The study was used to study the reality of the use of postgraduate students for e- mail. The descriptive descriptive method was used. The questionnaire was used as a tool for study، which averaged 1.99 and a standard deviation of 0.61. It was applied to 45 students from post- Different The results showed that postgraduate students have a desire to use e- mail in university education and to communicate with colleagues and faculty members. However، there are obstacles to their use. The faculty members do not encourage students to use e- mail، lack e- mail skills، Access to the internet laboratory at the college، the reluctance of faculty members to give their email address to students، network problems (slow) In the light of the results، a set of recommendations and proposals were presented to activate the use of e- mail in university education، especially among postgraduate students in the Faculty of Education and various Syrian and Arab universities

The present research paper aims to confront the challenges of improving the quality of academic supervision of postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Education, Damietta University, identifying the theoretical and conceptual framework for academic supervision of educational postgraduate studies. It also analyzes the reality and defines the challenges of academic supervision of educational postgraduate studies. The author adopted the descriptive and analytical method and applied the tool to a sample of (30) faculty members at the Faculty of Education, Damietta University. The study concluded that the heavy load of the supervisor, the tendency of the student to choose a supervisor in a certain position, and keenness of the student to carry out the study quickly without considering quality, and poor research skills among students are the most significant challenges of improving the quality of academic supervision. The study recommended abiding by the regulations of postgraduate studies that allow supervising several theses and dissertations to enable supervisors to follow up postgraduate students honestly and objectively. It also recommended the need to respect the desire of the student when choosing a supervisor.

This study aimed to identify the relationship between obtaining the academic accreditation and quality of academic performance with respect to some elements of the quality related to the students and faculty members as the most important elements of the inputs and outputs of the educational process. This study was conducted on faculty members in six of the scientific colleges at King Saud University in Riyadh, three of them obtained the accreditation and three of them did not. A Quotas sample has been withdrawn consisted of 296 single, where a questionnaire was distributed. The volume of responses was 246 weighing 83%. The study found out that (67.9 %) of the respondents in the colleges that received accreditation believes that there is a development in the quality of academic performance in college after obtaining the academic accreditation. The study also showed that (62.2 %) of the respondents in colleges who obtained the accreditation or did not obtain it believes that obtaining the accreditation necessarily leads to a quality in academic performance. As it turns out from the study that there is no relationship between obtaining academic accreditation and the quality of students that is, to obtain accreditation does not necessarily lead to quality learning outcomes of students, where it turns through the views of the respondents that the quality of the outputs of the educational process of students in colleges did not receive the accreditation is higher than in colleges obtained it. The results also showed that there is no relationship between obtaining an academic accreditation and quality performance among faculty members, it became clear that the faculty members in colleges who obtained the accreditation or did not obtain it agree on the quality of the performance of a faculty member.

The objective of the study is to identify the reality of listening skills during the lecture and the scientific dialogue among female students of the Faculty of Education at King Saud University. The researchers used the descriptive survey approach. The tool of the study is the questionnaire and was distributed to 130 female students from the College of Education at King Saud University in the second semester of 1436. The study population was 1966 female students in the Faculty of Education by (6,6%). The results of the study showed that the reality of listening skill among female students of the College of Education at King Saud University during the lecture is mostly acceptable and needs more development and attention. The reality of listening skills among female students of the College of Education at King Saud University in scientific dialogue. Among the recommendations of the study is the importance of teaching courses on listening to the stage of university education, paying attention to the evaluation of listening skills of female students of the College of Education at King Saud University.

The aim of the study was to identify the perceived factors of the students of the Faculty of Education at King Faisal University with information technology and its impact on the reality of their use of the "Twitter" in the educational process. To achieve this, follow the analytical descriptive method, and use the questionnaire as a tool to collect field data, On the model Acceptance Model Technology (TAM), in proportion to the characteristics of the study community, and was distributed after verifying its validity and stability statistically; a simple random sample of the students of the Faculty of Education at King Faisal University numbered 240 students, The most important results of the study were as follows: The level of students' awareness of the factors of their dealing with information technology and their use of the Twitter code in the educational process was high with an average score of (5.00) Of factors in their degree of use of the Twitter code in the educational process. The communication factor has had the greatest impact on students 'use of Twitter in the educational process. There is no difference in the level of students' perception of the perceived factors and the degree to which they use the code in the educational process according to gender, with the exception of one factor which is the trend factor towards the use of technology. The study concluded a number of recommendations, including: Promoting the culture of optimal recruitment of the means of social communication in the educational process, and considering it as a technique of education techniques, and promoting the proficiency of its use by the employees of the academic university and students.
