance analysis method; the data analysis and processing of fast, accurate and intuitive; compared with Excel, the statistical analysis function of SPSS is more powerful, can help to improve the efficiency of data processing, but also reduce the experimental cost.

Background: The revolution 4.0 era affects aspects of life, including books. Humans must be able to adapt to changes that may occur in the future. This study aims to determine whether physical books have been replaced by e-books in the digital era along with the 4.0 revolution and the implementation of human technology for the advancement of book form in the digital era. The method used is descriptive qualitative method, interviews and using a purposive sampling strategy. Researchers identify the focus of research to make it easier to find data, then collect data by selecting data and sources with the criteria of informants having used physical books or e-books. The research sample is students aged 15 to 25 years. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman analysis model, namely by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results indicate that most students prefer physical books as their reading reference with the reason that physical books are considered more comfortable to use. However, in reality the frequency of using e-books is higher. In this case, it is feared that the level of public literacy will decrease if physical books have been completely replaced by e-books. Recommendation: This research is expected to increase the effectiveness of the use of e-books as a form of axiology implementation in the field of technological development. Limitations: data collection is only limited to respondents who are in an academic environment so that the coverage is narrow.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepribadian, kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sampel penelitian adalah 208 karyawan yang bekerja pada perusahaan retail di Lampung. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, sedangkan alat analisis data menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepribadian, kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kecerdasan spiritual memiliki pengaruh paling besar dibandingkan kepribadian dan kecerdasan emosional. Saran penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan diri karyawan, senantiasa berfikir dengan baik untuk merespons setiap situasi, memiliki tenggang rasa agar dapat memahami emosi teman kerja dengan lebih baik, serta memperhatikan kemampuan karyawan mengatur rencana kerja sendiri untuk memaksimalkan pekerjaan serta selesai tepat waktu. Kata kunci: Kepribadian, Kecerdasan Emosional, Kecerdasan Spiritual Kinerja Karyawan This study aims to explore the effect of personality, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence on employee performance. The study sample was 208 employees who worked at retail companies in Lampung. Data collection conducted using a questionnaire, and the data analysis tool uses SPSS. The results showed that personality, spiritual intelligence, and emotional intelligence had a positive effect on employee performance. Spiritual intelligence has the most influence compared to personality and emotional intelligence. The suggestion of this research is to increase employee confidence, be able to think well in response to every situation, have a sense of tolerance to better understand coworkers 'emotions, and pay attention to employees' ability to manage their work plans so that maximize their work and completed on time. The data analysis tool used is an interview that describes an object of research in its true state. This study aims to explore facts which are then described with guidelines on the question items in observation, interviews and field documentation. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, documentation, and literature. The results of the analysis show that the handling of outgoing cargo starting from acceptance, weighing goods, making documents (documentation, marking, labeling & x-tray cargo, storage, build-up and loading, is smooth, but there are several things that must be considered, namely every year. Outgoing cargo increases the number of employees and employees must pay more attention to the existing SOP in order to minimize the obstacles that will occur. It is hoped that this research can become a better input for the handling of outgoing cargo to the smooth operation of outgoing cargo handling.

<em>The purpose of this study is to analyze stock prices are influenced by earnings per share through debut to equity at PT. Unilever Tbk. This study is a causal associative study with a quantitative approach. The population of this study are companies engaged in the manufacturing, marketing, and distribution of household consumer goods, beverages and food from 2013-2020 listed on the IDX. This sampling used purposive sampling technique and PT. Unilever Tbk as the research sample in this study. The data collection technique was taken from the idx website. The data analysis technique used is the path analysis model test. The results of the study show that the direct effect of partially EPS on stock prices has a positive and significant effect, DER on stock prices has a negative and significant effect, while EPS on DER has a negative and significant effect while the indirect effect of EPS on stock prices through DER has a significant effect.</em>
