<p>Globalization barrage pass major changes to the world order as a whole. This era is characterized by the process of life worldwide, the advancement of science and technology, especially in the field of communication as well as the transformation and cross-cultural. Changes brought about by globalization are also experienced by the world of education with teachers as practitioners. Challenges faced by teachers in the global era, such as the development of science and technology are so rapid and fundamental; moral crisis that swept the nation and the<br />state, social crisis and a crisis of identity as a nation. All that obviously requires prospective teachers and qualified professionals. Teacher education programs must be able to provide excellent service to the students so that they can esta-<br />blish qualified teacher. Improving the quality of education will foster public confidence that still exist in the future? </p><p><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p><strong></strong><br />Globalisasi mewariskan rentetan perubahan besar pada tatanan dunia secara menyeluruh. Era ini ditandai dengan proses kehidupan mendunia, kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan  teknologi, terutama dalam bidang transformasi dan komunikasi<br />serta terjadinya lintas budaya. Perubahan yang dibawa oleh globalisasi ini juga dialami oleh dunia pendidikan dengan guru sebagai praktisinya. Tantangan yang dihadapi guru di era global, seperti perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan tekno-<br />logi yang begitu cepat dan mendasar; krisis moral yang melanda bangsa dan negara, krisis sosial dan krisis identitas sebagai bangsa. Semua itu jelas menuntut calon guru yang profesional dan bermutu. Program pendidikan guru harus<br />mampu memberikan pelayanan prima kepada mahasiswa sehingga mampu mencetak guru yang berkualitas. Peningkatan mutu pendidikan ini akan menumbuhkan kepercayaan masyarakat sehingga tetap eksis di masa datang.<br /><br /></p>

<p>BAHASA INDONESIA:</p><p>Tulisan ini berusaha memotret pemikiran pendidikan moral menurut Nasih Ulwan dan relevansinya dalam menjawab problematika manusia modern. Dalam perspektif Nasih Ulwan, pendidikan moral merupakan serangkaian prinsip dasar moral dan keutamaan sikap serta watak (tabiat) yang harus dimiliki dan dijadikan kebiasaan oleh anak sejak masa pemula hingga ia menjadi seorang mukallaf, yakni siap mengarungi lautan kehidupan. Di era modern, persoalan yang muncul adalah persoalan fisik dan psikis. Persoalan fisik mengarah pada pengkondisian manusia sebagai objek dari segala produk iptek. Sementara itu persoalan psikis mengarah pada pendangkalan nilai-nilai moral-spiritual akibat dari dominasi produk iptek modern yang skuler. Salah satu problem mendasar di negeri ini adalah krisis moral dan kepercayaan. Krisis tersebut berawal dari ketidakjujuran aparatur Negara dalam menjalankan amanahnya sebagai pemegang kebijakan. Perilaku korupsi dan sejenisnya adalah cermin dari sikap suka bohong, suka mencuri, kenakalan dan penyimpangan. Oleh karena itu ajaran moral Nasih Ulwan amat relevan jika diterapkan di negeri ini demi menjawab problem krisis moral dan kepercayaan yang terjadi.</p><p> </p><p>ENGLISH:</p><p>This paper concerned in moral education thought based on Nasih Ulwan and its relevance in answering the problems of human modern. From Ulwan’s perspective, moral education is a set of moral basic principle and the primacy of attitude and character (nature) which has to be owned and used as habit by children since they are young until become mukallaf, is ready to face the world. In modern era, the issue which emerges is a physical and psychic problem. Physical issue leads to conditioning a human as an object of all the products of science and technology. Meanwhile, psychic problem leads to the silting up of moral-spiritual value caused by the dominance of modern science and technology products. One of the fundamental problems in this country is a moral crisis and faithful. The crisis started from the dishonesty of country’s apparatures in carrying out their mandate as the policy controller. The corruption, and its relation, is the reflective of dishonesty, thieving, delinquency, and irregularities. Therefore, moral learning by Ulwan is very relevant if applied in this country in order to answer the moral crisis problem and trust which is occurred.</p>

Humans as subjects and objects of law cannot live and carry out lawsuits. But instead humans are bound by a rule that applies in the midst of their lives as citizens in their environment. For this reason, awareness is needed in understanding and obeying the rules that apply. But social and cultural changes that occur continuously sometimes bring hope as well as concern. Hope, because change will bring better conditions, and fears will come if the future is worse than the present. The development of science and technology that should have raised hopes and reduced concerns is now also marked by the confrontation of scientists and scholars, namely the separation between the world and the hereafter, making it difficult to control human attitudes as the excesses of the emptiness of the soul.To help the general public, it requires the ability to wage jihad in the field of da'wah. The insistent pressure in the Prophet's preaching in Mecca, then inspired the Prophet to emigrate and temporarily exit from Mecca to Medina. The original name of the city was Yastrib. This Prophet's strategy turned out to be very telling and presents a golden journey in the history of da'wah and the formation of society.With all the intelligence and attitudes of the Prophet Muhammad, when in Medina not only can spread in the sense of tabli, but more than that the Prophet Together the community can build a model of a modern social system even too modern in its time. To help the general public, it requires the ability to wage jihad in the field of da'wah. AbstractThe existence of Indonesian with English as a science advocate in the global era has an important role in language development. The role to obtain, learn and use language as a means of communication, and at the same time as a social symbol of humanity. The role and context of Indonesian and global global era with the swift flow of globalization will have an impact on the development and acceleration of economic growth, science and technology. New concepts and terms in growth and technology (science and technology) directly indirectly enrich the Indonesian repertoire. Not seeing anything useful, globally and universally, English not only allows us to communicate and interact with everyone in the world, but also can change our lives for the better.

The author starts this discussion with the statement that the idea about the so-called "new world order" represents nothing new in the history of imperialist West, implying the plundering and enslaving character of western civilization, in spite of its many achievements with lasting significance for the human race. Today, the West builds its power on the development of science and technology. Science became the most productive force of contemporary mankind which enabled an impetus for a through restructuring of the world, and along with it a thorough change of man?s existence on Earth. Today, in the misuse of science and technology, some states ? industrially and economically developed ? find an efficient means to realize their imperialist goals. In the first part of the paper, the author describes and interprets methods and procedures used by the imperialist West in its attempt to rearrange the world according to the clich? of its plundering dictation. The imperialist West applied all these methods and procedures in the disintegration of the state community of the Yugoslav nations which was known in the entire world and singled out as an example of a multinational and multicultural community. The second part of the paper is dedicated to that topic; there, the author describes the idea and the way of realization of the monstrous plan whose goal was to destroy our country as the only guarantee of the survival of our nation in these regions. The socalled International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia should be placed in this context to understand the real goal of its foundation and the manner of its work. The goal of its foundation was and is basically twofold: 1) to ensure at least a kind of illusionary legitimity of these lies for the world public and thus conceal the crimes these countries did to the Serbian nation and 2) to force the Serbian nation to accept the most shameful form of capitulation which directly leads to the state of its enslavement. At the end, the author draws necessary conclusions which stem from such policy of the imperialist West and warns to the possible tragic consequences for the entire freedom-loving mankind.

Throughout history the development of the countries has been generated mainly by the impulse in two complementary axes: Science and Technology, and Trade. At present we are experiencing an exponential scientific and technological development and the Economy in all its fronts is driven by the intensive application of technology. According to these considerations, this research tries to expose the development of Innovation Management as a transversal mechanism to promote the different socioeconomic areas and especially those supported by engineering. To this end, use will be made of Technology Watch in order to identify the advances of the main research centres related to innovation in the world. Next, there will be an evaluation of the main models of Innovation Management and related methodologies that expose some of the existing Innovation Observatories in the world to finally make a proposal for Innovation Management applicable to the reality of Peru, so that it can be taken into consideration by stakeholders (Government, Academy, Business and Civil Society) committed to Innovation Management in the country

The Yalta-Potsdam system of international relations, established by culmination of World War II, was created to maintain the security and cooperation of states in the post-war world. Leaders of the Big Three, who ensured the Victory over the fascist-militarist bloc in 1945, made decisive contribution to its creation. This system cemented the world order during the Cold War years until the collapse of the USSR in 1991 and the destruction of the bipolar structure of the organization of international relations. Post-Cold War changes stimulated the search for new structures of the international order. Article purpose is to characterize circumstances of foundations formation of postwar world and to show how the historical decisions made by the leaders of the anti-Hitler coalition powers in 1945 are projected onto modern political processes. Study focuses on interrelated questions: what was the post-war world order and how integral it was? How did the political decisions of 1945 affect the origins of the Cold War? Does the American-centrist international order, that prevailed at the end of the 20th century, genetically linked to the Atlantic Charter and the goals of the anti- Hitler coalition in the war, have a future?Many elements of the Yalta-Potsdam system of international relations in the 1990s survived and proved their viability. The end of the Cold War and globalization created conditions for widespread democracy in the world. The liberal system of international relations, which expanded in the late XX - early XXI century, is currently experiencing a crisis. It will be necessary to strengthen existing international institutions that ensure stability and security, primarily to create barriers to the spread of national egoism, radicalism and international terrorism, for have a chance to continue the liberal principles based world order (not necessarily within a unipolar system). Prerequisite for promoting idea of a liberal system of international relations is the adjustment of liberalism as such, refusal to unilaterally impose its principles on peoples with a different set of values. This will also require that all main participants in modern in-ternational life be able to develop a unilateral agenda for common problems and interstate relations, interact in a dialogue mode, delving into the arguments of opponents and taking into account their vital interests.
