The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of share sales volume and SBI interest rates on stock returns at PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa, Tbk. This study uses a quantitative approach because it uses data in the form of numbers. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the official website The population in this study is data on sales volume, interest rates and stock returns for 30 years, from 1989-2019. using a sample for 15 years, namely from 2004-2018. The sampling method used was purposive sampling method. Methods of data collection using the method of documentation and study libraries. The data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS version 21.0 program. The results of this study indicate that there is a partially significant effect between share sales volume and stock returns at PT Indocement Tunggal Initiative, Tbk. Tbk. The magnitude of the influence of share sales volume and interest rates on stock returns at PT Indocement Tunggal Initiative, Tbk is 200% and the remaining 79.9% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

The study aims to determine the effect of third-party Funds (DPK)), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), and Loan Interest Rates to UMKM lending. This research is quantitative by using secondary data. The population in this study ias all Rural Banks (BPR) in Semarang City registered in the Financial Services Authority (OJK) for the period of 2013-2016. By using purposive sampling method, obtained a sample of 64 banks. This research use analysis tool that is doubled linear regression. The variables in this study consist of four independent variabels which include third-party Funds (DPK), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Loan Interest Rate and one dependent variable UMKM credit distribution. Based on the results found that the DPK has a positive and significant impact on the credit distribution of UMKM, the NPL has no negative and significant impact on the lending of UMKM, the LDR has a positive and significant impact on the credit distribution of UMKM, and the Interest Rates has no negative and significant impact on the lending of UMKM.

The purpose of this research is to study the influence of cash position, Total Assets Turnover (TATO), Return On Assets (ROA) and Debt to Total Assets (DTA) on the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). The sample used in this study is the company incorporated in the Business Index 27 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2017. The technique used in sampling is purposive sampling with secondary data in the form of financial statements. The data analysis tool in this study uses multiple linear regression. Data testing consists of classic assumption and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that the variables TATO and DTA affect the DPR while the variable cash position and ROA have no effect on the DPR. Discussion and implication were suggested in the paper.

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of company’s size, profitability, solvability, and the size of the accounting firm towards audit delay. The object in this research are property and real estate companies listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) for the period 2013-2015. The sample is selected by purposive sampling method. There are 42 companies selected as sample. Data used in this research is a secondary data such as audited financial reports. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The result of this research shows that company’s size, profitability, and solvability have no influence on audit delay, while the size of accounting firm has significant positive influences on audit delay. The result also shows that company’s size, profitability, solvability, and the size of of the accounting firm simultaneously influence audit delay. This research was conducted to analyze the effect of innovation orientation and entrepreneurship on the competitive advantage of culinary MSMEs in the Cilandak Barat area, South Jakarta. The population used for this study was 36 actors in the culinary field of SMEC. The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling method. The data analysis tool used is PLS 3.0. The results of this study indicate that the innovation variable has a significant influence on the culinary competitiveness of SMEC. And, entrepreneurial orientation has a significant influence on the culinary competitiveness of SMEC. Abstract: The purpose of this research is to be able to determine the effect of world oil prices on economic growth in Indonesia by applying the exchange rate moderating variable and the BI rate as a connecting variable. Descriptive and associative research is a type of research that is used with data collection techniques through a trusted official agency website that is classified in the quarterly time series secondary data. The data year in this study was from 2006 to 2018. Data analysis was carried out through descriptive and inductive analysis with a Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) data analysis tool accompanied by a classic assumption test and a t test. Estimation results show that there are two research results; firstly, that the exchange rate has an effect on moderating the relationship between world oil prices and economic growth in Indonesia, secondly, that the BI rate has no influence connecting world oil prices and economic growth in Indonesia. Keywords: World oil prices, economic growth, exchange rates, BI rate, Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA).

This study aims to determine the effect of Administrative Sanctions and Forced Letters on Optimizing Disbursement of Tax Arrears at the Pratama Tax Office North Makassar. Data collection uses secondary data obtained from the Pratama Makassar North Tax Service Office. The population is 36 tax payers and the sample is 36. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression techniques. The results of this study indicate that administrative sanctions show a positive and significant. This means that administrative sanctions have a positive effect on optimizing the disbursement of tax arrears. The forced letter shows positive and significant. This means that forced letters have a positive and significant effect on optimizing the disbursement of tax arrears.

The purpose of this study was to empirically test the motivation of the financial management apparatus to moderate the influence of competence on capital expenditure budget absorption in the regional organization in East Nusa Tenggara province. 36 regional apparatus organizations were taken as samples. Data collection using questionnaires and sampling technique was sampling saturation 72 samples, consisting of budget users and committing officers. The data analysis tool used was a moderation regression analysis. The result of data analysis shows that the competence was supported by the improvement of the apparatus of the financial manager, the apparatus performance in the absorption of capital expenditure budget in the regional organization in East Nusa Tenggara province will be better.
